一种耐久的建筑用纤维板,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:木质纤维15-26份,羧基丁腈橡胶3-5份,无机铝盐防水剂2-6份,软化剂0.4-0.8份,芳纶浆粕纤维15-22份,促进剂0.2-0.4份,活性单体12-16份,增稠剂6-9份,辅料4-7份,粉煤灰16-24份,轻硅纤维阻裂增强剂5-12份,骨料16-18份,氟硅酸钠1.5-2.6份,亚磷酸双酚A酯2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯15-20份,甘露醇1.2-2.3份,硅烷偶联剂2-7份,聚四氟乙烯纤维3-9份。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的耐久的建筑用纤维板,具有很好的抗菌性、防潮性,抗冲击性好,耐久性佳,提高了寿命,有效降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐久的建筑用纤维板。
背景技术
纤维板在我国的到了很好的利用,尤其在建筑业。目前,我市建筑企业从小到大,从弱到强,经历了长期发展过程,目前已进入了新的发展阶段,成为我市经济发展中的一个支柱产业。所以我国已发展成为世界纤维板生产和消费第一大国,且已成为世界上纤维板增长最快的国家,从纤维板的进口大国逐步转变为出口大国。作为木材的良好替代品,现如今纤维板广泛应用在家具、木地板、建筑、装饰等行业,相比其他同类产品品质、性能更加优良,在林木资源短缺的背景下,纤维板的市场需求量不断上升。但随着建筑业的发展,竞争的激烈,对建材的使用要求也在不断地提升,在控制成本的基础上,还要提高其性能,如今市场上需要一种抗冲击性好,表面韧性好、防水,不易开裂,使用寿命长,且成本不高的建筑用纤维板。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种耐久的建筑用纤维板,具有很好的抗菌性、防潮性,抗冲击性好,耐久性佳,提高了寿命,有效降低了成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种耐久的建筑用纤维板,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
木质纤维15-26份,羧基丁腈橡胶3-5份,无机铝盐防水剂2-6份,软化剂0.4-0.8份,芳纶浆粕纤维15-22份,促进剂0.2-0.4份,活性单体12-16份,增稠剂6-9份,辅料4-7份,粉煤灰16-24份,轻硅纤维阻裂增强剂5-12份,骨料16-18份,氟硅酸钠1.5-2.6份,亚磷酸双酚A酯2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯15-20份,甘露醇1.2-2.3份,硅烷偶联剂2-7份,聚四氟乙烯纤维3-9份。

本发明的有益效果是,本发明的耐久的建筑用纤维板,具有很好的抗菌性、防潮性,抗冲击性好,耐久性佳,提高了寿命,有效降低了成本。

木质纤维15份,羧基丁腈橡胶3份,无机铝盐防水剂2份,软化剂0.4份,芳纶浆粕纤维15份,促进剂0.2份,活性单体12份,增稠剂6份,辅料4份,粉煤灰16份,轻硅纤维阻裂增强剂5份,骨料16份,氟硅酸钠1.5份,亚磷酸双酚A酯2份,丙烯酸乙酯15份,甘露醇1.2份,硅烷偶联剂2份,聚四氟乙烯纤维3份。

木质纤维26份,羧基丁腈橡胶5份,无机铝盐防水剂6份,软化剂0.8份,芳纶浆粕纤维22份,促进剂0.4份,活性单体16份,增稠剂9份,辅料7份,粉煤灰24份,轻硅纤维阻裂增强剂12份,骨料18份,氟硅酸钠2.6份,亚磷酸双酚A酯4份,丙烯酸乙酯20份,甘露醇2.3份,硅烷偶联剂7份,聚四氟乙烯纤维9份。

木质纤维15-26份,羧基丁腈橡胶3-5份,无机铝盐防水剂2-6份,软化剂0.4-0.8份,芳纶浆粕纤维15-22份,促进剂0.2-0.4份,活性单体12-16份,增稠剂6-9份,辅料4-7份,粉煤灰16-24份,轻硅纤维阻裂增强剂5-12份,骨料16-18份,氟硅酸钠1.5-2.6份,亚磷酸双酚A酯2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯15-20份,甘露醇1.2-2.3份,硅烷偶联剂2-7份,聚四氟乙烯纤维3-9份。
