Abstract

本发明公开了一种电连接器组件,其包括:至少两个电连接器,每一电连接器包括绝缘本体和若干导电端子,导电端子包括配接部和焊接部,所述焊接部向后延伸暴露在绝缘本体外部;所述电连接器组件还包括一柔性电路板,两个电连接器并排固定于柔性电路板上,并且间隔一段距离。使用柔性电路板将两个电连接器连接,可以根据空间的需要调整电连接器间的距离,既节省了连接空间又可以根据空间的需要改变形状,保证有效的电性连接。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明是有关一种电连接器组件,尤其是指应用于电脑信号传输领域的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
Serial ATA(Serial Advanced Technology Attachment,串行附加式先进技术)连接器随着硬盘的发展也不断的改进。美国专利公告第US6,991,487B2号揭示了一种连接器组件。请参考该专利图中标号,该线缆连接器组件1包括本体10、收容于本体10内部的若干导电端子20、若干电性连接导电端子20的线缆40、遮覆于本体10及线缆40上的壳体50及同时组装于本体10与壳体50相对两侧的一对锁扣装置60。该线缆连接器组件外形更宽,适用于通过较多电缆以电性连接更多的电气设备。中国台湾专利公告第TW549640号揭示了另一种电连接器组件,请参考该专利图中标号,该连接器组件包括绝缘本体4及收容于绝缘本体4内的若干导电端子5,用以连接两个相邻的电连接器2的固持框架3,所述固持框架3具有两纵长侧墙30及自纵长侧墙30向外凸伸出并可以收容于所述电连接器的安装部42的侧长壁421的相应空间内的若干凸部300。该电连接器组件的固持框架可使连接器插拔时稳固站立在电路板上,从而在两者间建立可靠的电信连接。
但是,上述提及的连接器组件,当需要多个的电连接器分别与线缆连接时,其结构较为复杂;另一方面,由于中国台湾专利公告号第TW549640号的线缆连接器的固持架不可形变,固定在固持架上的电连接器的相对位置不能根据需要改变。在科技越来便携化和简洁化的过程中,这样的连接器将不适合电子设备小型化的需求。
鉴于前述弊端,有必要对现有电连接器组件进行改良,以满足发展要求。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种利用柔性印刷电路板承载与连接多个电连接器而实现与设备端连接器配接的电连接器组件。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括:至少两个电连接器,每一电连接器包括绝缘本体和若干导电端子,导电端子包括配接部和焊接部,所述焊接部向后延伸暴露在绝缘本体外部;所述电连接器组件还包括一柔性电路板,两个电连接器并排固定于柔性电路板上,并且间隔一段距离。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:使用柔性电路板将两个电连接器连接,可以根据空间的需要调整电连接器间的距离,既节省了连接空间又可以根据空间的需要改变形状,保证有效的电性连接。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1和图2,本发明电连接器组件100包括第一电连接器1、与第一电连接器并排设置的第二电连接器2、分别组装在第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2上的一对拉拔带3、连接第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2的柔性电路板(FPC)6、设置在柔性电路板6上且夹在电连接器和柔性电路板之间的加强板4以及设置在柔性电路板6一端,并与第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2电性连接的金手指5。本实施例中,第一和第二电连接器1、2均为Serial ATA型双端口连接器。
本实施例中,第一和第二电连接器1、2与分别与硬碟机的对接连接器(未图示)连接,金手指5则插入主板的对接连接器(未图示)内。
请参照图3和图4,所述第一电连接器1包括绝缘本体10和若干导电端子12。绝缘本体10包括矩形的基座104、自基座104向外延伸的对接部101。所述导电端子12包括若干电源端子121(含接地端子)和若干信号端子122(含接地端子),电源端子121具有配接部1210和焊接部1211,信号端子122具有配接部1220和焊接部1221。对接部101的内部被隔板1013分为长度不等的两个收容腔1011用以收容对接连接器(未图示),每一收容腔1011的底部设有若干端子收容通道1012。其中,较长的收容腔1011底部的端子收容通道1012收容若干电源端子121,较短的收容腔1011底部的端子收容通道1012收容若干信号端子122。电源端子121的配接部1210抵接在端子收容通道1012内,焊接部1211向后延伸暴露在绝缘本体10外部。信号端子122的结构与电源端子121的结构类似,其配接部1220抵接在另一收容腔1011底部的端子收容通道1012内。所述基座104的两侧边缘上还分别设有一狭缝1041。基座104的底部两侧向后延伸出一对柱状突起1042。
参照图3至图4,第二电连接器2的结构与第一电连接器1的结构相同。
请参照图4,拉拔带3每端的端部31可穿过第一和第二电连接器1、2的绝缘本体10、20的基座104、204的对应的狭缝1041、2041然后端部31又被固定在拉拔带3上,使得拉拔带3的两端穿过狭缝1041从而将拉拔带3固定在绝缘本体10、20上。当作用一外力在拉拔带3上时,便可将本实施例中的电连接器组件100与对接连接器分离。
请参照图1至图4,柔性电路板6连接了第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2,在其两侧边一段距离上对应设置了两对第一固持孔61用以收容第一和第二电连接器1、2的基座104、204的突起1042、2042,在每对第一固持孔61中间又设置了若干较小直径的圆孔即第一穿孔62以供导电端子12的焊接部1211穿过。
在电连接器和柔性电路板6之间设置了由绝缘材料制成的以增强柔性电路板硬度的矩形加强板4,在加强板4与柔性电路板6对应的地方分别设置了供基座104的突起1042穿过的第二固持孔41和供导电端子12的焊接部1211穿过的第二穿孔42。
在柔性电路板6的另一端设置有与第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2连接的金手指5,柔性电路板6设有5处之两侧分别设有卡扣端52。柔性电路板6上还设置有若干内部传输线路(未图示),其分别电性连接金手指5与第一电连接器1和第二电连接器2的导电端子12。
组装时,依设置在柔性电路板6上电连接器的数量,在柔性电路板6上安装相应的加强板4,以增强柔性电路板6的局部硬度,以更好的固定电连接器。第一和第二电连接器1、2在柔性电路板6上间隔排列,且第一和第二电连接器1、2的导电端子12的配接部1210、1220收容在绝缘本体10、20的端子收容通道1011、2011内,导电端子12的焊接部1211、1221依次穿过加强板4的第二穿孔42和柔性电路板6的第一穿孔62后焊接在柔性电路板6上,设置在第一和第二电连接器基座104,204上的柱形突起1042、2042也依次穿过加强板4的第二固持孔41并收容在柔性电路板6的第一固持孔62内。拉拔带3沿由后向前的方向分别组装在第一和第二电连接器1、2上,拉拔带3的端部31穿出对应基座104、204的狭缝1041、2041后又固定(本实施方式中采用粘贴方式)在拉拔带3上。所述两个电连接器的信号端子122分别通过传输线路与柔性电路板6上的金手指5的对应的端子电性连接,两个电连接器的电源端子121相互连通且通过传输线路与柔性电路板6上的金手指5电性连接。
本实施例中,使用柔性电路板6将第一和第二电连接器1、2连接,两电连接器相隔预设距离且并排设置在柔性电路板6上,由此可根据两个对接连接器的位置调整第一和第二电连接器1、2的距离,避免多条线缆连接,使用方便且节省应用空间。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:至少两个电连接器,每一电连接器包括绝缘本体和若干导电端子,导电端子包括配接部和焊接部,所述焊接部向后延伸暴露在绝缘本体外部,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括一柔性电路板,两个电连接器并排固定于柔性电路板上,并且间隔一段距离,所述柔性电路板上设有夹在柔性电路板和电连接器之间的由绝缘材料制成的加强板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述至少两个电连接器,均为Serial ATA标准型双端子电连接器。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器设置在柔性电路板的一端,所述柔性电路板的另一端设有若干金手指,所述柔性电路板还具有连接金手指与导电端子焊接部的内部传输线路。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述每一个电连接器的绝缘本体上形成有基座和对接部,所述电连接器的对接部内具有一隔板,该隔板将对接部分割为两个“L”型收容腔,收容腔的底部设置了若干导电端子收容通道。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器的导电端子包括若干信号端子和若干电源端子,分别设置在两个收容腔内。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器的信号端子分别通过内部传输线路与柔性电路板的对应金手指电性连接,每个电连接器的电源端子之间相互连通且通过内部传输线路与柔性电路板上的对应金手指电性连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述加强板和柔性电路板上都设置了至少两对固持孔和若干穿孔,所述电连接器基座的突起穿过并固定在固持孔内。
8.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括至少一组拉拔带,所述拉拔带与电连接器绝缘本体的基座配合。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器的导电端子依次穿过加强板和柔性电路板的穿孔,焊接在柔性电路板上。
