氯气阀阀座压塑模,涉及阀座压塑模具技术领域。本发明包括阀座基体、环形外模,在环形外模的下表面设置台阶;阀座基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在环形外模内、于阀座基体上方设置定位模芯,定位模芯和阀座基体通过止口配合布置;在定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在受力模压套下端所对应的阀座基体上设置槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。本发明模压烧结成型的阀座密封面(聚四氟乙烯树脂部分),与阀座基体结合牢固,不松动,不脱落,与阀座基体紧密结合在一起,耐腐蚀。

本发明涉及阀座压塑模具技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内大部分厂家生产该产品时的阀座上都是采用聚四氟乙烯管子加工后加热模压上去的,结合不牢,松动,甚至脱落,而且易泄漏。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种与阀座基体结合牢固,不松动,不脱落,耐腐蚀的氯气阀阀座压塑模。
本发明包括阀座基体、环形外模,在所述环形外模的下表面设置台阶;所述阀座基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在所述环形外模内、于阀座基体上方设置定位模芯,所述定位模芯和阀座基体通过止口配合布置;在所述定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在所述受力模压套下端所对应的阀座基体上设置槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。
本发明外模和定位模芯的高度尺寸,是根据阀座口径大小、槽的尺寸及所用聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末的多少来进行确定,合理的高度使压制的聚四氟乙烯树脂结合牢固,与阀座基体整体烧结时不起层。定位模芯与阀座基体采用止口加端面定位,确保模压受力时模具不偏斜,与止口的定位公差间隙视口径大小控制在0.8~0.12mm之间,确保定位可靠,同时保证聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末受力不外泄。定位模芯的外径大于阀座基体槽的内径,公差+0.15~0.20mm。受力模压套与外模及定位模芯采用滑动配合,其间隙保证模压时受力均匀,不卡阻,同时保证聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末不外泄,保证模压质量。本发明模压烧结成型的阀座密封面(聚四氟乙烯树脂部分),与阀座基体结合牢固,不松动,不脱落,与阀座基体紧密结合在一起,耐腐蚀。
本发明所述环形凹槽的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度,增强密封性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括阀座基体1、环形外模2,在环形外模2的下端设置台阶2-1;阀座基体1通过台阶2-1配合设置在阀座基体1的下方;在环形外模2内、于阀座基体1上方设置定位模芯3,定位模芯3下端和阀座基体1上端通过止口配合布置;在定位模芯3与环形外模2之间可滑动式设置受力模压套4;在受力模压套4下端所对应的阀座基体1上设置槽口宽度与受力模压套4厚度一致的环形凹槽1-1,环形凹槽1-1的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度;在受力模压套4下端与阀座基体1的环形凹槽1-1之间设置模压料5。

1.氯气阀阀座压塑模,其特征在于:包括阀座基体、环形外模,在所述环形外模的下表面设置台阶;所述阀座基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在所述环形外模内、于阀座基体上方设置定位模芯,所述定位模芯和阀座基体通过止口配合布置;在所述定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在所述受力模压套下端所对应的阀座基体上设置槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氯气阀阀板压塑模,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度。
