Abstract

一种线缆连接器组件,其包括:绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、与所述若干导电端子相连接的印刷电路板、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳及与所述印刷电路板相焊接的线缆,所述印刷电路板具有与所述导电端子相焊接的若干第一导电片及与所述线缆相焊接的若干第二导电片,所述导电端子包括信号端子与接地端子,所述印刷电路板还具有与至少一个所述接地端子电性连接的第三导电片,所述金属壳体具有至少一个金属片,所述金属片与对应的所述第三导电片相连接。本发明线缆连接器组件组装方便,接地效果好,提高整个生产流水线的生产效率。

Description

线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器组件,特别涉及一种具有良好接地效果的线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
随着计算机及其它小型设备向紧凑化和小型化的发展,线缆连接器组件的结构简单,小型化要求也越来越高,但对防止电磁干扰,稳定传输信号的要求没有降低。于2010年6月2日中国专利公告的第CN201498780U号专利揭露了一种线缆连接器组件,其包括连接器及焊接于连接器的线缆,连接器包括端子模块、套设并铆接于线缆上的安装环、遮蔽于端子模块上的屏蔽壳体及遮蔽于端子模块前端的前壳体。安装环包括螺纹部及间隔设置于相邻的螺纹部之间的铆接部,屏蔽壳体具有螺接部,螺接部的内侧设有螺纹。安装环铆接于向后翻的编织层外,同时施加压力于安装环的铆接部,使铆接部发生变形,连接的螺纹从而使安装环稳定地铆接于线缆上,然后,屏蔽壳体与安装环通过螺纹锁固方式相连接。如此设置,整个线缆连接器组件组件较多,且屏蔽壳体、安装环的结构复杂,生产成本比较高,组装不便。当要求线缆连接器组件的体积更小时,可能上述安装方式不适合此线缆连接器组件的要求。
因此,有必要提供一种线缆连接器组件来克服上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种方便组装且具有良好接地效果的线缆连接器组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括:绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、与所述若干导电端子相连接的印刷电路板、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳及与所述印刷电路板相焊接的线缆,所述印刷电路板具有与所述导电端子相焊接的若干第一导电片及与所述线缆相焊接的若干第二导电片,所述导电端子包括信号端子与接地端子,所述印刷电路板还具有与至少一个所述接地端子电性连接的第三导电片,所述金属壳体具有至少一个金属片,所述金属片与对应的所述第三导电片相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明线缆连接器组件的有益效果在于:方便组装,接地效果好,提高整个生产流水线的生产效率。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图4所示,本发明线缆连接器组件100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、与导电端子2相连接的印刷电路板3、包覆绝缘本体1与印刷电路板3的金属外壳4、包覆金属外壳4的绝缘壳体5及与印刷电路板3相连接的线缆6。
绝缘本体1包括基部11及自基部11前表面向前延伸的一对舌部12。该对舌部12相向而成。导电端子包括信号端子与接地端子,其结构相同,导电端子2为上下两排排列。导电端子2包括位于其前端的接触部21、固持于绝缘本体1的基部11内固持部(未图示)及自固持部(未图示)向后延伸且超出基部11的焊接部22。接触部21分别位于该对舌部12的内表面用于与对接连接器的端子(未图示)相连接。
印刷电路板3具有与导电端子2的焊接部22相连接的若干第一导电片31及位于第一导电片31后方的若干第二导电片32。焊接部22分别焊接于第一导电片31上,线缆6的导线(未图示)与第二导电片32相焊接。第一导电片31与各自相对应的第二导电片32电性相连。印刷电路板3还包括至少一个第三导电片33。导电端子2中具有接地功能的接地端子,接地端子与其中一部分第一导电片31、第二导电片32电性连接后,形成接地路线。第三导电片33与该接地路线电性连接。也就是说,第三导电片33与具有接地功能的接地端子电性连接。
金属外壳4包括下壳体42与安装于下壳体42上的上壳体41。下壳体42具有位于其前端且收容所述绝缘本体1的收容部421及自所述收容部421的下表面、两侧表面向后延伸形成的U型槽422,U型槽422收容印刷电路板3。U型槽422的两侧表面分别具有通孔4222。金属外壳4的下壳体42还包括至少一金属片423。在本实施例中,金属片423的数量为一个,金属片423自U型槽422的一侧表面向上弯曲延伸而成,为节省整个线缆连接器100的空间,U型槽422的两侧表面具有自其上端向下凹陷分别形成缺口4221,金属片423自缺口4221向上弯曲延伸而成。金属片423与对应的第三导电片33相连接,使得金属外壳4与第三导电片33相连接,具有很好接地效果。可以将金属片423具有弹性,金属片423抵压于所述第三导电片33上,也可以将金属片423焊接至所述第三导电片33上。
上壳体41大致呈U型,具有与通孔4222配合的凸台411,两者配合可以令上壳体41与下壳体42相固定连接,凸台411位于上壳体41的两侧表面。上壳体41两侧表面前端还形成一对收容片412,收容片412收容于缺口4221使得收容片412外表面抵持U型槽422的内表面令上壳体41与下壳体42更加固定连接。线缆6具有包覆导线的编织层(未图示),上壳体41具有位其末端且固持所述编织层的固持部413。
绝缘壳体5包覆所述金属外壳4,外露于所述绝缘壳体5前端的金属外壳4形成与对接连接器相对接的对接部。线缆连接器组件100还包括位于绝缘壳体5后方且保护线缆6的应力释放元件7。

Claims (8)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括:绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、与所述若干导电端子相连接的印刷电路板、包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳及与所述印刷电路板相焊接的线缆,所述印刷电路板具有与所述导电端子相焊接的若干第一导电片及与所述线缆相焊接的若干第二导电片,所述导电端子包括信号端子与接地端子,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板还具有与至少一个所述接地端子电性连接的第三导电片,所述金属壳体具有至少一个金属片,所述金属片与对应的所述第三导电片相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属片具有弹性,所述金属片抵压于所述第三导电片上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属片焊接至所述第三导电片上。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属外壳包括下壳体及安装于所述下壳体的上壳体,所述下壳体具有位于其前端且收容所述绝缘本体的收容部及自所述收容部的底表面、两侧表面向后延伸形成的U型槽,所述U型槽收容所述印刷电路板,所述金属片自所述U型槽的一侧表面向上弯曲延伸而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述U型槽的侧表面具有自其上端向下凹陷形成的缺口,所述金属片自所述缺口向上弯曲延伸。
6.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述U型槽的两侧表面分别具有一通孔,所述上壳体具有与所述通孔配合的凸台。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆具有编织层,所述上壳体具有位于其末端且固持所述编织层的固持部。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括包覆所述金属外壳的绝缘壳体,外露于所述绝缘壳体前端的金属外壳形成与对接连接器相对接的对接部。
