本发明公开了一种薄壁油管嵌件钢管的防变形工艺,包括以下步骤:清理低碳钢管的内腔,保持干燥;往低碳钢管内填充钢珠,钢珠的直径为0.4mm,通过使用钢珠填充油管内腔,在压铸过程中铝液高速冲击油管,油管内腔填充的钢珠受到外部挤压而聚紧,对油管内腔形成支撑作用,进而防止油管变形;使用高温棉将钢珠包覆在低碳钢管内,保证钢珠不漏出低碳钢管;将低碳钢管放置在模具中。本发明具有提高产品质量、减少报废率的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄壁类嵌件钢管的防变形工艺。
背景技术
如今,压铸镶嵌管产品日益繁多,为提高空间利用率,通用汽车需要开发第一款镶嵌高压润滑油管的压铸油底壳。高压油底壳是在压铸过程中需要将低碳钢油管放置在模具中,当低碳钢薄壁类嵌件钢管内径大于10mm且壁厚少于2.5mm时,在压铸过程中由于高温高压,必然导致变形,无法制造。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种提高产品质量、减少报废率的薄壁油管嵌件钢管的防变形工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种薄壁油管嵌件钢管的防变形工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、清理低碳钢管的内腔,保持干燥;
B、往低碳钢管内填充钢珠,钢珠的直径为0.4mm;
C、使用高温棉将钢珠包覆在低碳钢管内,保证钢珠不漏出低碳钢管;
D、将低碳钢管放置在模具中。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明提高了产品质量,减少了产品因薄壁类管件而报废的报废率,同时,钢珠可重复使用,节约成本。

本发明一种薄壁油管嵌件钢管的防变形工艺的具体实施方式,包括以下步骤:清理低碳钢管的内腔,保持干燥;往低碳钢管内填充钢珠,钢珠的直径为0.4mm,通过使用钢珠填充油管内腔,在压铸过程中铝液高速冲击油管,油管内腔填充的钢珠受到外部挤压而聚紧,对油管内腔形成支撑作用,进而防止油管变形;使用高温棉将钢珠包覆在低碳钢管内,保证钢珠不漏出低碳钢管;将低碳钢管放置在模具中。
本发明适用于管内径大于10mm、管壁厚度1.5-2.5mm的嵌件钢管或管内径2-10mm、管壁厚度0.8-1.5mm的嵌件钢管,镶嵌薄壁管件在压铸过程中在高压、高温的条件下常见变形,利用油管内腔填充钢珠提供管壁支撑力,防止管件变形。本发明提高了产品质量,减少了产品因薄壁类管件而报废的报废率,同时,钢珠可重复使用,节约成本。

1.一种薄壁油管嵌件钢管的防变形工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、清理低碳钢管的内腔,保持干燥;
B、往低碳钢管内填充钢珠,钢珠的直径为0.2-2mm;
C、使用高温棉将钢珠包覆在低碳钢管内,保证钢珠不漏出低碳钢管;
D、将低碳钢管放置在模具中。
