本发明涉及一种保健益肝茶，其中，所述保健益肝茶包括呈粉末状的以下成分：绿茶5g、芝麻梗1.5g、菟丝子0.12g、莱菔子0.05g、大麦芽1.8g、莲叶2g、牡丹皮0.2g、牛大力0.1g、枸杞0.8g、苹果籽0.08g，葫芦籽0.03g，黄芪0.03g，罗布麻0.01g，黄秋葵0.01g，紫藤花0.15g，石决明0.1g，甘松0.05g，加水制成保健益肝茶2500毫升。相比现有技术，本不仅具有健脾、降血脂、清除体内自由基、明目的防癌保健功能，而且口感清新、润泽、清香味醇。长期饮用还能起到活血化瘀，补气健脑、乌发、防脱发、养颜的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮品，尤其涉及一种保健益肝茶。
背景技术
现有技术中的饮料品种繁多，有功能性饮料、碳酸饮料等，主要消费者为青少年，长期饮用会伤及脾胃，导致人体内垃圾增多，给健康带来隐患。至今未见口感好，又有营养同时的适合脾胃虚弱、血气不足的女性以及普通中老年人饮用的保健饮料。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种口感好、养肝护肝、又有利于人体吸收的保健益肝茶。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案来实现的：
一种保健益肝茶，其中，所述保健益肝茶包括呈粉末状的以下成分：绿茶5g、芝麻梗1.5g、菟丝子0.12g、莱菔子0.05g、大麦芽1.8g、莲叶2g、牡丹皮0.2g、牛大力0.1g、枸杞0.8g、苹果籽0.08g，葫芦籽0.03g，黄芪0.03g，罗布麻0.01g，黄秋葵0.01g，紫藤花0.15g，石决明0.1g，甘松0.05g，加水制成保健益肝茶2500毫升。
作为优选，呈粉末状的上述各成分均为晒干后压磨而成的粉末状。
由上述方案可知，本发明的有益效果如下：
相比现有技术，本发明的保健益肝茶通过采用了上述成分，不仅具有养肝护肝、健脾、降血脂、清除体内自由基、明目的防癌保健功能，并且，各成分通过相互配合和促进，对人体有益的成分和功效大大提高，相对于单纯采用单种成分达到的效果要好两倍，同时，通过上述各成分之间的相互作用，使其性状更加温和，非常利于人体吸收，长期饮用也不会产生副作用。并且，各成分通过上述的重量配比配合在一起后，各成分的味道巧妙的融合在一起，能与绿茶的清香口味相得益彰，口感清新、润泽、清香味醇。上述各成分组合后，长期饮用还能起到活血化瘀，补气健脑、乌发、防脱发、养颜的功能。

本发明提供了一种保健益肝茶，其中，所述保健益肝茶包括呈粉末状的以下成分：绿茶5g、芝麻梗1.5g、菟丝子0.12g、莱菔子0.05g、大麦芽1.8g、莲叶2g、牡丹皮0.2g、牛大力0.1g、枸杞0.8g、苹果籽0.08g，葫芦籽0.03g，黄芪0.03g，罗布麻0.01g，黄秋葵0.01g，紫藤花0.15g，石决明0.1g，甘松0.05g，加水制成保健益肝茶2500毫升。
作为优选，呈粉末状的上述各成分均为晒干后压磨而成的粉末状。
晒干后压磨的好处是避免采用切割式制作粉末的方法破坏有益成分。
以上实施例中各成分的配比经多次调配最终取得，取得了其他饮品无法比拟的清香甘醇的口感，其打破了人们不愿将本身味道不好的成分添加进饮料中的偏见，其通过合理的成分搭配和重量配比，使各成分的口感互相作用、改变，最终达到了本发明的清香甘醇的口感，这是在制作之初或者通常正常想像很难想到的重要突破和效果。而且各成分的搭配比例均衡合理，有效的发挥了各成分的作用，各成分相互作用和促进更利于人体吸收，并且，本发明的保健益肝茶性状较为温和，即便在大量饮用情况下也不会对人体构成伤害，可作为日常饮品长期饮用。而紫藤花通过与上述成分搭配，相互作用，生成大量的花青素，非常具有养颜、缓解视觉疲劳的功效。

1.一种保健益肝茶，其特征在于，所述保健益肝茶是由呈粉末状的以下成分加水构成的：绿茶5g、芝麻梗1.5g、菟丝子0.12g、莱菔子0.05g、大麦芽1.8g、莲叶2g、牡丹皮0.2g、牛大力0.1g、枸杞0.8g、苹果籽0.08g，葫芦籽0.03g，黄芪0.03g，罗布麻0.01g，黄秋葵0.01g，紫藤花0.15g，石决明0.1g，甘松0.05g，加水制成保健益肝茶2500毫升。
2.如权利要求1所述的保健益肝茶，其特征在于，呈粉末状的上述各成分均为晒干后压磨而成的粉末状。
