本发明属于刀具技术领域，特指一种轮胎破碎机之刀盘，圆柱体状的刀体，在刀体上轴向设置有与刀盘转轴配合的安装孔，在刀体的外圆柱面上周向均布有两个角刀，角刀的厚度＜刀体的厚度，角刀之外的外圆柱面形成刃口，本发明的角刀的厚度小于刀体的厚度，可对刃口进行修磨；刀盘上设置有合金刃口，耐磨，强度高，使用寿命长，适用于轮胎的破碎等场合。

技术领域：
本发明属于刀具技术领域，特指一种轮胎破碎机之刀盘。
背景技术：
随着我国交通运输事业的高速发展，对用于汽车以及工程机械、农业等各种运输工具的轮胎产品提出了更高的质量要求。轮胎生产行业为了有效延长轮胎工作寿命和提高安全可靠性，大多都在轮胎胎体内设置高强度钢丝制成帘布层的工艺技术，对提高轮胎的承载耐磨性能具有重要的意义。但是，这种轮胎磨损报废后却难以回收处理进行综合利用。轮胎破碎机可用来破碎报废后的轮胎。现有技术中的轮胎破碎机的刀盘上刀体的厚度与角刀的厚度是相同的，在经过滚剪废旧轮胎一定时间后会产生一定的磨损，需要对刀盘的刃口进行修磨，有些刀盘不耐用，刃口无法修磨。这样就大大增加了使用成本，同时也生产造成极大的不便。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高、使用寿命长的轮胎破碎机之刀盘。
本发明是这样实现的：
轮胎破碎机之刀盘，圆柱体状的刀体，在刀体上轴向设置有与刀盘转轴配合的安装孔，在刀体的外圆柱面上周向均布有两个角刀，角刀的厚度＜刀体的厚度，角刀之外的外圆柱面形成刃口。
上述的角刀之外的刀体的外圆柱面上包覆有合金层形成合金刃口。
上述的角刀居中设置在刀体的外圆柱面上。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是：
1、本发明的角刀的厚度小于刀体的厚度，可对刃口进行修磨；
2、本发明的刀盘上设置有合金刃口，耐磨，强度高，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式：
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述，参见图1—2：
轮胎破碎机之刀盘，圆柱体状的刀体10，在刀体10上轴向设置有与刀盘转轴配合的安装孔40，在刀体10的外圆柱面上周向均布有两个角刀20，角刀20的厚度d＜刀体10的厚度D，角刀20之外的刀体10的外圆柱面形成刃口。
上述的角刀20之外的刀体10的外圆柱面上包覆有合金层30形成合金刃口301。合金刃口301硬度高，耐磨，提高了刀盘的使用稳定性。
上述的角刀20居中设置在刀体10的外圆柱面上。角刀20的厚度d＜刀体10的厚度D，刃口可在不拆机的状态下进行打磨，可延长刀盘的使用寿命。
本发明的刀盘的两角刀20起到将需要破碎的轮胎碎条往下压，通过刀盘上的刃口滚剪实现对轮胎碎条的破碎。

1.轮胎破碎机之刀盘，其特征在于：圆柱体状的刀体，在刀体上轴向设置有与刀盘转轴配合的安装孔，在刀体的外圆柱面上周向均布有两个角刀，角刀的厚度＜刀体的厚度，角刀之外的外圆柱面形成刃口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎破碎机之刀盘，其特征在于：所述的角刀之外的刀体的外圆柱面上包覆有合金层形成合金刃口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎破碎机之刀盘，其特征在于：所述的角刀居中设置在刀体的外圆柱面上。
