本发明提供一种复合纤维板,属板材领域。由下述质量份的原料加工制成:麦草浆5-8份,棉花秸秆浆3-6份,水泥40-60份,膨胀剂5-6份,粉煤灰15-18份,水15-18份。制备方法是:将各原料混合均匀后加涂布压制成成品。本发明的有益效果是:以水泥代替粘合剂,减少了环境污染,具有防水、防潮、防火、防蛀的特性,可以广泛应用于建筑工程中作隔板用。

本发明涉及一种纤维板,特别是一种复合纤维板。
背景技术
目前广泛纤维板生产中使用的的粘合剂一般是三聚氰胺树脂胶,由于富含甲醛,具有很强的刺激性和污染性,无论生产还是使用过程中都会因此给人的身体健康带来极大的危害。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复合纤维板,以水泥代替粘合剂,和广泛应用于建筑工程中。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种复合纤维板,由下述质量份的原料加工制成,
麦草浆  5-8份,
棉花秸秆浆  3-6份
水泥   40-60份,
膨胀剂 5-6份,
粉煤灰 15-18份,
水     15-18份。
优选为:
麦草浆6份,
棉花秸秆浆5份
水泥  50份,
膨胀剂  5份,
粉煤灰 15份,
水     16份。
制备方法是:将各原料混合均匀后加涂布压制成成品。
本发明的有益效果是:以水泥代替粘合剂,减少了环境污染,具有防水、防潮、防火、防蛀的特性,可以广泛应用于建筑工程中。
具体实施方式
实施例1
麦草浆6份,棉花秸秆浆5份,水泥50份,膨胀剂5份,粉煤灰15份,水16份。
将上述原料搅拌混合后,涂布在纤维网上,然后加压5kg,脱水,使含水率降至4%,切割成型。
经检测,该复合纤维板具有较好的抗冲击性,可以作为隔板用。
