发明内容

具体实施方式
图1示出抽吸式表面清洗机10(此后简称为“抽吸机”)。在所示的实施例中,抽吸机10为直立式抽吸机,其可操作成清洗如地板的表面。在一些实施例中,抽吸机10可适于清洗各种不同的表面,诸如地毯,硬木地板,瓷砖等。抽吸机10将清洗流体(例如,水,清洁剂,或水和清洁剂的混合物)分配或喷洒到表面上以便清洗表面。然后抽吸机10将清洗流体和任何污物吸离表面,使得表面相对清洁和干燥。

抽吸源22与吸嘴50流体连通,以便通过吸嘴50从表面抽吸流体和污物。在一个实施例中,抽吸源22包括风扇,其产生真空以便通过吸嘴50抽吸流体和污物。在所示的实施例中,抽吸源22由通常位于回收罐26下方的底座14支撑。在其它实施例中,抽吸源22可由手柄18支撑,或位于抽吸机10上的其它地方。
回收罐26与抽吸源22和吸嘴50流体连通以便接收和存储通过吸嘴50所吸入的流体和污物。所示的回收罐26可移除地联接到底座14的上表面。回收罐26包括提升手柄74,以便于从抽吸机10移除和处理罐26。在其它实施例中,回收罐26可由抽吸机10的手柄18支撑。
分配器30与分配喷嘴46流体连通以便通过分配喷嘴46从供应罐34抽吸清洗流体以及将流体分配到表面上。所示的分配器30从供应罐34抽吸清洗流体(例如,水,清洁剂,或两者),混合清洗流体(如果有必要的话),以及将混合清洗流体分配到表面上。在一些实施例中,分配器30包括将清洗流体推动到分配喷嘴46的泵。在所示的实施例中,分配器30由通常位于供应罐34后面的手柄18支撑。在其它实施例中,分配器30可由底座14支撑,或可位于抽吸机100上的其它地方。
供应罐34联接到手柄18并由手柄18支撑。因此,供应罐34可随着手柄18相对于底座14枢转。供应罐34接收并存储清洗流体并将清洗流体供应到分配器30。在所示的实施例中,供应罐34可移除地联接到手柄18上,这样当罐34支撑在手柄18上时,供应罐34仅与分配器30流体连通。
如图2所示,手柄18限定空腔78,且包括用于接收和支撑供应罐34的容座或罐托盘82(图1)。罐托盘82包括托盘基部86和形成在基部86周边处的壁90。壁90或唇缘从基部86远离底座14向上延伸。底座86和壁90具有一定的形状和尺寸以便接收供应罐34的底部部分,这样供应罐34的底部部分接收在由壁90和基部86限定的容积94内。当供应罐34位于罐托盘82上时,壁90和空腔78的总体形状配合以便防止供应罐34相对于手柄18横向偏移。壁90还保持收集于罐托盘82上的溢出流体且防止流体不可控地流出罐托盘82。
如图3至图5中所示,手柄18包括位于罐托盘82的后面处并从罐托盘82延伸到手柄18后面板102的通道98。通道98开放通到手柄18的后部且与下述沟槽连通,所述沟槽形成于后面板102中且具有第一沟槽部分104a和第二沟槽部分104b。当手柄18处于直立位置时,第一沟槽部分104a大致垂直向下延伸。第二沟槽部分104b由后面板102的成角度的斜面部分105限定且远离手柄18相对于第一沟槽部分104a偏移一定的角度。成角度的斜面部分105和第二沟槽部分104b配合以便以受控的方式将流体转移远离手柄18,这样流体径直掉落到待清洗表面上而不是以不可控的方式沿着手柄18的后表面滴落下来。在所示的实施例中,通道98和沟槽部分104a,104b与手柄18一体地形成且由手柄18限定。在其它实施例中,通道98和/或沟槽部分104a,104b例如可包括可移除地或永久地连接到手柄18和/或罐托盘82的一个或多个单独的管子或导管。
壁90限定位于罐托盘82后面处的且与通道98连通的排放口106,这样
通道98从排放口106延伸到后面板102。由于排放口106和通道98朝向罐托盘82的后面定位,当手柄枢转到非垂直的或倾斜的操作位置时,收集于托盘中的流体将趋于朝向排放口106和通道98流动。在其它实施例中,排放口106也可以位于罐托盘82上的其它地方。虽然图中未示出,但是通道98可包括或具有联接到或连接到其上的附加管道,其将流体带到或引导到底座14、带到或引导到回收罐26,或带到或引导到抽吸机10的另一位置上,以便存储或分配到待由抽吸机10清洗的表面上。
如图2和图4中所示,分配器30的入口110(图1和图3)由罐托盘82的基部86支撑。入口110联接到供应罐34(图1)的相应出口,以便使得供应罐34与分配器30流体连通。在所示的实施例中,罐托盘82包括两个入口110。在其它实施例中,槽盘82可包括更少或更多的入口。每个入口110包括橡胶垫圈114以便当供应罐34由罐托盘82支撑且联接到入口110时防止流体从供应罐34泄漏出来。在所示的实施例中,当供应罐34定位与罐托盘82中时,其至少部分地由橡胶垫圈114支撑。在其它实施例中,也可以由附加的支座、突起部、或其它特征另外或替代地支撑供应罐34。
例如在供应罐装载和卸载的过程中,收集于罐托盘82上的流体通过排放口106和通道98流动到第一沟槽部分104a然后流动到第二沟槽部分104b。排放口106、通道98、以及第一和第二沟槽部分104a,104b共同配合以便将流体引导远离供应罐34、回收罐26、和抽吸机10的内部组件(例如,抽吸源22和分配器30)且朝向待清洗的表面引导。如图3中最佳地示出的那样,因为罐托盘82和排放口106配置成在供应罐34的装载和卸载过程中收集从供应罐34溢出的流体且将这种流体朝向手柄18后部转移,因此诸如分配器30的主要电气元件可位于罐托盘82和入口110的正下方,并紧靠罐托盘82和入口110。
所示的罐托盘82还包括与壁90间隔开且环绕着入口110的第二内壁118。内壁118是基本上连续的,定位于基部86的周边内,且从基部86远离底座14向上延伸。内壁118防止收集于由壁90所限定容积94内的流体到达入口110且流入到分配器30内。更具体地,内壁118将罐托盘82大致分为外部容积和内部容积126,外部容积包括容积94且在内壁118的外侧,内部容积126在内壁118的内侧。所示的内壁118包括上边缘,其限定凹口122,以便允许收集于内部容积126内的流体流过壁118到达外部容积94。如图3所示,凹口122通常定位成高于排放口106,这样收集于罐托盘82上的流体将通过排放口106和通道98流出,而不是通过凹口122和朝向入口110流动。在所示的实施例中,内壁118包括两个凹口122。在其它实施例中,内壁118可包括更少或更多的凹口。
虽然已参照某些优选实施例对本发明进行了详细描述,但是如所述的本发明一个或多个独立方面的范围和精神内存在许多变化和修改。本发明的各个特征和优势在下面的权利要求中提出。
Claims (25)
1.一种抽吸式清洗机,其包括:
可沿待清洗表面移动的基座;
可枢转地联接到基座以便在直立位置和倾斜位置之间移动的手柄,手柄包括具有入口的罐托盘,以及手柄还包括与罐托盘连通且从所述罐托盘穿过所述手柄延伸至所述手柄的外部的表面的通道;
与入口连通的分配器,分配器可操作成将清洗流体分配到表面上;以及
供应罐,其可移除地联接到所述手柄,并具有当供应罐联接到手柄时与入口流体连通的出口,供应罐至少部分地由罐托盘支撑,罐托盘配置成从供应罐收集溢出的流体以及通过通道将流体从所述罐托盘转移至所述手柄的外部的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中邻近罐托盘的后面设有排放口,且与通道连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中当手柄从直立位置移动到倾斜位置时,收集于罐托盘内的流体朝向排放口移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中手柄包括与通道连通的沟槽,沟槽向下延伸且远离手柄偏移。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘还包括围绕入口的内壁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁是连续的,并将罐托盘分为第一容积和第二容积,第一容积在内壁外侧且与通道连通,而第二容积在内壁内侧且与入口连通,以及其中内壁防止收集于第一容积内的流体到达第二容积。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁沿内壁的上边缘限定凹口,以便允许流体流过内壁。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中分配器在入口的正下方且紧靠入口定位。
9.一种抽吸式清洗机,其包括:
可沿待清洗表面移动的基座,基座包括分配喷嘴和吸嘴;
手柄,其联接到基座以便于使得基座沿着表面移动,手柄枢转地联接到所述基座使得手柄相对于基座从直立位置枢转到倾斜位置,手柄包括罐托盘,以及罐托盘具有托盘基部和从托盘基部围绕托盘基部的周边向上延伸的壁,罐托盘还包括入口;
与吸嘴流体连通的抽吸源,抽吸源可操作成通过吸嘴从表面吸取流体和污物;
回收罐,其联接到基座和手柄的至少其中之一之上,回收罐与抽吸源流体连通以接收和存储通过吸嘴吸入的流体和污物;
分配器,其与分配喷嘴和入口流体连通,分配器可操作成通过分配喷嘴将清洗流体分配到表面上;以及
供应罐,其可移除地联接到手柄和分配器,供应罐由罐托盘支撑,且配置成接收和存储清洗流体,供应罐包括出口,所述出口与入口流体连通以便将清洗流体供应到分配器;
其中所述手柄包括通道,所述通道从罐托盘穿过所述手柄延伸至所述手柄的外部的表面,其中所述通道将收集于罐托盘上的流体引导远离供应罐和回收罐以及引导至所述手柄的外部的表面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘的壁限定排放口,以及其中通道可自排放口延伸。
11.根据权利要求10所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中排放口邻近罐托盘的后面。
12.根据权利要求11所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中当手柄从直立位置移动到倾斜位置时,收集于罐托盘上的流体朝向排放口移动。
13.根据权利要求9所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中手柄包括与通道连通的沟槽,沟槽向下延伸并远离手柄偏移。
14.根据权利要求9所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘还包括从托盘基部向上延伸且与所述壁间隔开的内壁,内壁环绕入口。
15.根据权利要求14所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁将罐托盘分为第一容积和第二容积,第一容积在内壁和所述壁之间限定且与排放口连通,而第二容积由内壁限定且与入口连通,以及其中内壁防止收集于第一容积内的流体到达第二容积。
16.根据权利要求14所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁限定凹口以便允许流体流过内壁。
17.根据权利要求16所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘壁限定排放口,其中通道可自排放口延伸,以及其中凹口定位成从所述基座在所述手柄的纵向方向上相比于所述排放口更远。
18.根据权利要求9所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中分配器在入口的正下方且紧靠入口定位。
19.一种抽吸式清洗机,其包括:
可沿待清洗表面移动的基座,基座包括分配喷嘴和吸嘴;
手柄,其联接到基座以便于使得基座沿着表面移动,手柄自基座的后部延伸且包括罐托盘,罐托盘限定一定的容积;
与吸嘴流体连通的抽吸源;
回收罐,其联接到基座和手柄的至少之一上,回收罐与抽吸源流体连通;
与分配喷嘴流体连通的分配器,分配器可操作成通过分配喷嘴将清洗流体分配到表面上;以及
供应罐,其可移除地联接到手柄且至少部分地由罐托盘支撑,供应罐的至少一部分由所述容积接收,供应罐与分配器流体连通以便将清洗流体供应到分配器;以及
通道,其与所述容积连通,且从所述容积穿过所述手柄延伸至所述手柄的外部的表面以便将流体从所述罐托盘引导至所述手柄的外部的表面。
20.根据权利要求19所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘包括形成于罐托盘的周边处的壁,其中所述壁限定排放口,以及其中通道从所述壁中的排放口朝向手柄后部延伸。
21.根据权利要求20所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中罐托盘还包括在供应罐和分配器之间提供流体连通的入口,以及环绕入口的内壁。
22.根据权利要求21所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁将罐托盘分为第一容积和第二容积,第一容积在所述壁和内壁之间且与通道连通,而第二容积在内壁内侧且与入口连通。
23.根据权利要求21所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中内壁限定凹口以便允许流体流过内壁。
24.根据权利要求23所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中凹口定位成从所述基座在所述手柄的纵向方向上相比于所述排放口更远。
25.根据权利要求19所述的抽吸式清洗机,其中手柄包括与通道连通的沟槽,所述沟槽向下延伸且远离手柄偏移。
