在真空状态下，包装机的振动整平的目的是将包装袋内的物料整平，以提高包装机的工作效率，并进行抽真空。目前市场上对真空包装的产品其袋形平整及真空度的要求越来越高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种包装机的振动整平机构，提高了包装机工作效率及产品的美观度，结构简单、操作方便、实用高效等优点，保证了包装袋的袋形平整度和真空度要求。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
包装机的振动整平机构，包括有带有支架的工作台，工作台中部开有缺口，工作台上缺口两侧分别固定安装有左、右夹紧气缸，左、右夹紧气缸的活塞杆分别固定连接竖向的左夹板、右夹板，左夹板、右夹板位于缺口内，所述的左夹板或右夹板下部的外侧壁上安装有振动器。
所述的右夹板下部的外侧壁上安装有振动器。
本实用新型在计量装置落料前，左、右夹紧气缸动作使前后夹板合上并保持产品所需宽度的间隙。计量装置落料后，振动器工作将物料振实，同时抽真空机构工作，随后横封机构完成包装袋封合及分切，振动整平机构打开落袋，从而完成一个工作循坏。

参见附图，包装机的振动整平机构包括有带有支架的工作台1工作台1部开有缺口，工作台1缺口两侧分别固定安装有左、右夹紧气缸2、3，左、右夹紧气缸2、3的活塞杆分别固定连接竖向的左夹板、右夹板4、5，左夹板、右夹板4、5位于缺口内，右夹板5下部的外侧壁上安装有振动器6。

1.包装机的振动整平机构，包括有带有支架的工作台，其特征在于：工作台中部开有缺口，工作台上缺口两侧分别固定安装有左、右夹紧气缸，左、右夹紧气缸的活塞杆分别固定连接竖向的左夹板、右夹板，左夹板、右夹板位于缺口内，所述的左夹板或右夹板下部的外侧壁上安装有振动器。
