本发明揭示了一种聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,包括聚酰胺、聚丙烯以及添加剂,所述的添加剂包括抗冲击改性剂、填充剂、抗氧化剂、晶核剂以及阻燃剂,所述的抗冲击改性剂为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物,所述的填充剂为玻璃粉,所述的抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯,所述的晶核剂为氧化钛,所述的阻燃剂为三水合氧化铝。使制得的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有耐老化、强度高、刚性好、耐热性能高、热稳定性好、抗冲击强度大等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料配方,具体涉及一种聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料。
背景技术
聚丙烯具有优良的耐腐性,良好的高频绝缘性,不受湿度影响,表面硬度和耐热性较好,但不耐磨,易老化,强度、钢度、耐热性一般。聚酰胺坚硬、耐磨、耐疲劳、耐油、耐水、结晶性能很高,具有优良的力学性能,但是刚度略差,热稳定性能差,抗冲击强度一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐老化、强度高、刚性好、耐热性能高、热稳定性好、抗冲击强度大的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,包括聚酰胺、聚丙烯以及添加剂,所述的添加剂包括抗冲击改性剂、填充剂、抗氧化剂、晶核剂以及阻燃剂,所述的抗冲击改性剂为丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物,所述的填充剂为玻璃粉,所述的抗氧化剂为硫代二丙酸二月桂酯,所述的晶核剂为氧化钛,所述的阻燃剂为三水合氧化铝。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料各成分重量百分比为聚酰胺占42%-51%,聚丙烯占26%-29%,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占4.3%-5.6%,玻璃粉占9.7%-11.2%,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占3.7%-4.5%,氧化钛占2.9%-4.4%,三水合氧化铝占2.4%-3.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料各成分重量百分比为聚酰胺占44.8%,聚丙烯占28.6%,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占5.2%,玻璃粉占9.9%,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占4.3%,氧化钛占4.1%,三水合氧化铝占3.1%。
本发明所述为一种聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,使制得的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有耐老化、强度高、刚性好、耐热性能高、热稳定性好、抗冲击强度大等功效。

本发明所述为一种聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,使制得的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料具有耐老化、强度高、刚性好、耐热性能高、热稳定性好、抗冲击强度大等功效。

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料,其特征在于:所述的聚酰胺与聚丙烯复合改性塑料各成分重量百分比为聚酰胺占42%-51%,聚丙烯占26%-29%,丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物占4.3%-5.6%,玻璃粉占9.7%-11.2%,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯占3.7%-4.5%,氧化钛占2.9%-4.4%,三水合氧化铝占2.4%-3.3%。
