Abstract

一种背光模组,包括一安装板及设于该安装板上的若干发光二极管,其特征在于,该安装板包括若干凸起部,每一凸起部呈条状且包括两相对安装壁,所述凸起部沿一平面排列,每一安装壁与该平面之间呈钝角夹角,所述发光二极管分别设置于安装壁上,每一凸起部的安装壁上的发光二极管倾斜向外设置,该背光模组用作液晶面板的背光源时,该背光模组的每一凸起部上的发光二极管倾斜朝向液晶面板,因此,每一发光二极管于该液晶面板上具有相对较宽的光场,避免了要在每一发光二极管上设置光学透镜来加宽光场而带来的制作成本增加的问题。

背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置的背光模组。
背景技术
由于液晶显示器具有轻、薄、耗电小等优点,广泛应用于笔记本计算机、移动电话、个人数字助理等现代化信息设备。因为液晶本身不具有发光特性,因此需要为其提供背光模组以实现显示功能。
一种常见的背光模组包括一背板及设于该背板上的若干发光二极管(light-emitting diode, LED),该背板呈平板状,发光二极管呈阵列状固定于该背板上。为降低成本可以减少使用发光二极管的颗数,但通常需要于每一发光二极管的出光面的一侧设置一光学透镜,透过该光学透镜使得发光二极管侧向出光,使发光二极管具有较宽的光场,同时减少光点或亮暗带(mura)的问题发生。但是这样同样增加了使用光学透镜的元件成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种在保证较好出光效果的前提下可降低成本的背光模组。
一种背光模组,包括一安装板及设于该安装板上的若干发光二极管,该安装板包括若干凸起部,每一凸起部呈条状且包括两相对安装壁,所述凸起部沿一平面排列,每一安装壁与该平面之间呈钝角夹角,所述发光二极管分别设置于安装壁上,每一凸起部的安装壁上的发光二极管倾斜向外设置。
本发明的背光模组用作液晶面板的背光源时,该背光模组的每一凸起部上的发光二极管均倾斜朝向液晶面板,因此,每一发光二极管于该液晶面板上具有相对较宽的光场,避免了要在每一发光二极管上设置光学透镜来加宽光场而带来的制作成本增加的问题。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,所示为本发明第一实施例中的背光模组100,该背光模组100包括一安装板10及设于该安装板10上的若干发光二极管20。
所述安装板10呈波浪状,包括相互连接的若干凸起部11。每一凸起部11呈垄状且具有一梯形截面。所述凸起部11相互平行且沿同一平面排列,相邻两凸起部11之间由一平板状的连接部12连接。该凸起部11包括分别位于相对两侧的两安装壁111及连接于该两安装壁111顶部之间的一顶壁112,该凸起部11的背面对应形成一长条状凹陷113。每一凸起部11的两安装壁111相对设置,且每一安装壁111与该安装板10所在的平面之间呈钝角夹角,连接部12及该顶壁112与该安装板10所在的平面平行。
所述发光二极管20呈直线排列安装于若干安装条30上,每一安装条30对应固定于所述凸起部11的一安装壁111上,每一安装条30与该安装壁111的延伸方向相同,该安装壁111上的发光二极管20倾斜向外设置。在其他的实施例中,该发光二极管20可以直接安装于所述凸起部11的安装壁111上。
请同时参照图2,该背光模组100用作液晶面板200的背光源时,该背光模组100安装发光二极管20的一侧朝向液晶面板200,此时该背光模组100的每一凸起部11的安装壁111上的发光二极管20均倾斜朝向该液晶面板200。因此,相对于现有技术中的将发光二极管元件安装于平板状的背板上的背光模组来说,在具有同样数量发光二极管20的条件下,上述实施例中的背光模组100的发光二极管20发出的光线于液晶面板200上具有相对较宽的光场,避免了为保证出光效果而在发光二极管20上设置光学透镜来加宽光场而带来的成本增加问题。
再者,上述实施例中的背光模组100的安装板10相邻两凸起部11之间及每一凸起部11的背部呈凹陷状,这种结构不仅有利于安装板10表面形成空气对流,还使得安装板10个有较大的散热面积,因此,本实施例中的背光模组100具有更高的散热效率。
图3示出了本发明第二实施例中的背光模组100a,其与第一实施例中的背光模组100相似,不同之处在于该背光模组100a的安装板10a的每一凸起部11a的背面呈实心状。如此,可增强背光模组100a的强度。
图4示出了本发明第三实施例中的背光模组100b,其与第一实施例中的背光模组100相似,不同之处在于该背光模组100b的安装板10b的每一凸起部11b的顶壁112b呈弧状,相邻两凸起部11b之间的连接部12b也呈弧状,从而使该背光模组100b的安装板10b整体呈正弦波状。
应该指出,上述实施方式仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种背光模组,包括一安装板及设于该安装板上的若干发光二极管,其特征在于,该安装板包括若干凸起部,每一凸起部呈条状且包括两相对安装壁,所述凸起部沿一平面排列,每一安装壁与该平面之间呈钝角夹角,所述发光二极管分别设置于安装壁上,每一凸起部的安装壁上的发光二极管倾斜向外设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:,该安装板呈波浪状。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述凸起部呈垄状。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述凸起部具有一梯形的截面。
5.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述安装板相邻两凸起部通过一连接部连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述连接部呈平板状或弧状中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述凸起部的顶部为平面状或弧状。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:每一凸起部的背面形成一凹陷。
9.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:每一凸起部为一实心结构。
