Abstract

本文中公开的标的涉及轴承。更明确而言,本主题公开内容涉及用于运输制冷系统的离合器轴承。
背景技术
在例如拖车或轨道车中的运输制冷机组中,离合器,如电磁离合器用作电源(如发动机)与制冷机组的蒸发器鼓风机之间的接口。当离合器啮合时,旋转能量从电源传递到鼓风机。当蒸发器机组没有运转,并且离合器脱开时,轴承不旋转,但是仍然受到振动力。振动力引起磨损,如轴承中的疑似压痕或摩擦腐蚀,导致轴承的损坏和/或故障,这需要较早更换轴承。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,用于运输制冷机组的离合器轴承包括支撑运输制冷机组的电磁离合器的一个或多个组件的一个或多个滚动元件,和被构造来保持一个或多个滚动元件的轴承座圈。轴承座圈包括薄层致密铬涂层以减少离合器轴承的腐蚀和/或损坏。
根据本发明的另一方面,用于运输制冷机组的电磁离合器包括位于中心轴处的转子,和位于中心轴处并且当离合器处于脱开位置时与转子具有轴向空气间隙的电驱。离合器轴承定位在中心轴,并支撑转子。离合器轴承包括支撑电磁离合器的一个或多个组件的一个或多个滚动元件,和被构造来保持一个或多个滚动元件的轴承座圈。轴承座圈包括薄层致密铬涂层以减少离合器轴承的腐蚀和/或损坏。

具体实施方式
图1中示出运输制冷机组10的实施方案的部分视图,更特定地示出运输制冷机组10与电源12(例如轨道或其它车辆的发动机)之间的接口。图1中的接口是电磁离合器14。电磁离合器14包括绕中心轴20定位的转子16和电驱18。当电磁离合器14处于脱开位置时,在转子16与电驱18之间具有轴向间隙22。转子16连接到电源12,例如,车辆发动机。在图1的实施方案中,转子16大体上被构造为滑轮,且由位于转子16的外径26处并连接到电源12的皮带24驱动。电磁离合器14包括励磁线圈28,当施加电压时产生磁场,其将电驱18吸引到与转子16的面30接触。由磁场强度引起的摩擦接触导致旋转能量从转子16传递到电驱18。电驱18的旋转驱动电驱18连接的制冷机组10的鼓风机32。

参考图2,轴承座圈36支撑轴承34的滚动元件38。轴承座圈36的内表面(其接触滚动元件38)用如可从多种来源购得(例如of Illinois,Inc.)的薄层致密铬涂层涂布。来自的薄层致密铬涂层是特殊类型的薄层致密铬,结节型薄层致密铬。在一些实施方案中,涂层可以薄达0.000040’’。涂层防止了在钢铁滚动元件38与钢铁轴承座圈36之间可能出现的疑似压痕和/或摩擦腐蚀。在一些实施方案中,为进一步防止疑似压痕和摩擦腐蚀,由陶瓷材料形成滚动元件38,因此从轴承34消除了一些钢铁。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于运输制冷机组的离合器轴承,其包括:
一个或多个滚动元件,其支撑运输制冷机组的电磁离合器的一个或多个组件;和
多个轴承座圈,其被构造来保持所述一个或多个滚动元件,所述多个轴承座圈包括薄层致密铬涂层以减少所述离合器轴承的腐蚀和/或损坏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器轴承,其中所述涂层是至少0.000040”厚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的离合器轴承,其中所述轴承是滚柱轴承、角接触轴承、锥形轴承、球面轴承、圆柱轴承或滚针轴承中的一个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离合器轴承,其中所述滚动元件由陶瓷材料形成。
5.一种用于运输制冷机组的电磁离合器,其包括:
位于中心轴处的转子;
位于所述中心轴处并且当所述离合器处于脱开位置时与所述转子具有轴向空气间隙的电驱;和
位于所述中心轴处并支撑所述转子的离合器轴承,所述离合器轴承包括:
支撑所述转子的一个或多个滚动元件;和
被构造来保持所述一个或多个滚动元件的多个轴承座圈,所述轴承座圈包括薄层致密铬涂层以减少所述离合器轴承的腐蚀和/或损坏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电磁离合器,其中所述涂层是至少0.000040”厚。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电磁离合器,其中所述轴承是滚柱轴承、角接触轴承、锥形轴承、球面轴承、圆柱轴承或滚针轴承中的一个。
8.根据权利要求5所述的电磁离合器,其中所述滚动元件由陶瓷材料形成。
9.一种运输制冷机组,其包括:
电源;
所述运输制冷机组的鼓风机;和
电磁离合器,其可操作地连接到所述电源和所述鼓风机且位于所述电源与所述鼓风机之间,使得所述电磁离合器的啮合允许旋转能量从所述电源传递到所述鼓风机,所述电磁离合器包括:
位于中心轴处的转子;
位于所述中心轴处并且当所述离合器处于脱开位置时与所述转子具有轴向空气间隙的电驱;和
位于所述中心轴处并支撑所述转子的离合器轴承,所述离合器轴承包括:
支撑所述转子的一个或多个滚动元件;和
被构造来保持所述一个或多个滚动元件的多个轴承座圈,所述轴承座圈包括薄层致密铬涂层以减少所述离合器轴承的腐蚀和/或损坏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的运输制冷机组,其中所述涂层是至少0.000040”厚。
11.根据权利要求9所述的运输制冷机组,其中所述滚动元件轴承是滚柱轴承、角接触轴承、锥形轴承、球面轴承、圆柱轴承或滚针轴承中的一个。
12.根据权利要求9所述的运输制冷机组,其中所述滚动元件由陶瓷材料形成。
13.根据权利要求9所述的运输制冷机组,其中所述转子是皮带驱动的。
