Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用铁炭微电解技术处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)调节酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的pH值为2~10;(2)在废水中加入铁、炭和硅藻土,其中,Fe/C的质量比为1~8,Fe/硅藻土的质量比为30~10,炭颗粒5~70目,反应时间为20~200min;(3)反应结束后进行离心处理,离心时间5~20min。本发明的优点为在铁、炭填料中增加硅藻土,从而降低铁炭填料的堵塞程度、提高微电解效率,使得废水的脱色率和COD去除率达到95%以上;另外,铁、炭之间自发形成原电池,不需要额外能耗;本发明使用的设备简单,占地面积小,操作方便,产生的污泥量少,对环境无二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的处理方法,尤其涉及一种利用铁炭微电解技术处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法。
背景技术
酸性橙Ⅱ,又称酸性金黄Ⅱ、酸性艳橙GR,是以对氨基苯磺酸和2-萘酚为原料,将对氨基苯磺酸重氮化,与2-萘酚偶合得产物,经盐析,过滤,干燥,粉碎得成品,主要用于羊毛、蚕丝、锦纶的染色及其织物的直接印花,色泽鲜艳,匀染性好,但坚牢度较差,也用于皮革、纸张及生物制品的着色,纯品可作为食用色素,还可用作指示剂。由于其分子结构中含有偶氮、苯环以及萘环结构,使得这类染料废水毒性大,甚至致癌、致肿瘤。染料生产过程中流失的物料及地面冲刷水等产生了大量的废水,这类废水一般具有高CODCr、高色度、高含盐量、难生化降解的特点,再加上染料废水间歇性排放、水质水量随时间变化较大,使得废水组分复杂,增加了废水处理上的难度,即使在染料组分很低的情况下排入水体,就会造成相当严重的环境污染问题,因此必须对其加以处理。传统处理工艺有活性炭吸附法、生物降解法以及加药吸附法。然而活性炭吸附法的成本高,活性炭的难以再生,不经济;加药吸附法的效率低且产生二次污染;生物降解法也不尽如人意,在降解过程中由于此类废水的毒性高,从而导致生物中毒而无法进一步起到处理效果。另外还有微电解法,但是其主要存在的问题是铁炭填料板结严重,造成填料堵塞,被堵塞的填料无法形成微原电池,即铁炭填料的利用率降低。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种填料不易堵塞、废水脱色率和COD去除率提高、不消耗电能且经济环保的处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法。
技术方案:本发明涉及的一种利用铁炭微电解技术处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)调节酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的的pH值为2~10;
(2)在废水中加入铁、炭和硅藻土,其中,Fe/C的质量比为1~8,Fe/硅藻土的质量比为30~10,炭颗粒5~70目,反应时间为20~200min;
(3)反应结束后进行离心处理,离心时间5~20min。
其中,步骤(1)中,酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的的pH值为4~8。步骤(2)中,铁的投加量为30~200g/L,Fe/C的质量比为3~6,Fe/硅藻土的质量比为25~12,炭颗粒10~50目,铁屑来自工厂废弃的铁刨花,反应时间为50~120min。步骤(3)中,离心时间为8~15min。步骤(2)之前,用碱清洗铁和炭。
反应机理:微电解池中以铁屑和炭为填料,在铁和炭之间形成无数个微小原电池,形成多种电化学反应,通过还原氧化、铁离子絮凝和吸附作用实现对废水处理,降低废水中二价铜的含量;硅藻土是一种吸附能力较高的添加剂,该添加剂能吸附微电解过程中产生的氢氧化铁吸附絮体,使得这些氢氧化铁吸附絮体形成尺寸较大、比表面积高的吸附絮体,这些吸附絮体从铁炭填料表面脱离,团聚在硅藻土表面,这一定程度上降低了铁炭微电解的板结问题。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为在铁、炭填料中增加硅藻土,从而降低铁炭填料的堵塞程度、提高微电解效率,使得废水的脱色率和COD去除率达到95%以上;另外,铁、炭之间自发形成原电池,不需要额外能耗且铁炭价格低廉;本发明使用的设备简单,占地面积小,操作方便,产生的污泥量少,对环境无二次污染。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:废水中酸性橙Ⅱ含量100mg/L,调节废水pH值为2,Fe的投加量为200g/L,Fe/C质量比为1,炭颗粒70目,Fe/硅藻土质量比为10,反应时间120min,反应结束后离心15min,然后测定吸光度,处理后的废水的脱色率为98.2%,COD去除率为97.3%。
实施例2:废水中酸性橙Ⅱ含量100mg/L,调节废水pH值为4,Fe的投加量为150g/L,Fe/C质量比为3,炭颗粒50目,Fe/硅藻土质量比为12,反应时间200min,反应结束后离心20min,然后测定吸光度,处理后的废水的脱色率为97.0%,COD去除率为96.3%。
实施例3:废水中酸性橙Ⅱ含量100mg/L,调节废水pH值为6,Fe的投加量为80g/L,Fe/C质量比为5,炭颗粒30目,Fe/硅藻土质量比为18,反应时间80min,反应结束后离心12min,然后测定吸光度,处理后的废水的脱色率为96.8%,COD去除率为96.0%。
实施例4:废水中酸性橙Ⅱ含量100mg/L,调节废水pH值为8,Fe的投加量为60g/L,Fe/C质量比为8,炭颗粒10目,Fe/硅藻土质量比为25,反应时间50min,反应结束后离心8min,然后测定吸光度,处理后的废水的脱色率为96.0%,COD去除率为96.0%。
实施例5:废水中酸性橙Ⅱ含量100mg/L,调节废水pH值为10,Fe的投加量为30g/L,Fe/C质量比为6,炭颗粒5目,Fe/硅藻土质量比为30,反应时间20min,反应结束后离心5min,然后测定吸光度,处理后的废水的脱色率为95.2%,COD去除率为95.5%。

1.一种利用铁炭微电解技术处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)调节酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的的pH值为2或6~10;
(2)在废水中加入铁、炭和硅藻土,其中,Fe/C的质量比为1或6~8,Fe/硅藻土的质量比为30~10,炭颗粒5~70目,反应时间为20或80~200min;
(3)反应结束后进行离心处理,离心时间5~20min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的的pH值为6~8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,铁的投加量为30~200g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,Fe/C的质量比为6,Fe/硅藻土的质量比为25~12,炭颗粒10~50目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的处理酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,反应时间为80~120min。
