Claims (11)
1.预先切割的多层包装材料,包括除一层之外的多个连续、完全地切割的层,所述一层仅部分地被切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,根据DINEN ISO527-1和DIN EN ISO527-3所测量的所述多层包装材料的抗拉强度比对应的未切割的多层包装材料的抗拉强度至少低25%。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述多层包装材料是包括至少一密封层的层压结构。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述多层包装材料包括至少一印刷层。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述多层包装材料包括至少一铝层。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述多层包装材料包括选自由PA、PS、PET、PP、PE以及纸构成的组中的预先切割的层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述预先切割的层的未切割厚度低于25μm,优选地低于20μm,优选地低于18μm且优选地低于15μm。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料,其中,所述材料包括选自由热密封漆/PET/印刷层/PE、OPP/印刷层/PE、OPP/印刷层/OPP、印刷层/OPP/金属化-OPP/冷-密封层以及印刷层/OPP/冷-密封层构成的组中的一种结构。
9.用于预先切割根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的多层包装膜的方法,包括以下后续步骤:
-提供多层材料;
-模切所述多层材料至一深度,在所述深度处仅有一层保留部分地未切割,通过在模板或模切筒体与压力筒体之间的旋转模切并且留出基本对应于所述多层材料的未切割厚度的间隙开口来执行所述模切操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,经由布置在磁性筒体上的柔性模切板来执行所述旋转模切。
11.成形填充并密封的包装,包括根据前述权利要求1到10中任一项所述的预先切割的多层包装材料。
