本发明揭示了一种复合铬镍合金金属的配方,所述的复合铬镍合金金属的配方中包含以下金属成分:铬、镍、锆、铪、钼以及钛,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的铬占28%-37%,所述的镍占48%-53%,所述的锆占3.8%-4.6%,所述的铪占3.2%-4.4%,所述的钼占5.6%-6.7%,所述的钛占2.4%-3.3%。通过在复合铬镍合金中添加锆、铪、钼以及钛四种金属元素后,使得铬镍合金的耐腐蚀性、机械性能得到了提高,同时使得铬镍合金的熔点提高,耐高温寿命延长,使得铬镍和的电子变大,使用性能得到提升。

本发明涉及一种金属成分,具体涉及一种复合铬镍合金金属的配方。
背景技术
目前,市场上采用的铬镍合金在使用过中存在诸多不足,如电阻阻值不高,使用性能较低,耐高温性能较差,耐高温寿命短,机械强度不高等诸多限制使得铬镍合金在日常生活中的使用得不到广泛的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温、高电阻、机械强度高的复合铬镍合金金属的配方。
本发明的技术方案是,一种复合铬镍合金金属的配方,所述的复合铬镍合金金属的配方中包含以下金属成分:铬、镍、锆、铪、钼以及钛,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的铬占28%-37%,所述的镍占48%-53%,所述的锆占3.8%-4.6%,所述的铪占3.2%-4.4%,所述的钼占5.6%-6.7%,所述的钛占2.4%-3.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比具体比例为:所述的铬占29.6%,所述的镍占52.4%,所述的锆占4.3%,所述的铪占4.1%,所述的钼占6.4%,所述的钛占3.2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比具体比例为:所述的铬占35.4%,所述的镍占48.9%,所述的锆占4.1%,所述的铪占3.3%,所述的钼占5.8%,所述的钛占2.5%。
本发明所述为一种复合铬镍合金金属的配方,通过在复合铬镍合金中添加锆、铪、钼以及钛四种金属元素后,使得铬镍合金的耐腐蚀性、机械性能得到了提高,同时使得铬镍合金的熔点提高,耐高温寿命延长,使得铬镍和的电子变大,使用性能得到提升。

进一步地,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比具体比例为:所述的铬占29.6%,所述的镍占52.4%,所述的锆占4.3%,所述的铪占4.1%,所述的钼占6.4%,所述的钛占3.2%。
进一步地,所述的各金属成分所占重量百分比具体比例为:所述的铬占35.4%,所述的镍占48.9%,所述的锆占4.1%,所述的铪占3.3%,所述的钼占5.8%,所述的钛占2.5%。
锆、铪、钼以及钛四种金属元素分别具有耐腐蚀、高熔点、高电阻、机械强度高等性能。
本发明所述为一种复合铬镍合金金属的配方,通过在复合铬镍合金中添加锆、铪、钼以及钛四种金属元素后,使得铬镍合金的耐腐蚀性、机械性能得到了提高,同时使得铬镍合金的熔点提高,耐高温寿命延长,使得铬镍和的电子变大,使用性能得到提升。
