技术领域:本实用新型涉及电工机械设备,具体涉及一种整形机上的快速换模装置。
背景技术：模具装配中，模具与设备连接多采用螺栓及复杂的零件结构定位，传统的螺栓等定位方式存在的问题是：传统模具采用螺栓等定位，更换模具时拆装费时费力，满足不了自动化生产的要求。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提出一种结构简单，定位精确，拆装快速的模具更换装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种快速换模装置，其特征是模具座上设弹簧锁销连接模具，模具与模具座以T型槽形式连接，所述弹簧锁销结构中的螺杆与模具座螺纹连接，销体与模具连接，销体与螺杆之间装有压缩弹簧。
本实用新型与背景技术比较所具有的有益效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，弹簧锁销内置压缩弹簧，拉动捏手，销体拔出模具，即可实现拆卸。因而具有通过弹簧锁销的拔插实现模具的更换，操作简单快捷，可满足自动化生产的要求的优点。

具体实施方式：参考图1、图2、图3，一种快速换模装置，模具座2上设弹簧锁销3连接模具1，模具与模具座以T型槽形式连接，所述弹簧锁销3结构中的螺杆5与模具座2螺纹连接，销体4与模具1连接，销体4与螺杆5之间装有压缩弹簧6。

1.一种快速换模装置，其特征是模具座（2）上设弹簧锁销（3）连接模具（1），模具与模具座以T型槽形式连接，所述弹簧锁销（3）结构中的螺杆（5）与模具座（2）螺纹连接，销体（4）与模具（1）连接，销体（4）与螺杆（5）之间装有压缩弹簧（6）。
