Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空泵,尤其是一种叶轮泵,其带有:泵壳体,在泵壳体中设置有抽吸室;以及通入抽吸室中的泵壳体穿通部,其中在泵壳体穿通部中设置有通入外部空间或者外部的负压室中的抽吸止回阀,其安置在盆状的阀壳体中,并且盆状的阀壳体具有壳体底部和壳体外罩。
背景技术
从WO 2008/009251 A1中公开了一种具有这种结构的真空泵。借助该真空泵,空气被从负压室、例如制动力增强器中吸走,其中抽吸室在叶轮的真空泵内形成。为了防止回流,真空泵配备有抽吸止回阀,其设置在泵壳体穿通部中。该抽吸止回阀套管状地构建,并且具有盆状的阀壳体,该阀壳体带有壳体外罩以及壳体底部,其中壳体底部插入真空泵的泵壳体中。例如负压管推倒抽吸止回阀的自由端部上,该自由端部从真空泵的泵壳体突出。在泵壳体穿通部中的抽吸止回阀的密封例如借助密封元件来进行,例如借助O型环来进行。在上述已知的真空泵中,在抽吸止回阀的壳体外罩中使用保持体,其用于保持阀体。
发明内容
本发明所基于的任务是,提供一种真空泵,尤其是一种抽吸止回阀,其能够被容易地制造并且毫无问题地维护。
根据本发明,该任务借助开头所述类型的真空泵通过如下方式解决:壳体底部能够与壳体外罩连接。
本发明于是涉及一种真空泵或者一种抽吸止回阀,其中壳体底部构建为独立的部件,尤其是构建为用于阀体的保持体。在安装时,壳体底部被装配以合适的阀体,并且与壳体外罩连接。
为了简化维修或者检查,壳体底部能够与壳体外罩可松开地连接。在此,明显简化了安装以及拆除,其方式是壳体底部可以夹到壳体外罩上。由此,自动化的安装也是可能的。
为了能够简单地固定壳体底部,壳体外罩在其容纳壳体底部的自由端部上具有凸缘。该凸缘一体式地成型在壳体外罩上并且由此可以承受较大的力。
为了能够将壳体底部在任何转动状态中都固定在壳体外罩上,凸缘环绕地构建。由此,其并不需要壳体底部在预先给定的转动位置中的特别取向。
根据本发明,通过将壳体底部按压到壳体外罩上的简单并且毫无问题地也可以自动化实施的夹紧通过如下方式实现:壳体底部在其朝向壳体外罩的端部上具有至少两个抓握在凸缘上的指状部。优选的是,指状部在环周上均匀分布地设置在壳体底部上。通过指状部从后部抓握凸缘实现了最佳的保持。
在此,在一个优选的实施例中,指状部平行于抽吸止回阀的纵轴线从壳体底部突出,并且具有径向地从壳体底部的中心延伸离开的区段。通过这种方式,指状部可以在径向上以及在轴向上弹性变形。
在一个改进方案中设计的是,指状部具有径向向内突出的卡锁钩。该卡锁钩从后部抓握凸缘并且以预应力靠置在其上。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了真空泵12的整体上用10表示的泵壳体,其中用14表示抽吸室16的内环周面。泵壳体穿通部20的通道18通入该抽吸室16中,该泵壳体穿通部通到外部空间22。抽吸止回阀24插入到该泵壳体穿通部20中,抽吸管可以推到抽吸止回阀的自由端部26上(未示出)。抽吸止回阀24具有阀壳体28,其盆状地构建并且基本上由壳体外罩30以及壳体底部32形成。壳体外罩30具有朝向壳体底部32的自由端部34,在该端部上固定壳体底部32。为了容纳密封环38,尤其是容纳O型环,抽吸止回阀24设置有环周槽36。在图2中还示出了弹性阀体40,其设置在壳体外罩30和壳体底部32之间并且被壳体外罩30保持。
尤其是从图3中可以看到壳体底部32的构型,其总体上具有六个指状部42,其辐射状地围绕壳体底部32的中心布置。在此,指状部42具有径向走向的第一区段44以及平行于抽吸止回阀24的纵轴线46走向的第二区段48,其在卡锁钩50中终止。这些卡锁钩50在安装好的抽吸止回阀24情况下从后部抓握凸缘54的径向伸出的肩部52,其由自由端部34形成。该肩部52完整环绕,使得壳体底部32在任何转动状态中都可以夹紧。在指状部42之间的穿通部56用于让流体通过,其并不进行方向改变,也即可以朝着纵轴线46的方向流过壳体底部32。
Claims (9)
1.一种真空泵(12),其带有:泵壳体(10),在泵壳体中设置有抽吸室(16);以及通入抽吸室(16)中的泵壳体穿通部(20),其中在泵壳体穿通部(20)中设置有通入外部空间(22)或者外部的负压室中的抽吸止回阀(24),抽吸止回阀安置在盆状的阀壳体(28)中,并且盆状的阀壳体(28)具有壳体底部(32)和壳体外罩(30),其中壳体底部(32)能够与壳体外罩(30)连接,其特征在于,壳体底部(32)能够夹到壳体外罩(30)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于,壳体底部(32)能够与壳体外罩(30)可松开地连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于,壳体外罩(30)在其容纳壳体底部(32)的自由端部(34)上具有凸缘(54)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空泵,其特征在于,凸缘(54)环绕地构建。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的真空泵,其特征在于,壳体底部(32)在其朝向壳体外罩(30)的端部上具有至少两个抓握在凸缘(54)上的指状部(42)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的真空泵,其特征在于,指状部(42)从后部抓握凸缘(54)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的真空泵,其特征在于,指状部(42)平行于抽吸止回阀(24)的纵轴线(46)从壳体底部(32)突出。
8.根据权利要求5所述的真空泵,其特征在于,指状部(42)具有径向向内突出的卡锁钩(50)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的真空泵,其特征在于,指状部(42)具有径向地从壳体底部(32)的中心延伸离开的区段(44)。
