超声焊极10和铁砧12分别具有四个热封面24、26。超声焊极10的热封面26具有一个光滑的、面状的表面。铁砧10的热封面24根据下面的图详细地被说明。根据图2,铁砧10的矩形的热封面24由两个矩形的分面31组成,这些分面被一个细长的间隙30相互分开。两个分面31分别设有专门的热封型廓36。热封型廓36基本上矩形地或菱形地构成。各个形成矩形热封型廓36的矩形38的底面相对于侧边35倾斜大约45°地定向,由此实现热封长度的延长。
在根据图3的剖视图中可见,能量方向发生器28相对于底面42以确定的高度46突出。能量方向发生器28是热封钳口33的部分。能量方向发生器28在热封过程中用作超声焊极10的热封面26的配对面。根据图5可见,能量方向发生器28的在超声焊极10的方向上突出的尖端以半径29构成。此外,能量方向发生器28以角度40向着底面42倾斜。能量方向发生器28的以角度40倾斜的侧面44以一个未详细确定的半径过渡到底面42中。根据图4,所说明的几何结构以放大的视图绘出。热封型廓36的分面31具有一个热封宽度32,间隙30具有一个间隙宽度32。
为了进一步澄清根据图2至5的图,在图6和7中示出立体图。在此,侧面44比较强地倾斜,大约以大约60°的角度40倾斜。在根据图8的实施例中,侧面44以大约120°的角度40倾斜。
用于借助超声波加工包装材料的装置8如下地工作。它包括作为重要元件的超声焊极10,超声焊极用作相对于铁砧12的焊接刀具。电网电压由发电机转化为高频电压。在发电机上连接一个声波换能器(转换器),它又将电能转化为高频的机械振动。振幅借助振幅变换段(Booster)加强或减小并且由转换器传递到超声焊极10上。铁砧12是无源工件。待焊接的工件、例如包装材料被夹紧在铁砧12和超声焊极10之间,以便能够实现超声焊极10和包装材料之间的能量过渡。铁砧12吸收超声焊极10的超声波振动。不仅超声焊极10而且铁砧12相反地旋转并且几乎被实施为热封辊。它们具有多个热封面,在这些热封面中也可以集成用于切断包装材料的切割功能。根据包装材料的类型必须以高的精度调节热封间隙。
装置8用于软管袋的横向缝的热封。借助第一分面31对在后的袋的起始横向缝进行热封,借助一个设置在间隙30中的切割刀将两个袋相互分开,借助第二分面31对在前的袋的末端横向缝热封。
在超声波热封时可以仅在超声焊极10、要热封的薄膜和铁砧12的能量方向发生器28之间的接触时间期间加入能量。因此有意义的是,能量输入尤其是在所描述的旋转的热封方法中优化。这通过所描述的热封型廓36进行。所描述的能量方向发生器28的格栅形结构增大接触面,其方式是它们曲折形地沿着热封型廓36的侧边35延伸并且由此构造得比在现有技术中的沿着侧边35的平行的直线的实施方式更长。通过所示的格栅形的、华夫饼干状的结构此外实现热封力的均匀分布。为了实现密封的热封,沿着分面31的热封宽度32始终设置两个矩形38。
能量方向发生器28的以半径29倒圆的表面与以角度40倾斜的侧面44的配合作用已经表明对于熔液流的发散是特别有利的。
宽度32优选位于6mm的数量级中。间隙30的间隙宽度34优选位于3mm的数量级中。由此热封钳口33的总宽度位于15mm的数量级中。能量方向发生器28的尖端以高度46伸出超过矩形38的底面42并且大约位于0.5mm的数量级中。半径29大约位于0.1至1mm之间的范围中。角度40优选位于20°和120°之间的范围中。热封钳口33优选由钢制成。热封钳口33具有用于固定装置例如螺栓的相应接收部,具有铁砧的热封钳口33能够通过固定装置固定。

Claims (7)

1.用于旋转的铁砧(12)的热封钳口,用于借助超声波热封包装材料,包括能量方向发生器(28),其能够为了热封而通过包装材料与旋转的配对面(26)形成接触,其特征在于,所述能量方向发生器(28)具有一个基本上格栅形或菱形的热封型廓(36),其中,所述能量方向发生器(28)设有一个半径(29)、相对于至少一个相对于热封型廓(36)的表面平行定向的底面(42)突出并且与侧面(44)连接,及所述侧面(44)相对于所述热封型廓(36)的表面倾斜一个角度(40),其中,所述侧面(44)以倒圆方式过渡到底面(42)中。
2.根据权利要求1的热封钳口,其特征在于,所述格栅形或菱形的热封型廓(36)由多个基本上相同大小的矩形(38)组成。
3.根据权利要求2的热封钳口,其特征在于,矩形(38)关于所述热封钳口(33)的侧边(35)这样地设置,使得得到能量方向发生器(28)的曲折形的走向。
4.根据权利要求2或3的热封钳口,其特征在于,矩形(38)被这样地设置,使得矩形(38)的底面相对于所述热封钳口(33)的侧边(35)以不同于零的角度设置。
5.根据权利要求2或3的热封钳口,其特征在于,矩形(38)的对角线长度被这样地选择,使得矩形(38)的双倍的对角线长度小于或等于热封型廓(36)的宽度(32)。
6.根据权利要求1至3之一的热封钳口,其特征在于,热封型廓(36)具有两个分面(31),它们通过一个间隙(30)相互分开。
7.根据权利要求4的热封钳口,其特征在于,所述矩形(38)的底面相对于所述热封钳口(33)的侧边(35)以45°的角度设置。
