Abstract
一种底模的升降机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,包括可沿上下方向运动的升降杆,底模安装在所述的升降杆的上端部,所述的升降机构还包括能绕自身轴心线方向转动的转轴、与所述的转轴相固定连接的凸轮、用于驱动所述的转轴转动的驱动机构以及固定连接在所述的升降杆上的滑轮,所述的凸轮上开设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑轮沿着所述滑槽的延伸方向滑动地设置。本发明的技术方案通过采用表面具有滑槽的凸轮、固定连接在升降杆上的滑轮,使得当滑轮沿着滑槽滑动时,即可实现升降杆的上下运动,设备简单,操作方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料瓶加工设备领域,具体涉及一种吹瓶机的底模的升降机构。
背景技术
现有技术中,如公告号为CN201151189Y中公开的一种吹瓶机模架组件中的底模升降机构,包括升降支架和底模凸轮,所述的升降支架带有导轨、导杆和滚轮并通过导轨安装于机架滑槽,在所述的导杆上套有弹簧,在所述的升降支架底部设有向侧面伸出的轮轴,所述滚轮装于该轮轴上,所述底模凸轮位于所述的滚轮上方并与滚轮接触,而所述的导杆装于在升降支架顶部向侧向延伸的托板上,所述的弹簧位于所述托板与机架之间。该底模升降机构在底模下降时通过底模凸轮将升降支架压下,而使底模下降;通过弹簧的作用将升降支架抬起,使底模上升。由此可见,现有技术中的底模升降机构结构复杂,设备体积庞大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的单轴驱动的升降机构。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种底模的升降机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,包括可沿上下方向运动的升降杆,底模安装在所述的升降杆的上端部,所述的升降机构还包括能绕自身轴心线方向转动的转轴、与所述的转轴相固定连接的凸轮、用于驱动所述的转轴转动的驱动机构以及固定连接在所述的升降杆上的滑轮,所述的凸轮上开设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽,所述滑轮沿着所述滑槽的延伸方向滑动地设置。
进一步地,所述的驱动机构包括位于所述的凸轮的下方的驱动摆臂和用于驱动所述的驱动摆臂转动进而带动所述的转轴转动的动力源。
更进一步地,所述的驱动摆臂的一端部与所述的转轴的下端部固定连接,另一端部与所述的动力源相连接。
进一步地,所述的吹瓶机包括位于所述的凸轮上方的支架、位于所述的支架上方的顶架以及固定连接于所述的支架和所述的顶架之间的支撑架。
进一步地,所述的支架上开设有供所述的升降杆穿过的第一通孔和供所述的转轴穿过的第二通孔,所述的升降杆可在所述的第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,所述的转轴能在所述的第二通孔内转动。
更进一步地,所述的转轴的上端部与所述的顶架相转动连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的技术方案通过采用表面具有滑槽的凸轮、固定连接在升降杆上的滑轮,使得当滑轮沿着滑槽滑动时,即可实现升降杆的上下运动,设备简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述。
如附图1所示,一种吹瓶机的底模的升降机构,包括可沿上下方向运动的升降杆2,底模安装在升降杆的上端部,升降机构还包括能绕自身轴心线方向转动的转轴8、与转轴8相固定连接的凸轮3、用于驱动转轴8转动的驱动机构6以及固定连接在升降杆2上的滑轮5,凸轮3上开设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽4,滑轮5沿着滑槽4的延伸方向滑动地设置。滑轮5可采用带轴轴承。
驱动机构6包括位于凸轮3的下方的驱动摆臂7和用于驱动驱动摆臂7转动的动力源,驱动摆臂7的一端部与转轴8的下端部固定连接,另一端部与动力源相连接。
吹瓶机模组件包括位于凸轮3上方的支架1、位于支架1上方的顶架9以及固定连接于支架1和顶架9之间的支撑架10。支架1上开设有供升降杆2穿过的第一通孔和供转轴8穿过的第二通孔,升降杆2可在第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,转轴8能在第二通孔内转动,转轴8的上端部与顶架9相转动连接。

Claims (6)
1. 一种底模的升降机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,包括可沿上下方向运动的升降杆(2),底模安装在所述的升降杆(2)的上端部,其特征在于:所述的升降机构还包括能绕自身轴心线方向转动的转轴(8)、与所述的转轴(8)相固定连接的凸轮(3)、用于驱动所述的转轴(8)转动的驱动机构(6)以及固定连接在所述的升降杆(2)上的滑轮(5),所述的凸轮(3)上开设有沿上下方向延伸的滑槽(4),所述滑轮(5)沿着所述滑槽(4)的延伸方向滑动地设置。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构(6)包括位于所述的凸轮(3)的下方的驱动摆臂(7)和用于驱动所述的驱动摆臂(7)转动进而带动所述的转轴(8)转动的动力源。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动摆臂(7)的一端部与所述的转轴(8)的下端部固定连接,另一端部与所述的动力源相连接。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的吹瓶机包括位于所述的凸轮(3)上方的支架(1)、位于所述的支架(1)上方的顶架(9)以及固定连接于所述的支架(1)和所述的顶架(9)之间的支撑架(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的支架(1)上开设有供所述的升降杆(2)穿过的第一通孔和供所述的转轴(8)穿过的第二通孔,所述的升降杆(2)可在所述的第一通孔内沿上下方向滑动,所述的转轴(8)能在所述的第二通孔内转动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的升降机构,其特征在于:所述的转轴(8)的上端部与所述的顶架(9)相转动连接。
