Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC材料复合乳化剂，以重量份计，该PVC材料复合乳化剂包括如下组分：主体乳化剂51‑55份；辅助乳化剂32‑35份；改性剂1.5‑2.2份；其他助剂8‑12份。本发明的PVC材料复合乳化剂具有成分简单，生产成本低，发热量少，乳化效果明显等优点。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种乳化剂，具体地说涉及一种PVC材料乳化剂。
背景技术：
随着现在科学技术的发展，人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高，人造革逐渐走入人们的家庭生活中，并广泛应用于沙发面料、汽车内饰、箱包鞋类等领域，PVC 作为人造革的一种，凭借其低廉的成本、丰富的来源一直是人们研究的对象，对于扩大PVC 的应用范围，提高其性能和品质具有重要的作用。
聚氯乙烯（PVC）是塑料中历史最悠久的热塑性材料，软质PVC 发泡材料是近年来发展较快的一种较新型的材料，主要应用于鞋底材料，具有物理性能优异、轻盈舒适、加工方便、成本低廉等优点；目前合成的PVC材料的乳化剂具有成分复杂，制作成本高，不易操作等缺点。因此，研发一种具有优异性能的PVC材料的乳化添加剂具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC材料复合乳化剂，它具有成分简单，生产成本低，乳化效果明显等优点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种PVC材料复合乳化剂，以重量份计包括如下组分：
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述主体乳化剂为硅油乳化剂。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述辅助乳化剂为阳离子型乳化剂、阴离子型乳化剂中的一种或几种组合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述阳离子型乳化剂为季铵盐类、烷基胺类、胺化木质素、酰胺类和咪唑类中的一种或几种组合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述阴离子型乳化剂为饱和或者不饱和脂肪酸皂中的一种。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述改性剂为氧化锌，硫酸锌，硝酸锌，氯化锌，乙醇胺，乙醇，聚乙二醇中的一种或几种组合物。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述其他助剂为分散介质水，增稠剂和含有不饱和键的单体。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的其他助剂以重量份计包括以下组分：
分散介质水 85-90份；
增稠剂 5-9份；
含有不饱和键的单体 2-7份。
本发明的有益效果在于：该PVC材料复合乳化剂与现有技术相比，具有成分简单，生产成本低，发热量少，乳化效果明显等优点。

一种PVC材料复合乳化剂，由下列重量份的原料组成：
其制备方法是将上述的各组分按配比混合均匀后，常温下高速搅拌2-3小时后，静置1-2小时，即得产物。

1.一种PVC材料复合乳化剂，其特征在于：以重量份计包括如下组分：
其中，所述主体乳化剂为硅油乳化剂；
所述辅助乳化剂为阳离子型乳化剂、阴离子型乳化剂中的一种或几种组合物；
所述阳离子型乳化剂为季铵盐类、烷基胺类、胺化木质素、酰胺类和咪唑类中的一种或几种组合物；
所述阴离子型乳化剂为饱和或者不饱和脂肪酸皂中的一种；
所述改性剂为氧化锌，硫酸锌，硝酸锌，氯化锌，乙醇胺，乙醇，聚乙二醇中的一种或几种组合物；
所述其他助剂以重量份计包括以下组分：
