Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及封装车辆中的高压蓄电池组,以减少在车辆内需要的空间。
背景技术
正在研制具有由蓄电池组供给动力的电力牵引电机的电动车辆,以减少油耗。蓄电池组的尺寸可能被增大以使车辆的可得到的驾驶行程最大化。但是,当蓄电池组的尺寸增加时,在车辆内产生关于需要安放蓄电池的空间的问题。
必需保护蓄电池组中的蓄电池单元免受水分、碎屑、极端温度、噪声和振动的影响。用于蓄电池箱的一个位置可以是紧靠车辆后座后面的区域。将蓄电池组放置在后座后面减少可用于货物存放的空间。将蓄电池储存在另一个位置可能限制可用于其他车辆运行系统和乘员的空间。
这些和其他问题通过如下概述的发明解决。
发明内容
蓄电池组包括设置在车辆内部的封闭的部分,和在车身外壳外侧的外部设置部分。车身结构必需包括大的开口以容纳蓄电池的外部设置部分。开口必需密封,以使车辆外部和内部之间的空气、潮气、声音和热能的通道最小化。
蓄电池组部分地设置在车辆的内部,其中蓄电池组的底部部分伸出到蓄电池箱底板的下面。重力将蓄电池组保持在适当的位置,并且紧固件被用来通过Z轴夹紧负载固定系统。闭孔泡沫材料可以围绕伸出通过车身的蓄电池组的这部分固定于蓄电池组的外侧,以将蓄电池组密封于车身结构。密封件用粘结剂粘结于蓄电池外壳,但是也可以用胶水、压配合等连接。蓄电池用将该蓄电池壳体固定于车辆底板并且压紧并阻挡该密封件的紧固件保持。
根据本发明的一方面,公开一种车辆,该车辆具有提供能量以驱动该车辆的蓄电池。该车辆具有形成蓄电池箱的车身,该蓄电池箱具有蓄电池箱下面的壁,该壁形成蓄电池箱中的开口。蓄电池部分地设置在蓄电池箱内,并且伸出通过该开口,以部分地设置在车身的外面。
根据本发明的其他方面,加强件可以安装于包括该开口的壁。密封件可以设置在蓄电池和加强件之间,该密封件在壁中的开口和蓄电池之间形成密封。另一个密封件可以设置在底板和加强件之间以在壁中的开口和该框架之间形成密封。

安装支架48可以包括上部和下部。该下部接触加强件18以将蓄电池容器16的质量支撑在车辆12上。密封件40被压紧在由安装支架48的上部形成的间隙中。

Claims (10)

限定蓄电池箱的车身,所述蓄电池箱具有在所述蓄电池箱下面的壁,该壁限定所述蓄电池箱中的开口;
其中所述蓄电池部分地设置在所述蓄电池箱内,并且延伸通过所述开口,以部分地设置在所述壁的下面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,还包括安装于构成所述开口框架的壁上的加强件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆,还包括设置在所述蓄电池和所述加强件之间的密封件,该密封件在所述壁中的开口和所述蓄电池之间形成密封。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆,还包括设置在所述壁和所述加强件之间的密封件,该密封件在所述壁中的所述开口和所述加强件之间形成密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中所述蓄电池是T形形状的部件,包括:
在上部蓄电池单元箱中水平叠放的第一多个蓄电池单元,所述上部蓄电池单元箱在右端和左端之间横向延伸;和
在下部蓄电池单元箱中水平叠放的第二多个蓄电池单元,所述下部蓄电池单元箱设置在所述上部蓄电池单元箱的下面,其中所述上部蓄电池单元的右端在所述上部蓄电池单元箱的右侧从所述下部蓄电池单元箱向外延伸,且所述上部蓄电池单元箱的左端在所述上部蓄电池单元箱的左侧从所述下部蓄电池单元箱向外延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆,还包括连接于所述壁的梯状支撑结构,所述支撑结构具有在车辆中横向延伸的两个横梁、在所述两个横梁之间并且在所述上部蓄电池箱的右端和左端的下方延伸的一对外交叉部件、一对内交叉部件,所述一对内交叉部件在所述上部蓄电池单元箱连接于所述下部蓄电池单元箱处在所述蓄电池箱中的所述开口的相对的横侧上在所述两个横梁之间延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆,其中所述蓄电池作为模块安装,所述上部蓄电池单元箱被所述梯状支撑结构支撑并且所述下部蓄电池单元箱被接纳在所述壁的所述开口中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的车辆,其中在所述一对内交叉部件之间的所述两个横梁的中心部分围绕所述壁中的开口加强所述壁。
9.根据权利要求6所述的车辆,还包括在所述壁中的开口的内侧连接于所述下部蓄电池单元箱的密封件。
10.一种将蓄电池模块安装在具有蓄电池箱的车辆中的方法,所述蓄电池箱具有将所述蓄电池箱与所述车辆下面的空间分开的底板,所述底板限定一开口,该方法包括:
将所述蓄电池模块部分地插入所述开口中,其中所述蓄电池模块的下部保持在所述底板之下,而所述蓄电池模块的上部保持在所述底板之上;和
