Abstract

本发明涉及一种阀,具有壳体1、可旋转地布置在壳体1内且与安装在壳体1内的驱动轴3相连的阀瓣2、用于驱动驱动轴3的电动机4、具有至少一个齿部分7且安置在电动机4与驱动轴3之间的变速装置6和具有磁体8且用于确定阀瓣3的旋转角度的传感器9。齿部分7具有至少两个围绕磁体8的止动钩11。另外,布置至少一个弹簧部件10,其使得磁体8相对于止动钩11预加应力。

Description

技术领域
本发明的对象是一种阀,具有壳体、能旋转地布置在壳体内且与安装在壳体内的驱动轴相连的阀瓣、用于驱动驱动轴的电动机、具有至少一个齿部分且安置在电动机与驱动轴之间的变速装置和具有磁体且用于确定阀瓣的旋转角度的传感器。
背景技术
已知这种阀,并且使用其作为机动车辆中的节流阀。为了确定阀瓣的开启角度,需要得出旋转角度。为此使用利用磁体工作的位置传感器。对于磁体的布置而言,已知其布置在阀瓣的驱动轴上或者布置在变速装置的齿部分上。为了确保即便在高的温度和发动机舱内所存在的振动下仍然无间隙地固定住磁体,已知要通过用塑料进行压力注塑包封而将磁体固定在轴或者齿部分上。为此,磁体装入轴或者齿部分的喷射注塑模中,并且接着用塑料压力注塑包封成部件成品。这些设有磁体作为嵌入件的喷射注塑模非常昂贵,因而成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种阀,该阀容许传感器的磁体实现简单且成本有利的布置。
该目的根据本发明由此得以实现,即,齿部分或者说齿扇段具有至少两个止动钩,止动钩围绕磁体与所述磁体啮合,并且布置至少一个弹簧部件,该弹簧部件给磁体预加应力以将所述磁体抵靠在止动钩上。
利用通过至少一个弹簧部件给磁体预加应力而抵靠在止动钩上,实现了磁体无间隙地布置在齿部分内,这种无间隙的布置确保了磁体在任何运行条件下均可靠地固定在阀内。此外,使用弹簧部件还能够实现公差补偿,这还简化了磁体和齿部分的制造。无需要附加的固定方式,例如粘合和压力注塑包封。
为了可靠地避免磁体在负荷下倾翻,在一种有利的设计方案中布置了三个止动钩。
止动钩可作为单独的部件固定在齿部分上。然而,成本有利的设计方案在于,止动钩与齿部分以一体的形式设计。特别是在齿部分作为塑料压铸零件的情况下,可以极低的费用制造止动钩。
在另一种有利的设计方案中,弹簧部件与齿部分以一体的形式设计。通过在弹簧部件的厚度和长度方面有针对性的设计,可有针对性地选择弹簧常数,弹簧部件由此能够由于所调整的设计而准确地与应用条件相匹配。利用将弹簧部件集成入齿部分中,就避免了附加要安装的部件。
在一种特别简单的设计方案中,齿部分具有以磁体尺寸的中心凹槽,并且弹簧部件则设计为在径向上朝向齿部分的中心并且伸入中心的凹槽中的成型部件。
在另一种设计方案中,弹簧部件是单独的弹簧,优选地为螺旋弹簧或者板簧。一个或多个单独的弹簧的布置具有这样的优点,即齿部分设计得更加简单。因此,这种设计方案就能够使用传统的、没有集成弹簧部件的齿部分。
根据另一种设计方案,由此实现磁体的位置可靠性以及用于确保正确的安装位置的组装辅助,即,磁体在背离齿部分的侧面上具有径向分布的凸缘,止动钩啮合入其中。只要径向分布的凸缘大于所啮合的止动钩,这种设计方案就能够在径向方向上实现公差补偿。

具体实施方式
图1中的阀具有壳体1、能旋转地布置在壳体1内的阀瓣2,该阀瓣与安装在壳体1内的驱动轴3相连。为了驱动驱动轴3,设置电动机4,电动机布置在壳体1的一个单独的腔室5内。通过变速装置6,将电动机4的旋转运动传递到驱动轴3上。在变速装置6的齿部分7上布置了传感器9的磁体8,用于确定阀瓣2的旋转角度。
图2示出了根据图1的变速装置6的齿部分7,具有布置在中心的磁体8。齿部分由塑料构成并且借助注塑制成。通过四个弹簧部件10给该磁体预加应力使得所述磁体抵靠在三个止动钩11上的方式,磁体保持在齿部分7上。无论是弹簧部件10,还是止动钩11,均以一体的方式构造在齿部分7上。止动钩11垂直于齿部分7的平面布置,弹簧部件10则为在径向上朝向齿部分7的中心且伸入中心的凹槽12中的成型部件,成型部件在磁体8的区域内分别具有一个设计为与此垂直的部段13,该部段与磁体8接合。磁体8在其朝向止动钩11的侧面上具有径向分布的凸缘14,止动钩11啮合到该凸缘中。凸缘14在其尺寸上大于止动钩11,从而能够实现公差补偿。
根据图3的截面图示出了具有凸缘14的磁体8,齿部分7的止动钩啮合入凸缘中。通过弹簧部件10的垂直的部段13实现磁体8抵靠在止动钩上的预应力。齿部分7布置在轴15上。
在图4中布置了作为弹簧部件10的螺旋弹簧,其中,每个螺旋弹簧10具有用于导向的拱形件(Dom)16。在根据图5的布置中,只需要一个弹簧部件10。弹簧部件10设计为板簧。板簧10支承在齿部分7的轮毂17上,并且预加应力使得磁体8靠在止动钩11上。

Claims (8)

1.一种阀,具有壳体、能旋转地布置在所述壳体内且与安装在所述壳体内的驱动轴相连的阀瓣、用于驱动驱动轴的电动机、具有至少一个齿部分且安置在所述电动机与所述驱动轴之间的变速装置和具有磁体且用于确定所述阀瓣的旋转角度的传感器,其特征在于,所述齿部分(7)具有至少两个止动钩(11),所述止动钩围绕所述磁体(8)与所述磁体(8)啮合,并且,布置有至少一个弹簧部件(10),所述弹簧部件给所述磁体(8)预加应力并使得所述磁体(8)抵靠在所述止动钩(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,布置三个止动钩(11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述止动钩(11)与所述齿部分(7)一体设计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述弹簧部件(10)与所述齿部分(7)一体设计。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,所述齿部分(7)具有以所述磁体(8)尺寸的中心凹槽(12),并且,所述弹簧部件(10)设计为在径向上朝向所述齿部分(7)的中点且伸入中心的所述凹槽(12)中的成型部件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述弹簧部件(10)是单独的弹簧,优选地为螺旋弹簧或者板簧。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的阀,其特征在于,所述磁体(8)在背离所述齿部分(7)的侧面上具有径向分布的凸缘(14),所述止动钩(11)啮合入所述凸缘中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的阀,其特征在于,所述凸缘(14)大于所述止动钩。
