Abstract

Description

按压器式闭锁机构
本发明涉及一种用于容器的按压器式闭锁机构,其包括按压器(Drücker),按压器在壳体中导向,该壳体插入到容器壁内,其中,该壳体以凸肩支撑在容器壁上,按压器处于弹簧影响下。
按压器式闭锁机构本已公知(例如参见DE 652 754C)。这种闭锁机构安置在容器上,该容器通常是由木头、塑料等构成的箱形容器,比如箱盒、箱子或盒子。
公知的按压器式闭锁机构的缺点在于,为了在按压器的影响下将设置在容器上的顶盖解除栓锁,把杆件或卡箍伸入到容器的内腔中,进而松开顶盖。因而存在使安置在容器内的物料受损的危险。另外,通过这种操作方式无法用料子等从内部给容器加衬里,因为料子会因为对杆件的操纵而受到损坏。
为了消除该缺点,已知可以利用设置在容器顶盖上的销钉来实现将闭锁机构解除栓锁,具体为,在顶盖封闭的情况下把销钉穿过所设置的孔插入到壳体中。尽管由此避免了闭锁部件插入到容器的内腔中;但为了固定按压器壳体,需要把它粘接在容器壁上的为此设置的孔中,以便避免壳体并非所愿地扭转或者掉出来。但在实际上,把壳体与容器壁粘接在一起有一些缺点;因而例如无法避免在填充好粘接剂后,粘接剂在壳体插入时从孔中冒出来,进而伤及通常上漆的容器的外侧面。另外,在粘接剂硬化之后,无法拆下壳体,从而在闭锁机构受损情况下无法使用容器。
本发明将在此提供辅助。本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于容器的按压器式闭锁机构,一方面无需插入到容器内腔中即可对所述容器进行解除栓锁,另一方面无需把壳体粘接在容器壁上。根据本发明,该目的的实现方式为,壳体具有径向的孔,并设置有衬套,衬套插入到容器壁中且至少局部地伸入到孔中。
借助本发明提供一种用于容器的按压器式闭锁机构,其中,与壳体的纵向中心线垂直地内置到容器壁中的孔部分地伸入壳体。由此确保壳体不会掉出来和在容器壁中扭转。因而纯机械地把壳体保持在容器壁内,从而可以省去额外的辅助机构例如粘接剂。
根据本发明的改进,孔的净宽等于衬套的外直径。由于这两个构件相互间如此精细地一致,产生了较高的适配精准性,从而无间隙地把壳体保持在容器壁内。由此在操纵闭锁机构时达到较高的质量要求。
本发明的其它改进和设计在从属权利要求中给出。附图中示出了本发明的一个实施例,下面对其予以详述。其中:

选作实施例的容器1具有按压器式闭锁机构2。设置有衬套3,在容器1的封闭状态下,该衬套被栓锁螺栓4穿过。
容器1具有下部分11,该下部分用顶盖12封闭。下部分11和顶盖12借助铰链13相互铰接。
在容器1的下部分11上,在背离铰链13的一侧设置有容纳件14。该容纳件14具有底部15,该底部在容纳件14的区域中形成容器1的下部分11的侧壁。在下部分11的侧壁上,从面向顶盖12的一侧开设有孔16,该孔垂直于容纳件14的中心线朝向。孔16为梯段式结构。在容器1的顶盖12上开设有盲孔17,在顶盖12封闭情况下,该盲孔与下部分11上的孔16同轴地朝向。
按压器式闭锁机构2设置在容器1的下部分11中。按压器式闭锁机构2包括按压器21,该按压器在壳体22中导向。壳体22在其背离底部15的一端具有环绕的凸肩23。壳体22从背离底部的一侧插入到容纳件14中。该壳体以凸肩23支撑在容器壁上。壳体22具有径向的孔22′,该孔在安装状态下与容器1下部11上的孔16对齐。
按压器21在其背离底部15的区域中具有环形的凸缘21′。该按压器处于弹簧24的影响下。该弹簧24在按压器21上的盲孔25内导向。该弹簧一方面支撑在盲孔25的底部上,另一方面支撑在容纳件14的底部15上。在面向底部15的一侧,按压器21设置有包围盲孔25的盘状物26,该盘状物在其外端设置有侧凹(Hinterschnitt)27。
在安装状态下,衬套3插入到容器壁上的孔16中。衬套3设置有通孔。该衬套为梯段式结构,因而在其背离按压器21的一端具有环绕的边缘31。衬套3局部地伸入到壳体22的孔22′中,这比如特别是在图3和6中可看到。
在顶盖12上的梯段式的盲孔17中插入栓锁螺栓4。该栓锁螺栓4在其面向下部分11的一端具有盘状物41。在容器1的封闭状态下,栓锁螺栓4局部地伸入到衬套3中,并以其盘状物41一直伸展到按压器21的区域中。
在容器1的栓锁状态下(图3和6),侧凹27在后面包夹盘状物41。此时,按压器21处于弹簧24的影响下。基于弹力,按压器21以其环形的凸缘21′支撑在壳体22上。在这种状态下,侧凹27在后面包夹盘状物41,从而无法打开顶盖12。为了将按压器式闭锁机构2解除栓锁,克服弹簧24的力朝向底部15对按压器21进行按压,直到按压器21与底部15接触。在该位置,栓锁螺栓4的盘状物41脱离于侧凹27,从而可以打开顶盖12。松开按压器21,它就在弹簧24的影响下又回到其初始位置。
在容器1封闭时,栓锁螺栓4插入到衬套3中,直到栓锁螺栓4的盘状物41与侧凹27的外侧面接触。由于无论侧凹27还是盘状物41均为倒棱结构,所以,进一步闭合顶盖12就会导致按压器21朝向底部15偏移移动,从而盘状物41会经过侧凹27。在盘状物41经过之后,按压器21在力24的影响下回到其初始位置。在这种状态下,侧凹27又在后面包夹盘状物41,由此把容器1栓锁。
根据本发明,衬套3插入到孔16中。由于衬套3局部地插入到壳体22上的孔22′中,这比如特别是在图6中可看到,所以,确保壳体22不会从容纳件14中掉出来或者被挤压出来。通过这种方式也防止壳体22在容纳件14中扭转。由于壳体22的孔22′的净宽在面向容纳件14的区域中等于的衬套3的外直径,所以能把壳体22精准地栓锁在容纳件14中。由此既可以顺畅地操纵闭锁机构,又能达到较高的技术要求(Anmutung),因为即使在操纵按压器闭锁机构时也不会使得壳体在容器的下部分中移动。按压器闭锁机构2的根据本发明的设计方案因此产生了较高的技术品质。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于容器的按压器式闭锁机构,包括按压器,该按压器在壳体中导向,该壳体插入到容器壁内,其中,该壳体以凸肩支撑在容器壁上,按压器处于弹簧的影响下,其特征在于,壳体(22)具有径向的孔(22′),并设置有衬套(3),该衬套插入到容器壁中且至少局部地伸入到孔(22′)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的按压器式闭锁机构,其特征在于,孔(22′)的净宽等于衬套(3)的外直径。
