背景技术

图1和图2分别示出了根据本发明的连接器的四分之三后视图和四分之三前视图。该连接器包括由模制的塑性材料制成的主体1以及可平移移动的活罩2。
主体在其前部上设置有接口区域3,该接口区域3具有与要被供电的设备的部段——例如H9或H11型灯泡的插座——相匹配的部段。
本体1设置有两个纵向凹部6、7,这两个纵向凹部6、7在接口区域3的前部处敞开并且在后部处敞开以使得能够实现先前压接至供电线上的电触头4、5插入。
如图3所示,电触头4、5设置有两个突出鼻状部8,这两个突出鼻状部8定位在触头的相对的面上,并且被夹在凹部6的内壁中。
主体1与可移动的活罩2协作以形成与本体1的后部9交叠的框架。
这种活罩设置有由横向侧面12连接的两个侧向侧面10、11。这两个侧向侧面10、11与本体1的侧部表面13、14协作并且形成导引滑动部。侧向侧面10、11在其下端处设置有纵向止挡部15、16,以防止移动活罩相对于本体1移除。出于这种目的,本体1设置有互补的纵向止挡部17、18。
本体还在其下部中设置有两个外围延伸部19、20,该外围延伸部19、20与所述纵向止挡部15、16协作以通过夹在本体1上来锁定活罩2。
活罩的内表面设置有两个挡块21、22,该挡块21、22具有与设置在电触头4、5上的中空部23、24相匹配的部段。这种挡块具有两个功能。一方面,该挡块在触头没有适当地接合时限制了活罩2的运动。事实上,该挡块被位于凹部23、24的前面的触头4、5区域而被阻挡。
另一方面,由于当活罩处于下部位置时,挡块接合至凹部23、24的中空的空间中,挡块锁定了触头4、5,并且因而阻止了触头4、5在凹部6、7中的纵向运动,并更具体地,防止了触头的意外移除(removal)。
连接器在处于锁定位置中时设置有与互补的电气装置的部段——例如H9或H11灯泡的插座——相匹配的部段。相反地,当活罩不处于锁定位置时,活罩形成了突出部,该突出部防止连接器插入至所匹配的凹形部中。
本体1还设置有锁定区域30,该锁定区域30沿纵向方向延伸并且具有与设置在灯座上的接纳区域——或更一般地,用于接纳要被连接的凹形元件的区域——相匹配的形状。
本体1和活罩2组成单个部件的两个铰接的和预组装的元件,该单个部件是通过在注射模具中沿主方向模制而制造的并且包括滑动箱(slidingbox)。
在第一纵向方向25上的注射使得能够模制本体的前部并且更特别地使得能够模制凹部6、7的前部、凸形接口区域3以及设置有挡块21、22的活罩的区域。
在第二纵向方向26上的注射使得能够模制本体的后部、凹部6、7的后部以及活罩2的后部,更特别地能够模制由横向侧面和侧向侧面的上部限定的框架。还使得能够形成活罩2的纵向止挡部15、16以及本体1的止挡部17、18和19、20。
模具的、在与两个主方向垂直的方向27上移动的滑动箱使得挡块保持部21、22以及活罩导引滑动部能够相对于本体1脱模。
在与两个主方向垂直的方向28上移动的滑动箱的第二部分使得活罩滑动部的第二部分能够脱模。

Claims (5)

1.一种电连接器,包括:模制的本体(1),所述模制的本体(1)包括用于接纳压接至供电线上的电触头(4、5)的至少一个凹部(6、7),所述本体包括活罩(2),所述活罩(2)在允许所述电触头插入所述凹部(6、7)中的位置与锁定位置之间移动,在所述锁定位置中,所述活罩(2)使所述电触头锁定在所述凹部中,其特征在于,所述活罩(2)能够相对于所述本体(1)平移移动并且所述活罩(2)与所述本体(1)形成单个铰接部,所述活罩(2)具有被横向侧面(12)连接的两个侧向侧面(10、11),所述侧向侧面(10、11)通过形成导引滑动部而与所述本体(1)的侧部表面(13、14)协作,所述侧向侧面(10、11)在所述侧向侧面(10、11)的下端处设置有纵向止挡部(15、16)以防止移动的所述活罩相对于所述本体(1)移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)设置有用于保持所述纵向止挡部(15、16)的互补的纵向止挡部(17、18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)在所述本体(1)的下部中还设置有两个外围延伸部(19、20),所述两个外围延伸部(19、20)与所述纵向止挡部(15、16)协作以通过夹在所述本体(1)上而锁定所述活罩(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述活罩(2)在所述活罩(2)的内表面上设置有两个挡块(21、22),所述两个挡块(21、22)具有与设置在所述电触头(4、5)上的中空部(23、24)相匹配的部段。
