Abstract
本发明提出了一种用于陶制装饰品的古绿开片釉及其制备方法，按配方：霞石正长石：50～70%，滑石：10～15%，CaCO3：10～15%，MgCO3：3～8%，高岭土：4～8%，CuCO3：0.5～1.0%。将各组分称量后充分混合加入研磨罐中，加入相当于干粉重量的50%～60%的水进行研磨5～12小时，粒度经测试过350目网筛，残渣在1g～3g左右为准，然后将磨好的釉药调至浓度为真比重42°～45°，喷或浸泡于陶制品上，凉干后再进窑内釉烧1185℃～1200℃的温度进行9～10小时烧成，最后经自然冷却出窑。制得的古绿开片釉釉面细腻柔和，质感丰富，色泽古朴。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于陶制装饰品的古绿开片釉及其制备方法。
背景技术
一般的开片釉在瓷坯上显示不出来它的独特的效果及艺术价值；在传统的陶瓷生产中，开片釉一般为亮光裂纹，而且选料讲究，其釉色在高温烧成中容易被吃色，无古朴气质。在陶器与艺术品上无艺术价值，工艺性能差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺性能强、无任何毒副作用的具有高艺术价值的用于陶制装饰品的古绿开片釉及其制备方法。
本发明的一种用于陶制装饰品的古绿开片釉，按质量百分比算，由如下组分与含量组成：
霞石正长石:50～70%，
滑石:10～15%,
CaCO3:10～15%,
MgCO3:3～8%，
高岭土：4～8%,
CuCO3：0.5～1.0%。
其中，霞石正长石优选含量50～65%。
MgCO3优选含量3～5%。
高岭土优选含量3～5%。
上述的古绿开片釉的制备方法包括如下步骤：
A、按配方将各组分称量后充分混合加入研磨罐中，加入相当于干粉重量的50%～60%的水进行研磨5～12小时；
B、然后将磨好的釉浓度调至为真比重42～45，喷或浸泡于陶制品上，凉干后再进窑内釉烧1185℃～1200℃的温度进行9～10小时烧成，最后经自然冷却出窑，制得此古绿开片釉。
优选的，在A步骤和B步骤之间还含有步骤C：A步骤研磨的粒度经测试过350目网筛，残渣在1g～3g左右为准，然后进入B步骤。
古绿开片釉是由碱性硅酸盐矿物经充分混合后，加水研磨成釉，将它喷或浸釉在胚体上，经高温烧制后形成的一种开片釉。是一种实用于现代系列风格的陶制品上，其及艺术性质特点：跟一般开片釉不一样之处在于，此开片釉是仿宋代汝窑中的一种，釉面呈无光，形成金丝铁线网状形裂纹。因此成为陶釉与艺术釉中的一种特殊装饰。它是釉与材质相结合而形成的一种独具一格的仿宋代汝窑所制的古绿开发釉。本发明采用霞石正长石代替钾、钠长石，作为此釉的主要原料。霞石（霞石正长石）是一种含有铝和钠的硅酸盐，是最常见和最主要的似长石矿物，是一种深成碱性岩，其膨胀系数高，因此用霞石正长石配制此开片釉。霞石用于此釉料中改善釉的膨胀系数，有助于配方中MgCO3在玻璃相中的溶解和分散，使其晶体细小，从而达到高的透光度，使外观精美、内涵丰富。用霞石与滑石、MgCO3、CaCO3及CuCO3相结合，配制出1185℃～1200℃的古绿开片釉，使其釉面细腻柔和，质感丰富，色泽古朴，还可以避免有毒气体NO等排放。霞石用于胚体中也有助于提高低温胚体的瓷化程度，改善胚体膨胀系数，加固胚釉结合程度，括宽釉的使用范围，增强产品的艺术价值。

另外，除非特别说明，本发明中所采用的百分比均为质量百分比。
实施例1
配方1：
霞石正长石:55%，
滑石:15%,
CaCO3:15%,
MgCO3:7%，
高岭土：7.5%,
CuCO3：0.5%。
按配方1将各组分称量后充分混合加入研磨罐中，加入相当于干粉重量的60%的水进行研磨5小时，粒度经测试过350目网筛，残渣在1g～3g左右为准，然后将磨好的釉药调至浓度为真比重42～45，喷或浸泡于陶制品上，凉干后再进窑内釉烧1185℃～1200℃的温度进行9小时烧成，最后经自然冷却出窑，制得古绿开片釉。
制得的古绿开片釉的釉面细腻柔和，质感丰富，色泽古朴。
实施例2
配方2：
霞石正长石:60%，
滑石:10%,
CaCO3:15%,
MgCO3:7.5%，
高岭土：7%,
CuCO3：0.5%。
按配方2将各组分称量后充分混合加入研磨罐中，加入相当于干粉重量的50%的水进行研磨12小时，粒度经测试过350目网筛，残渣在1g～3g左右为准，然后将磨好的釉药调至浓度为真比重42～45，喷或浸泡于陶制品上，凉干后再进窑内釉烧1185℃～1200℃的温度进行10小时烧成，最后经自然冷却出窑，制得古绿开片釉。
制得的古绿开片釉的釉面细腻柔和，质感丰富，色泽古朴。
实施例3
配方3：
霞石正长石:65%，
滑石:15%,
CaCO3:10%,
MgCO3:4%，
高岭土：5%,
CuCO3：1%。
按配方3将各组分称量后充分混合加入研磨罐中，加入相当于干粉重量的60%的水进行研磨10小时，粒度经测试过350目网筛，残渣在1g～3g左右为准，然后将磨好的釉药调至浓度为真比重42～45，喷或浸泡于陶制品上，凉干后再进窑内釉烧1185℃～1200℃的温度进行10小时烧成，最后经自然冷却出窑，制得古绿开片釉。
制得的古绿开片釉的釉面细腻柔和，质感丰富，色泽古朴。

1.一种用于陶制装饰品的古绿开片釉，其特征在于，按质量百分比算，由如下组分与含量组成：
霞石正长石:50～70％，
滑石:10～15％,
CaCO3:10～15％,
MgCO3:3～8％，
高岭土：4～8％,
CuCO3：0.5～1.0％。
