Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及含有阀的关闭装置。该关闭装置用于诸如啤酒桶的容器,来自容器的液体内含物由气体压力来分配。
背景技术
啤酒桶经常使用一种被称为A型阀的常见阀关闭装置形式。单弹簧加载的环形阀元件控制两个端口。当与合适的阀操作部件接合时,气体可通过阀构件的外周缘被送入容器,而啤酒同时通过阀构件的内周流出容器。
啤酒桶也可以使用其他形式的阀关闭装置。例如,在S型阀中,由弹簧加载的内外同心的阀构件控制两个端口,以关闭在阀关闭装置中的内外通道。通常阀构件由对应的弹簧元件操作,尽管阀构件可被级联以使得一个弹簧加载的阀构件致使其他阀构件关闭。
传统的阀关闭装置被设计为具有较长的工作寿命。它们主要由金属制造且相对昂贵。另一方面,一次性使用的啤酒桶正变得越来越受欢迎,这是由于它们减少了重型啤酒桶长距离运输的环境成本。拆卸啤酒桶以去除不同部件是劳动密集的过程,理想情况下整个啤酒桶能够在一次性使用后以最少的人工干预被回收。
本发明的目的是提供一种阀关闭装置,该关闭装置可由廉价材料制成,可以回收而无须分离它的各种部件,并仍然有效和可靠地执行必要的密封功能。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种用于容器的阀关闭装置,该阀关闭装置包括:
-阀壳体,适于与容器的颈部配合,阀壳体的上端具有用于液体的内端口和用于加压气体的同心外端口,且该阀壳体具有允许加压气体从外端口进入容器的一个或多个孔;
-汲取管组件,其端部在阀壳体内,且从阀壳体的下端向下突出,以从容器引导液体通过内端口;
-至少一个阀构件,其配置成控制通过所述端口中的一个或两个的流;以及
-弹簧元件,其向上推动阀构件以关闭相应的一个或两个端口,所述阀构件能通过阀打开构件在使用时抵抗弹簧元件的关闭动作而运动,其中弹簧元件由弹性聚合物材料模制而成,且包括多个互连部段,这些互连部段设置成由阀操作部件引起的阀构件的运动导致互连部段的弹性变形。
由于阀关闭装置的所有组件可以由类似的聚合物材料制成,所以可以不需要拆下各个组件中的任一个而回收整个关闭装置。
虽然互连部段可并联,但优选为堆叠布置。这样的布置可以对于给定的压缩量的情况下减小各个元件的变形,增加弹簧元件的压缩范围,并降低蠕变的风险。优选地堆叠部段成角度地相对于彼此倾斜。这导致元件的主要是挠曲变形和最小的扭转变形。
在优选的构造中,将互连部段布置为在相邻部段之间的交叉点处互连的两个堆叠部。这种布置在最少地减小压缩范围的情况下增加了弹簧元件的总体强度。优选地每个互连部段为大致C形,从而弹簧元件为大致C形,且优选地堆叠部在C形部分的端部处互连。
在优选的阀构造中,汲取管组件包括中空的阀杆,该阀杆包含至少一个侧端口,并带有帽,该帽关闭该阀杆的上端且形成阀杆周围的朝向下的阀座。阀构件优选为环状并位于阀杆周围,在阀构件和阀杆之间设有内端口,阀构件和朝向下的外阀座之间设有外端口,且单个弹簧元件向上推动阀构件抵靠阀座,以关闭内端口和外端口。

具体实施方式
参看图1,图中所示的是一种被称为A型阀的阀关闭装置。所有的阀组件可由聚合物材料(塑料)模制而成,以便该关闭装置可完全回收。
该阀包括阀壳体1,该阀壳体适于装配到如啤酒桶的饮料容器的颈部上。该壳体由合适的聚合物材料注模而成,并具有由环形桥接壁12所连接的内筒形壁10和外筒形壁11。该外壁具有旋拧到啤酒桶或类似的容器颈部的内螺纹,该颈部通过合适的间设的密封环(未示出)封抵桥接壁12,以承受不同的气压。在壳体1的上端设置有一体的环形盖13,其内周缘形成围绕中心嘴部3的朝向下的外阀座14。在阀壳体1的底端设置有螺纹以非密封地接纳底端装配件4。该装配件优选由两个与外壁11的螺纹有相同螺距的交错螺纹固定,以简化从注射模具中的脱模。该装配件4也可由其他方式固定,例如卡合固定。该底端装配件设有由轴向孔21围绕的共轴套筒20,该轴向孔21用于让加压气体进入容器。用于将液体导出容器的汲取管5过盈配合在套筒20的下端,而阀杆8与套筒20的上端配合。
阀杆8下端开口,而在上端由一体帽24封闭,该帽向外突出以形成围绕阀杆8的朝向下的第二阀座25。在帽24的下方,阀杆包含侧端口(未示出)。
套筒20周围设有由弹性聚合材料注射成型的压缩弹簧7。该弹簧元件7包括多个堆叠布置在套筒20周围的C形部段7a。在套筒的各侧,堆叠部段7a成角度地排列成Z字形构造,其中连接中间区域7b和连接端部区域7c交替。此外,位于堆叠部两侧的部段的端部连接部7c均以X形连接在一起。在组装好的阀中,弹簧7的一端抵靠底端装配件4,同时相对的上端抵靠阀构件6,从而迫使该阀构件向上抵靠阀座14和25以关闭嘴部3。该阀构件可包括刚性支撑元件32和柔性密封元件33,该密封元件成形为封抵上述两个阀座。在密封元件33的内边缘也形成与阀杆8的滑动密封。
当阀构件6与阀操作部件(未示出)配合时,该阀构件被挤压在阀杆8内的端口之下,从而压缩弹簧7,从而引起弹簧部段7a的协同弹性挠曲变形。密封元件33密封地连接到阀操作构件,以提供通过操作构件的、分开的气体和液体流动路径。阀元件33也封抵阀杆8和套筒20,以提供两者之间的封闭式密封,并防止加压气体进入到流经阀杆8的液体。加压气体经通过上述操作部件馈送到容器内,绕过围绕密封元件33的外侧,并经过阀壳体1,以藉由孔21离开容器。容器内压力的增加使得液体向上流至汲取管5,并经由阀杆8内的端口离开阀操作元部件。
当撤回阀操作部件时,弹簧部段7a的弹性使弹簧将阀构件6返回到与阀座14和25密封配合,从而重新关闭该阀。
弹簧元件7易于通过注模来形成,并能够在没有蠕变的相当大的风险的情况下维持阀构件6上良好的关闭压力。阀关闭装置因此可完全由聚合物材料成型,使得关闭装置能够不需要分离各个部件而被回收。
虽然上述实施例着重于被认为是新的领域,且用于解决已指出的问题,但本发明所揭示的特征可以用于任何能够对现有技术提出新的及有用的改进的任何组合。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于容器的阀关闭装置,其中包括:
-阀壳体(1),所述阀壳体与容器的颈部配合,所述阀壳体的上端具有用于液体的内端口(25)和用于加压气体的外端口(14),且所述阀壳体具有允许加压气体从所述外端口进入所述容器的一个或多个孔(21);
-汲取管组件(20,8,24),所述汲取管组件具有位于所述阀壳体内的端部(8),并且从所述阀壳体的下端向下突出(20),以从所述容器通过所述内端口(25)引导液体;
-至少一个阀构件(6),所述阀构件设置成控制经过所述端口中的一个或两个的流;以及
-弹簧元件(7),所述弹簧元件向上推动所述阀构件,以关闭相应的端口,所述阀构件(6)能借助阀打开构件在使用时抵抗所述弹簧元件的关闭动作而运动,其中所述弹簧元件由弹性聚合物材料模制而成,且包括多个相连部段(7a),所述互连部段设置成由阀操作部件引起的所述阀构件(6)的运动导致所述互连部段的弹性变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,所述互连部段(7a)以堆叠部来布置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,堆叠的互连部段(7a)相对于彼此成角度地倾斜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,所述互连部段(7a)布置为在相邻部段之间的交叉点(7c)处互连的两个堆叠部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,每个所述互连部段(7a)为大致C形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,所述堆叠部在C形的端部(7b)处互连。
7.根据前述任一权利要求所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,所述汲取管组件包括中空的阀杆(8),所述阀杆包含至少一个侧端口,并带有帽(24),所述帽关闭所述阀杆的上端,并形成围绕所述阀杆的朝向下的内阀座。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阀关闭装置,其特征在于,所述阀构件(6)为环状,并位于所述阀杆(8)周围,在所述阀构件和所述阀杆之间设有内端口(25),在所述阀构件和朝向下的外阀座(13)之间设有外端口(14),且单个弹簧元件(7)向上推动所述阀构件抵靠所述阀座(24,13),以关闭所述内端口(25)和外端口(14)。
