本发明揭示了一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,包括聚甲醛、聚丙烯以及添加剂,所述的添加剂包括填充剂、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、热稳定剂以及耐低温剂,所述的填充剂为云母粉,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的抗氧化剂为叔丁基对苯二酚,所述的热稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述的耐低温剂为聚矾。使制得的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有收缩率小、热稳定性好、耐老化、耐低温、韧性好、耐磨性好等功效。

一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料配方,具体涉及一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料。
背景技术
聚丙烯比重小,强度、钢度、耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯,具有优良的耐腐性,良好的高频绝缘性,不受湿度影响,表面硬度和耐热性较好,但成型收缩率大,低温易变脆,不耐磨,易老化。聚甲醛有优异的机械性能,尤其是弹性模量很高,刚性和表面硬度都很高,具有卓越的耐磨性和自润滑性,但收缩率大,热稳定性差,易分解老化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种收缩率小、热稳定性好、耐老化、耐低温、韧性好、耐磨性好的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,包括聚甲醛、聚丙烯以及添加剂,所述的添加剂包括填充剂、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、热稳定剂以及耐低温剂,所述的填充剂为云母粉,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的抗氧化剂为叔丁基对苯二酚,所述的热稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述的耐低温剂为聚矾。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料各成分重量百分比为聚甲醛占26%-37%,聚丙烯占41%-47%,云母粉占12.6%-14.5%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占3.5%-4.4%,叔丁基对苯二酚占2.4%-3.3%,二月桂酸二丁基锡占2.1%-2.9%,聚矾占1.4%-1.9%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料各成分重量百分比为聚甲醛占32.4%,聚丙烯占42.6%,云母粉占13.1%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占4.2%,叔丁基对苯二酚占3.2%,二月桂酸二丁基锡占2.7%,聚矾占1.8%。
本发明所述为一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,使制得的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有收缩率小、热稳定性好、耐老化、耐低温、韧性好、耐磨性好等功效。

本发明所述为一种聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,使制得的聚甲醛与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有收缩率小、热稳定性好、耐老化、耐低温、韧性好、耐磨性好等功效。
