本发明涉及一种成孔机,特别是一种地下混凝土灌注桩成孔用的滚筒成孔机。
背景技术
目前,地下混凝土灌注桩成孔用的成孔机,都存在设备建造费用高,效率低,成孔速度慢等特点。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上空白,提供了一种滚筒成孔机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种滚筒成孔机,接长杆下端设有上支架,上支架左右两边分别设有一个竖支架,两个竖支架的下端固定有下支架,下支架上设有两个托轮,上支架下亦设有两个托轮,四托轮之间设有一滚筒,滚筒的一边上部固定有销A,销A的上端设有钩A,钩A固定在立杆A上端,立杆A下端固定于动力头A,滚筒的另一边下部固定有销B,销B的上端设有钩B,钩B固定在立杆B上端,立杆B下端固定于动力头B。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明通过一只滚筒驱动两个动力头,循环往复冲砸土层成孔,成孔速度很高。

具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例接长杆1下端设有上支架2,上支架左右两边分别设有一个竖支架18,两个竖支架的下端固定有下支架13,下支架上设有两个托轮4,上支架下亦设有两个托轮,四托轮之间设有一滚筒19,滚筒的一边上部固定有销A6,销A的上端设有钩A5,钩A固定在立杆A7上端,立杆A下端固定于动力头A16,滚筒的另一边下部固定有销B9,销B的上端设有钩B8,钩B固定在立杆B10上端,立杆B下端固定于动力头B17。
动力头A上部设有两个立柱A11,两个立柱A分别穿过两个套A15且可在套A上滑动,动力头B上部设有两个立柱B12,两个立柱B分别穿过两个套B14且可在套B上滑动,套A以及套B均固定在下支架的两端。
动力头A为一圆环形且一端部分向圆心突出一定长度,为使立杆A靠近圆心,减小偏心度;动力头B为一圆柱形且一端部分向圆心凹陷一定长度,为使动力头A突出的部分在动力头B凹陷的部分内上下移动。
立杆A以及立杆B均具有一定的挠度,左右折弯后能迅速回位。
立板3为两块,均固定于上支架下部中间,一块用于阻挡立杆A上端,一块用于阻挡立杆B上端。
本发明工作时,托轮驱动滚筒逆时针方向转动,滚筒上的销B9通过钩B、立杆B拉动动力头B升高,同时,滚筒上的销A通过钩A、立杆A挂住的动力头A脱钩,动力头A落下,其后,动力头B升高到最高点时脱钩落下,动力头A挂住销A升高,如此反复。

1.一种滚筒成孔机,接长杆(1)下端设有上支架(2),上支架左右两边分别设有一个竖支架(18),两个竖支架的下端固定有下支架(13),下支架上设有两个托轮(4),上支架下亦设有两个托轮,其特征在于:四托轮之间设有一滚筒(19),滚筒的一边上部固定有销A(6),销A的上端设有钩A(5),钩A固定在立杆A(7)上端,立杆A下端固定于动力头A(16)上,滚筒的另一边下部固定有销B(9),销B的上端设有钩B(8),钩B固定在立杆B(10)上端,立杆B下端固定于动力头B(17)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒成孔机,其特征在于:动力头A上部设有两个立柱A(11),两个立柱A分别穿过两个套A(15)且可在套A上滑动,动力头B上部设有两个立柱B(12),两个立柱B分别穿过两个套B(14)且可在套B上滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒成孔机,其特征在于:动力头A为一圆环形且一端部分向圆心突出一定长度,动力头B为一圆柱形且一端部分向圆心凹陷一定长度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滚筒成孔机,其特征在于:立板(3)为两块,一块用于阻挡立杆A上端,一块用于阻挡立杆B上端。
