端子装置
本发明涉及一种端子装置,该端子装置可优选地布置在支承轨上。
优选地,这样的端子装置呈圆盘形,其中,多个端子装置可连续布置在支撑轨上以形成一个单元。通常,端子装置具有壳体,壳体可由第一壳体部分和第二壳体部分组装构成。在壳体中,多个端子装置被配置成具有用于连接导体的连接区。通常,在受载弹簧端子或螺旋型端子所设置在连接区内的位置处进行连接。连接区常由壳体的两个半壳体部分形成,由此在将导体插入连接区时,施加用于将导体引入连接区的力会导致两个组装的半壳体部分分开。
因此,本发明的目的是提供这样一种端子装置,即,在该端子装置中,即使在连接区上施加增强的力,也不会将两个半壳体部分分开。
根据本发明的端子装置包括壳体,壳体具有第一半壳体部分和第二半壳体部分,其中,在壳体上设有至少一个电气端子,端子包括与电导体连接的端子壳体,其中,根据本发明,连接区为单一整体部件。
优选地,连接区为端子上用于插入导体的区域。根据本发明的端子装置的特征在于,连接区不再被分为两个部分,而是被配置成单一整体部件,从而防止连接区周围的区域、特别是半壳体部分的区域被分开。因此,连接区以及整个端子装置具有了更高的稳定性,从而即使在导体的插入过程中在连接区上施加更高的力也不会使半壳体部分分开。
优选地,连接区连接至第一半壳体部分或第二半壳体部分。以这种方式,连接区可与半壳体部分之一形成在一起,从而使连接区能够在壳体上精确定位。
此外,有利地,连接区包括包围盖,其中,所述包围盖在端子中导体插入的区域中包括开口,和/或包围盖在按钮致动器的区域中包括开口。连接区本身可被形成为一种包围盖以实现连接区的单件式配置。此外,单件式连接区可由设置在连接区上的、被形成为附加部分的包围盖构成,以实现连接区的额外的稳定性。包围盖可完全覆盖连接区。这能够形成特别稳定的连接区。在这种情况下,包围盖在端子中导体插入的区域包括开口,和/或包围盖在按钮致动器的区域中包括开口(如果弹簧加载元件设置在连接区内)。
优选地,包围盖与第一半壳体部分或第二半壳体部分可一体形成为单一整体部件。以这种方式,包围盖可与两个半壳体部分之一形成在一起,因此能够使包围盖在两个半壳体部分之一上非常精确地定位。如果连接区没有被形成为包围盖的形式,而是将包围盖形成为围绕单件式连接区的形式,则还可以将包围盖与连接区形成为单一整体部件。
此外,优选地,连接区和/或包围盖可注塑成型制品形成。由此,能够特别简单地制造连接区和/或包围盖,连接区和/或包围盖可与两个壳体部分之一注塑成型为单一整体部件。在注塑成型过程中可引入包围盖中的开口,因此使端子装置的制造过程特别迅速且经济。
在下文中,将参照附图通过优选实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。

图1示出了根据本发明的端子装置10。端子装置10具有壳体12,壳体12由第一半壳体部分14和第二半壳体部分16形成,其中,两个半壳体部分14、16组装形成壳体12。在壳体12上设有多个电气端子18,其中,电气端子18均具有用于连接导体(未示出)的连接区20,其中,连接区20被设置为单一整体部件,从而在插入导体时阻止半壳体部分14、16分开。连接区20可连接至两个半壳体部分14、16中之一,其中,优选地,连接区20被设置为与两个半壳体部分14、16中之一形成为单一整体部件。
在本文示出的实施方式中,如图2所示,连接区20被形成为包围盖的形式,包围盖不仅包围导体在端子18中的插入区域,还覆盖这样的区域,在该区域中按钮致动器28对布置在端子18中的弹簧加载元件(未示出)进行致动。在导体的插入区域中,在包围盖中设有开口22,导体可被插入开口22中以连接至端子18。开口22由包围盖包围,从而使插入导体时施加的力可由单件式连接区20或包围盖吸收,由此阻止力被传递至两个半壳体部分14、16。此外,包围盖包括第二开口26,在第二开口26内设有按钮致动器28。优选地,包围盖和/或连接区20可由注塑成型制品形成,其可通过注塑成型在一个制造步骤中和两个半壳体部分14、16中之一形成在一起。图2示出了与图1的端子装置分开的端子18,其中在端子18下形成有开口,在开口中插有跳线24。

Claims (3)

1.端子装置,包括壳体(12),所述壳体(12)具有第一半壳体部分(14)和第二半壳体部分(16),其中,在所述壳体(12)上设有至少一个电气端子(18),其中,所述电气端子(18)包括用于连接导体的连接区(20),其中,所述连接区(20)为单一整体部件,其中,所述连接区(20)包括完全覆盖所述连接区(20)的包围盖,所述包围盖在所述电气端子(18)中导体插入的区域中包括开口(22),和/或所述包围盖在按钮致动器(28)的区域中包括开口(26),以及
所述包围盖与所述第一半壳体部分(14)或所述第二半壳体部分(16)形成为单一整体部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子装置,其特征在于,所述连接区(20)与所述第一半壳体部分(14)或所述第二半壳体部分(16)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的端子装置,其特征在于,所述连接区和/或所述包围盖为注塑成型制品。
