本发明公开了一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料,其是由以下质量份的原料组成:20-40份的PA6、75-65份的长玻纤、2-5份己内酰胺、0.002-0.005份催化剂、0-2份的偶联剂、0.1-0.4份的抗氧剂、0-5份的玻纤相容剂、0.1-1份的抗浮纤助剂、0.2-0.5成核剂。本发明制备的复合材料具有优异的综合性能,尤其是具有较好的力学性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙是聚酰胺的统称,是五大通用工程塑料中产量最大、品种最多、应用最广、综合性能最优良的挤出树脂。在聚酰胺树脂中,尼龙6和尼龙66的产量与消耗量最大,约占总聚酰胺的90%左右,尼龙主要在力学、化学、热学性能等方面有突出的特点。
随着工业的发展,以塑代钢逐渐被人们所认知,所以提高尼龙的机械强度,以达到金属材料的强度,取代金属作为受力结构材料是当务之急,尼龙增强主要包括玻璃纤维增强、碳纤维增强、芳纶增强和晶须增强等,在技术日新月异的今天,纳米增强也慢慢的被接受。在这些增强材料中,玻纤增强是最早被利用并且工业化的材料。但是随着玻纤含量的增加,浮纤的问题就出现了,同时玻纤含量对材料的力学性能等各方面性能的影响并不是线性的,全面解决浮纤、复合材料的综合性能一直是业界关注的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料,其是由以下质量份的原料组成:20-40份的PA6、75-65份的长玻纤、2-5份己内酰胺、0.002-0.005份催化剂、0-2份的偶联剂、0.1-0.4份的抗氧剂、0-5份的玻纤相容剂、0.1-1份的抗浮纤助剂、0.2-0.5成核剂。
所述的偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、锆酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。
所述的催化剂由主催化剂和助催化剂组成。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或者亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂。
所述的成核剂为BRUGGOLEN P22。
所述的抗浮纤助剂为多元醇脂肪酸。
所述的主催化剂为无机碱。
所述的助催化剂为异氰酸酯。
一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将偶联剂和成核剂混合均匀,将该混合物涂覆在长玻纤表面,得到改性玻纤;2)将其余原料与改性玻纤置于挤出机中熔融挤出即可。
挤出机的螺杆长径比为48:1。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的复合材料具有优异的综合性能,尤其是具有较好的力学性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
实施例1:
一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料,其配方组成如下表1所示:

以实施例1的配方为例,说明本发明的复合材料的制备方法:
1)将PA6、抗氧剂1010、玻纤增强相容剂、抗浮纤助剂RH-210共同加入高速混料机中,混合5min; 2)将钛酸酯偶联剂LD-70和成核剂BRUGGOLEN P22混合均匀,将该混合物涂覆在玻纤表面,得到改性玻纤;3)将己内酰胺、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、NaOH加入高速搅拌机中搅拌混合3min;4)将步骤1)得到的混合物通过双螺杆挤出机的主加料口加入到挤出机中,将步骤2)得到的改性玻纤通过玻纤口加入挤出机中,将步骤3)得到的混合物通过辅加料口加入到挤出机中;熔融挤出、水冷、风干、切粒即可,挤出的温度为225-265℃,挤出机的长径比为48:1。
以其他实施例的配方制备复合材料的步骤与此相同;
对实施例的配方制备的复合材料进行测试,其性能如下:

1.一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料,其特征在于:其是由以下质量份的原料组成:20-40份的PA6、75-65份的长玻纤、2-5份己内酰胺、0.002-0.005份催化剂、0-2份的偶联剂、0.1-0.4份的抗氧剂、0-5份的玻纤相容剂、0.1-1份的抗浮纤助剂、0.2-0.5成核剂;所述的偶联剂为铝酸酯偶联剂、锆酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种;所述的催化剂由主催化剂和助催化剂组成;所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂或者亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂;所述的成核剂为BRUGGOLEN P22;所述的抗浮纤助剂为多元醇脂肪酸;所述的主催化剂为无机碱;所述的助催化剂为异氰酸酯。
2.权利要求1所述的一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:1)将偶联剂和成核剂混合均匀,将该混合物涂覆在长玻纤表面,得到改性玻纤;2)将其余原料与改性玻纤置于挤出机中熔融挤出即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高含量玻纤增强尼龙6复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:挤出机的螺杆长径比为48:1。
