氯气阀阀瓣压塑模,涉及阀瓣压塑模具技术领域。本发明包括阀瓣基体、环形外模,在环形外模的下端设置台阶;阀瓣基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在环形外膜内、于阀瓣基体上方设置定位模芯,定位模芯与阀瓣基体通过止口配合布置;在定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在受力模压套下端对应的阀瓣基体上设有槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。本发明所烧结成型的阀瓣密封面与阀瓣基体结合牢固,不松动,不脱落,与阀瓣基体紧密结合在一起,耐腐蚀,提高了产品的使用寿命。

本发明涉及阀瓣压塑模具技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内大部分厂家生产该产品时的阀瓣上都是采用聚四氟乙烯板子加工后用金属压板覆盖上去的,再用螺栓紧固,结合不牢,松动,易腐蚀,甚至脱落,而且易泄漏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种性能优越,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长的氯气阀阀瓣压塑模。
本发明包括阀瓣基体、环形外模,在所述环形外模的下端设置台阶;所述阀瓣基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在所述环形外膜内、于阀瓣基体上方设置定位模芯,所述定位模芯与阀瓣基体通过止口配合布置;在所述定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在所述受力模压套下端对应的阀瓣基体上设有槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。
本发明定位模芯与阀瓣基体采用止口加端面定位,确保模压受力时模具不偏斜,与止口的定位公差间隙视口径大小控制在0.8~0.12mm之间,确保定位可靠,同时保证聚四氟乙烯树脂粉末受力不外泄。本发明所烧结成型的阀瓣密封面与阀瓣基体结合牢固,不松动,不脱落,与阀瓣基体紧密结合在一起,耐腐蚀,提高了产品的使用寿命。
本发明所述环形凹槽的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度,使密封效果更好。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示,本发明包括阀瓣基体1、环形外模2,在环形外模2的下端设置台阶2-1;阀瓣基体1通过台阶2-1配合布置在环形外模2的下方;在环形外膜2内、于阀瓣基体1上方设置定位模芯3,定位模芯3与阀瓣基体1通过止口配合布置;在定位模芯3与环形外模2之间可滑动式设置受力模压套4;在受力模压套4下端对应的阀瓣基体1上设有槽口宽度与受力模压套4厚度一致的环形凹槽1-2。所述环形凹槽1-2的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度,在受力模压套4下端与阀瓣基体1的环形凹槽1-2之间设置模压料5。

1.氯气阀阀瓣压塑模,其特征在于:包括阀瓣基体、环形外模,在所述环形外模的下端设置台阶;所述阀瓣基体通过台阶配合布置在环形外模的下方;在所述环形外膜内、于阀瓣基体上方设置定位模芯,所述定位模芯与阀瓣基体通过止口配合布置;在所述定位模芯与环形外模之间可滑动式设置受力模压套;在所述受力模压套下端对应的阀瓣基体上设有槽口宽度与受力模压套厚度一致的环形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述氯气阀阀瓣压塑模,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽的槽口宽度小于槽底宽度。
