Abstract

一种硬盘防震胶垫，涉及防震装置，特别涉及硬盘防震装置。硬盘防震胶垫，包括垫面体，所述两个垫面体相对布置，两个垫面体同侧延伸连接形成一体，整体从其侧面看呈“C”字形，在两垫面体上设置一同心的通孔。本实用新型采用热塑型聚酯弹性体(TPEE)材料具有高弹性，螺丝穿过电路板(PCB)与硬盘连接，硬盘置于软胶上方，软胶对硬盘起到缓冲作用，达到防震效果，使硬盘免受伤害，方便消费者携带使用。

本实用新型涉及防震胶垫，特别涉及硬盘防震胶垫。
背景技术
目前在手提电脑、DVD、MP3、MP4和PMP本体等移动多媒播放器上对于硬盘的保护，有各种各样的防震保护形式，各自有着自身的优缺点。如采用单一的防震胶垫等等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种较好防震效果的硬盘防震胶垫。
本实用新型的目的可以这样实现，设计一种硬盘防震胶垫，包括垫面体，所述两个垫面体相对布置，两个垫面体同侧延伸连接形成一体，整体从其侧面看呈“C”字形，在两垫面体上设置一同心的通孔。
本实用新型采用热塑型聚脂弹性体(TPEE)材料具有高弹性，螺丝穿过PCB板与硬盘连接，硬盘置于软胶上方，软胶对硬盘起到缓冲作用，达到防震效果。本实用新型使硬盘免受伤害，方便消费者使用携带设有硬盘的电子产品。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，一种硬盘防震胶垫1，包括垫面体11，所述两个垫面体11相对布置，两个垫面体11同侧延伸连接形成一体，整体从其侧面看呈“C”字形，在两垫面体上设置一同心的通孔13。
如图2所示，还包括一螺钉减震环2，该螺钉减震环2设置在电路板4的螺孔处。
如图1所示，所述垫面体11的表面设置有平行排列的凹槽14。凹槽14增强防震胶垫的缓冲性能。
所述垫面体采用热塑型聚脂弹性体(TPEE)制成。热塑型聚脂弹性体具有良好的弹性，可以起到较好的减震效果。
如图4所示，用该硬盘电子产品壳体6内壁的两侧设置有槽7，垫面体的连接部12卡入该槽7内。
如图3、图4所示，螺丝5穿过电路板4(PCB板)与硬盘3连接，其中减震环2环包螺钉5嵌入电路板4(PCB板)，对螺钉5与电路板4之间起缓冲减震的作用；垫面体11(其材料为热塑型聚脂弹性体TPEE)的弹性缓冲保护硬盘3，起到防震作用；垫面体的连接部12则起到电路板4与使用该硬盘电子产品壳体6之间的减震缓冲作用。
本实用新型集硬盘与电路板、电路板与机壳之间的缓冲减震保护于一体。

Claims (4)

1、一种硬盘防震胶垫，包括垫面体，其特征在于：所述两个垫面体相对布置，两个垫面体同侧延伸连接形成一体，整体从其侧面看呈“C”字形，在两垫面体上设置一同心的通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的硬盘防震胶垫，其特征在于：还包括一螺钉减震环，该螺钉减震环设置在螺孔处。
3、根据权利要求1所述的硬盘防震胶垫，其特征在于：所述垫面体的表面设置有平行排列的凹槽。
4、根据权利要求1所述的硬盘防震胶垫，其特征在于：所述垫面体采用热塑型聚脂弹性体(TPEE)制成。
