Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合板材用热熔胶,由下列重量份的组分制备而成:PE聚乙烯90-95、SBS苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物?5-8、溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂8-10、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、石蜡5-8、轻质碳酸钙10-12、抗氧剂736?0.1-0.3、抗氧剂626?0.2-0.4、抗氧剂1680.1-0.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-9、衣康酸酯1-2。首先制备溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂,然后和其它原料混合,在通过挤出机挤出,冷却,切粒即可。本发明的热熔胶粘结性强,在配方中添加了自制的橡胶增粘树脂,使制得的热熔胶粘结性增强,耐低温性好、且耐候性、抗老化能力强、韧性好、耐腐蚀性、耐水性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶领域,具体涉及一种复合板材用热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂或弹性体为基料,添加增黏剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料,经熔融混合而成的固体状粘合剂。与热固型、溶剂型和水基型胶粘剂相比具有很多优越性,所以从20世纪50年代至今,热熔胶已经在许多领域得到了快速发展,尤其在印刷、包装等行业已用热熔胶取代钉装和线装,并开始用于建筑、飞机、舰船和汽车内装饰等领域。
现有市场上热熔胶相关产品较多,但随着温度的变化,传统热熔胶的性能也在变化,当温度升到一定高温或降到一定低温热熔胶的性能都会降低,对材料的结合强度削弱,最终影响材料的强度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复合板材用热熔胶,本发明的热熔胶,粘结性强、耐低温、耐水性好、防腐蚀。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种复合板材用热熔胶,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分制备而成:
PE聚乙烯90-95、SBS苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物5-8、溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂8-10、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、石蜡5-8、轻质碳酸钙10-12、抗氧剂7360.1-0.3、抗氧剂6260.2-0.4、抗氧剂1680.1-0.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-9、衣康酸酯1-2,
其中,所述溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂由下列方法制备而得:
(1)将15-18重量份溴化丁基橡胶、24-28重量份二甲苯、6-9重量份凹凸棒土、0.2-0.3重量份的交联剂TAIC混合,在80-110℃下,反应2-3小时;(2)然后加入聚合松香、防老剂TPPD,在130-150℃下,反应2-3小时,要求,聚合松香、溴化丁基橡胶、防老剂TPPD三者的重量比为:100:15-18:0.5-0.6;(3)再加入苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二茂铁在140-175℃下反应1-2小时,要求,聚合松香、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二茂铁的重量比为100:1-0.9:1-2;(4)最后蒸馏除去二甲苯溶剂,得到溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂。
所述的复合板材热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先制备溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂;
(2)按配方比例称取各配方原料,将原料倒入高速搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)搅拌均匀的混合料由双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为140-168℃,口模温度为168-195℃,螺杆转速为17-60rpm,加料转速为7-40rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到成品热熔胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的热熔胶粘结性强,在配方中添加了自制的橡胶增粘树脂,使制得的热熔胶的粘结性能增强,同时具有很好的耐低温性、耐候性,抗老化能力强、韧性好、耐水性好。
具体实施方式
称取下列重量(kg)的组分原料:PE聚乙烯95、SBS苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物7、溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂9、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2、石蜡6、轻质碳酸钙11、抗氧剂7360.1、抗氧剂6260.4、抗氧剂1680.1、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8、衣康酸酯1,
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将16kg溴化丁基橡胶、25kg二甲苯、8kg凹凸棒土、0.2kg交联剂TAIC混合,在100℃下,反应2-3小时;(2)然后加入100kg聚合松香、0.6kg防老剂TPPD,在140℃下,反应2-3小时;(3)再加入1kg苯基三乙氧基硅烷、1.5kg二茂铁在165℃下反应1-2小时;(4)最后蒸馏除去二甲苯溶剂,得到溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂;
(5)按配方比例称取溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂及配方中的其它原料;
(6)将称量好的原料倒入高速搅拌机混合均匀;
(7)搅拌均匀的混合料由双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为140-168℃,口模温度为168-195℃,螺杆转速为17-60rpm,加料转速为7-40rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到成品热熔胶。
本发明方法制得的热熔胶的的主要技术指标如下:

Claims (2)
1.一种复合板材用热熔胶,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分制备而成:
PE聚乙烯90-95、SBS苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物5-8、溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂8-10、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、石蜡5-8、轻质碳酸钙10-12、抗氧剂7360.1-0.3、抗氧剂6260.2-0.4、抗氧剂1680.1-0.2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯8-9、衣康酸酯1-2,
其中,所述溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂由下列方法制备而得:
(1)将15-18重量份溴化丁基橡胶、24-28重量份二甲苯、6-9重量份凹凸棒土、0.2-0.3重量份的交联剂TAIC混合,在80-110℃下,反应2-3小时;
(2)然后加入聚合松香、防老剂TPPD,在130-150℃下,反应2-3小时,要求,聚合松香、溴化丁基橡胶、防老剂TPPD三者的重量比为:100:15-18:0.5-0.6;
(3)再加入苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二茂铁在140-175℃下反应1-2小时,要求,聚合松香、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二茂铁的重量比为100:1-0.9:1-2;
(4)最后蒸馏除去二甲苯溶剂,得到溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板材热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先制备溴化丁基橡胶增粘树脂;
(2)按配方比例称取各配方原料,将原料倒入高速搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)搅拌均匀的混合料由双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为140-168℃,口模温度为168-195℃,螺杆转速为17-60rpm,加料转速为7-40rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到成品热熔胶。
