Abstract

Description
背景技术
信息存储装置包括可以检索和/或存储数据的计算机系统和其它消费类电子产品。信息存储装置可以包括磁性硬盘驱动器。磁性硬盘驱动器对其外部环境敏感,包括机械冲击和振动、外部施加的力和电磁场、污染、温度和/或湿度的变化等。因此,信息存储装置中用于所包括的硬盘驱动器的壳体和安装系统可能影响整体装置的性能、可靠性和寿命。
磁盘驱动器可以被容纳在它们为其检索和/或存储数据的系统中。例如,所谓“内部”磁盘驱动器被容纳在它们为其存储数据的主控计算机系统中,因此内部磁盘驱动器可以利用主控计算机系统的供电、电磁屏蔽、对流和/或传导冷却、对外部机械冲击的一定程度的隔离以及振动和声音传播的一些衰减的优点。
其它信息存储装置外置于它们为其检索和/或存储数据的其它系统。例如,所谓“外部”硬盘驱动器装置包括位于专用壳体内的磁盘驱动器,该专用壳体可以提供电磁屏蔽、主动或被动冷却、对外部机械冲击的一定程度的隔离以及振动和声音传播的一些衰减。

图1是根据本发明的实施例的信息存储装置100的底部透视分解图。信息存储装置100包括具有头盘组件(HDA)102和印刷电路板组件(PCBA)104的磁盘驱动器110。信息存储装置100还包括装置壳体120,该装置壳体包括用于容纳磁盘驱动器110的大致矩形舱122。大致矩形舱122包括基底部分124和多个侧壁部分126。基底部分124可以是例如图1所示的膝上型计算机的面朝下方的舱122的上部,其中从膝上型计算机的下方存取该舱。然而,作为替代,基底部分124可以是面朝上方的舱122的底部,例如其中通过抬离全部或部分键盘存取该舱122。

图5是根据本发明的另一实施例的信息存储装置500的底部透视分解图。信息存储装置500包括具有头盘组件(HDA)502和印刷电路板组件(PCBA)504的磁盘驱动器510。信息存储装置500还包括装置壳体520,该装置壳体包括用于容纳磁盘驱动器510的大致矩形舱522。大致矩形舱522包括基底部分和多个侧壁部分526。
图5的信息存储装置500还包括舱盖540,其中通过将舱盖540附接到信息存储装置500的装置壳体520,该舱盖将磁盘驱动器510封闭在大致矩形舱522内。舱盖540可以可选地包括用于电磁噪声屏蔽的导电盖部件542以及可包括匹配或增强信息存储装置500的装置壳体120的总体外观的材料的装饰盖部件544。例如,装饰盖部件544可以是膝上型计算机的底面的一部分,或者可替代地可以是膝上型计算机的键盘的全部或者一部分。

在图5的实施例中,HDA 502包括磁盘驱动器盖503,该磁盘驱动器盖在组装期间在PCBA 504被附接到HDA 502之后不面向磁盘驱动器PCBA 504。磁盘驱动器PCBA 504包括电连接器505,并且当磁盘驱动器510被放置在装置壳体520的大致矩形舱522中时,电连接器505被附接到信息存储装置500的配对的电连接器。

Claims (20)
1.一种信息存储装置,其包括:
磁盘驱动器;
装置壳体,其包括容纳所述磁盘驱动器的大致矩形舱,所述大致矩形舱包括基底部分和多个侧壁部分;以及
布置在所述磁盘驱动器与所述基底部分之间的阻尼插入片,所述阻尼插入片包括:
多个弹性衬垫;以及
展开片,所述多个弹性衬垫中的每一个被附接到所述展开片并且比所述展开片更厚;
其中,所述多个弹性衬垫中的每一个接触并被压紧在所述大致矩形舱和所述磁盘驱动器之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述磁盘驱动器具有头盘组件和附接到所述头盘组件的印刷电路板组件即PCBA,所述头盘组件包括不面向所述磁盘驱动器PCBA的磁盘驱动器盖,并且其中所述阻尼插入片被布置在所述磁盘驱动器PCBA与所述基底部分之间,所述多个弹性衬垫中的至少一个接触所述磁盘驱动器PCBA。
3.根据权利要求2所述的信息存储装置,其还包括将所述磁盘驱动器封闭在所述大致矩形舱内的舱盖,所述磁盘驱动器盖邻近并面向所述舱盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述磁盘驱动器具有头盘组件和附接到所述头盘组件的印刷电路板组件即PCBA,所述头盘组件包括不面向所述磁盘驱动器PCBA的磁盘驱动器盖,并且其中所述阻尼插入片被布置在所述磁盘驱动器盖和所述基底部分之间,所述多个弹性衬垫中的至少一个接触所述磁盘驱动器盖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的信息存储装置,其还包括将所述磁盘驱动器封闭在所述大致矩形舱中的舱盖,所述磁盘驱动器PCBA邻近并面向所述舱盖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述磁盘驱动器限定多个外部磁盘驱动器角,并且所述多个弹性衬垫邻近所述外部磁盘驱动器角中的相应一个接触并被压紧在所述大致矩形舱与所述磁盘驱动器之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述多个侧壁部分相遇以限定与所述基底部分相邻的多个内部舱角,并且所述多个弹性衬垫中的每一个邻近所述多个内部舱角中的相应一个接触并被压紧在所述大致矩形舱与所述磁盘驱动器之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述展开片包括掺杂了电耗散掺杂剂的聚合物材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述展开片包括涂覆了电耗散涂层的聚合物材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述多个弹性衬垫包括掺杂了电耗散掺杂剂的聚氨酯泡沫。
11.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述多个弹性衬垫包括涂覆了电耗散涂层的粘弹性材料。
12.根据权利要求1所述的信息存储装置,其中所述弹性衬垫具有在0.5mm至10mm范围内的衬垫厚度,并且所述展开片具有在0.02mm至0.35mm范围内的片厚度。
13.一种制造信息存储装置的方法,该方法包括:
提供包括大致矩形舱的装置壳体,所述大致矩形舱包括基底部分和多个侧壁部分;
在所述大致矩形舱中插入阻尼插入片,所述阻尼插入片包括多个弹性衬垫和展开片,所述多个弹性衬垫中的每一个被附接到所述展开片并且比所述展开片更厚;以及
将磁盘驱动器放置在所述大致矩形舱中,其中所述阻尼插入片被布置在所述磁盘驱动器和所述基底部分之间,所述多个弹性衬垫中的每一个接触并被压紧在所述大致矩形舱和所述磁盘驱动器之间。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述磁盘驱动器具有头盘组件和附接到所述头盘组件的印刷电路板组件即PCBA,所述磁盘驱动器PCBA包括电连接器,并且其中将所述磁盘驱动器放置在所述大致矩形舱中包括将所述电连接器附接到所述信息存储装置的配对的电连接器。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中所述头盘组件包括不面向所述磁盘驱动器PCBA的磁盘驱动器盖,并且将所述磁盘驱动器放置在所述大致矩形舱中导致所述阻尼插入片被布置在所述磁盘驱动器盖和所述基底部分之间,其中所述多个弹性衬垫中的至少一个接触所述磁盘驱动器盖。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其还包括:通过将舱盖附接到所述信息存储装置而将所述磁盘驱动器封闭在所述大致矩形舱中,其中所述磁盘驱动器PCBA邻近并面向所述舱盖。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其还包括:通过将舱盖附接到所述信息存储装置而将所述磁盘驱动器封闭在所述大致矩形舱中。
18.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述多个侧壁部分相遇以限定与所述基底部分相邻的多个内部舱角,并且将所述磁盘驱动器放置在所述大致矩形舱中包括将所述多个弹性衬垫邻近所述内部舱角中的相应一个压紧在所述大致矩形舱和所述磁盘驱动器之间。
19.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述展开片包括电耗散聚合物材料。
20.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述多个弹性衬垫包括电耗散粘弹性材料。
