本实用新型涉及轮胎破碎机,具体地说是一种轮胎破碎机的刀具。
背景技术
轮胎破碎机用于对废旧轮胎破碎,是其便于回收再利用。轮胎破碎机主要依靠刀具运动对废旧轮胎进行切割破碎,现有刀具存在使用寿命短、保养时装拆困难等缺点。如专利ZL200820038316.X所公开的实用新型,易磨损的刀齿部分采用堆焊合金制成,同时可通过更换刀齿对刀片进行维护。其缺点是刀片其他部分未作提高硬度的处理,影响了刀具的整体寿命,且当刀片部分发生磨损时,则需要将整个刀片拆出进行维护处理或者更换刀片,但由于其刀片直接紧密套装在轴杆上,极难拆装,导致维修困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种轮胎破碎机的刀具,寿命长、易于拆装保养。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下的技术方案:
本实用新型包括主轴、圆环形的刀架、刀片以及刀齿,刀片安装在刀架的两侧,刀齿与刀架配合连接。
进一步地技术特征在于刀片的两侧面、所述刀架的两侧面以及刀齿的材质为高硬度碳化钨硬质合金。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:
刀片整体可从刀架上拆卸,便于保养;刀齿及刀架两侧都采用高硬度碳化钨硬质合金,提高了刀具的整体寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,本实用新型包括主轴1,主轴1外套圆环形的刀架2,刀架2设置凸台21,刀片3分为带齿状的刀片部件31和不带齿状的刀片部件32,刀片部件31、刀片部件32分别与凸台21抵接,并通过螺栓4固连。见图2,刀片部件31的齿状部分311与刀架2的齿状部分22配合抵接。刀齿5与齿状部分22通过螺栓6连接。
本实用新型的刀齿5、刀片3的两侧面、刀架2的两侧面材质都采用高硬度碳化钨硬质合金,提高了整体实使用寿命。当刀片3或者刀齿5受到磨损需要更换时,可以迅速的从刀架2上拆卸下来,便于维护。
本实用新型对轮胎的破碎机以及破碎原理与现有技术相同。

1.轮胎破碎机的刀具包括主轴、圆环形的刀架、刀片以及刀齿,其特征在于所述刀片安装在所述刀架的两侧,所述刀齿与所述刀架配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎破碎机的刀具,其特征在于所述刀片的两侧面、所述刀架的两侧面以及刀齿的材质为高硬度碳化钨硬质合金。
