技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括喷雾头的流体产品分配装置。
背景技术
用于流体产品分配装置的喷雾头是为人熟知的。这些喷雾头通常包括多个构件,即形成喷雾头的主体和形成喷嘴的一个或两个构件,即当流体产品被分配时,通过使流体产品涡旋而产生雾化的部分。在外喷嘴的情形中,一小套筒从外装合在喷雾头的下游端部中,以与喷雾头的下游端部限定喷雾型面(profil de pulvérisation)。在称为内喷嘴的情形中,是通过喷雾头内部插入的插入件与喷雾头的端部壁进行配合,以限定喷雾型面。在这两种情形中,喷雾型面通常包括多个非径向的通道,特别是三个通道,或者在喷雾头的底部壁中形成,或者在形成外喷嘴的套筒上形成,或者在形成内喷嘴的插入件上形成。不过在所有这些情形中,雾化仅仅通过这两个构件的配合实施,即一方面外喷嘴与喷雾头配合,另一方面内喷嘴与喷雾头配合。现有的喷雾头需要至少一构件组装在另一构件中。这种组装导致一喷雾头与另一喷雾头的性能差异。这并不总是合乎期望的。同样地,用两个或三个构件实施喷雾头的事实使得制造和装配变得复杂并从而使得装配成本较高。通常,喷雾头组装在活塞杆或阀门上,以导向产品,产品从泵或阀朝向喷雾孔被分配。不过,还提出直接在注射器类型的储容器的出口上布置喷雾头,用以雾化所述注射器的内容物,而不是经过针头注射内容物。专利文献WO00/71263描述这类布置。再次,这些喷雾头总是用相互组装在一起的两个或三个构件实施。这种实施阻止特别是在吸入模式使用这些注射器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不会再产生上述弊端的流体产品分配装置。
本发明的目的也在于提供一种流体产品分配装置,所述流体产品分配装置在制造和组装上简易且成本较低,并且可同时在排出模式和吸入模式运行。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种这类流体产品分配装置,其允许实施正确的和可复制的雾化。
本发明的对象从而在于一种流体产品分配装置,所述流体产品分配装置包括储容器、用于分配容置在所述储容器中的产品的分配部件和喷雾头,所述喷雾头包括:中空主体,中空主体包括沿着纵向轴延伸的基本圆柱形的套筒和配有喷雾孔的基本径向的底部壁;以及位于所述喷雾孔上游的喷雾型面,所述喷雾型面包括相对于所述纵向轴是非径向的和/或非轴向的至少一通道,所述储容器、所述喷雾头、所述喷雾孔和所述喷雾型面形成单个整体件。
根据有利的第一变型,所述喷雾孔呈围绕所述纵向轴的环形形状。
根据有利的第二变型,所述喷雾孔呈相对于所述纵向轴对称的槽盆形状。
有利地,所述喷雾型面包括相对于纵向轴倾斜地和周向地延伸的至少一通道,所述至少一通道将所述中空主体的内部与所述喷雾孔相连通。
有利地,所述喷雾型面包括在径向方向和轴向方向上倾斜的螺旋形的至少一通道,所述至少一通道将所述中空主体的内部与所述喷雾孔相连通。
有利地,所述喷雾型面包括中心柱销。
有利地,所述中心柱销的布置在所述中空主体的内部的内端部是锥形的或截锥形的,用以将流体产品导引向非径向的和/或非轴向的所述至少一通道。

具体实施方式
在下文中将参照本发明的不同实施方式描述本发明,不过当然的是,可设计其它的实施方式。
参照图1,示出本发明的一有利的实施方式。图1示出注射器类型的分配装置1,包括储容器2和喷雾头10。常见地,可在所述注射器中设置合适的分配部件,用以分配所述注射器的内容物。典型地,这些分配部件包括活塞5,活塞与作动杆6固连,在进行分配时,使用者作动该作动杆。当然,可设计不同的分配部件,例如自我注射器类型的自动分配部件。然而,这些分配部件并不直接地用在本发明中,在下文中不再对这些分配部件进行更详细的描述。
更为特别地参照图2,可以观察到,分配头10包括中空主体11,所述中空主体包括喷雾孔15。该中空主体11有利地包括基本圆柱形的套筒12,所述套筒连接到基本径向的底部壁13上,所述底部壁包括所述喷雾孔15,优选地在其中心,从而在所述中空主体11的纵向轴A上。此外,设置喷雾型面20,优选地也在所述底部壁13处。
根据本发明,所述分配头10、所述喷雾型面20和所述喷雾孔15与储容器2形成单个整体件。喷雾头10的圆柱形套筒12从而形成储容器2的下游端部部分。因此,流体产品的储存和雾化通过单个的同一构件实施,而不需要组装接合在所述储容器上或所述喷雾头中的一个或多个构件来实施装置。这简化装置的制造和组装。这也允许同时以排出模式和吸入模式使用这类注射器。
在图2和图3上所示的实施方式中,喷雾型面20包括至少一通道,所述至少一通道在由中空主体11的纵向轴A所限定的轴向方向上倾斜地延伸。如在图3上可视,优选地存在围绕纵向轴A分布的三个这种类型的通道。这些通道25相对于所述纵向轴A周向地延伸,从而在所述底部壁13中倾斜地轴向延伸,用以将中空主体11的内部与所述喷雾孔15相连通。当在流体产品加压排出时流体产品将经过所述通道25时,这些通道25的周向的形状、从而部分圆形的形状和在轴向方向上倾斜的形状,引起流体产品的涡旋。当流体产品到达喷雾孔15中时,流体产品从而将具有涡旋运动且将以喷雾的形式被分配。在图2上的示例中,喷雾孔15呈围绕所述纵向轴A的环形形状。这种环形形状在排出产品时更利于产品的涡旋。
如特别是在图2上可视,喷雾型面20可包括中心柱销21。在该实施变型中,该中心柱销通过其外部分限定喷雾孔15的所述环形形状。在其内端部22——布置在中空主体11的内部——处,所述中心柱销21优选地具有锥形的或截锥形的形状,其特别是用于将产品导引向所述通道25的进口。因此,被排出到所述储容器2外的产品将被带至所述喷雾通道和从而以喷雾的形式经过喷雾孔15被分配。
图4和图5示出本发明的第二实施方式。该第二实施方式与图2和图3的第一实施方式的区别主要在于通道25和喷雾孔15的形状。因此,参照图4和图5,可以观察到,喷雾孔15这里以相对于纵向轴A基本对称的槽盆的形状实施,而通道25,优选地也是三个,包括倾斜的螺旋形通道,所述螺旋形通道将中空主体11的内部与所述喷雾孔15相连通。在该变型中,所述通道25从而不仅在轴向方向上,而也在径向方向上倾斜地延伸,这是因为所述通道围绕所述纵向轴并不是周向的,而相反地是螺旋形的,即所述通道在径向方向上逐渐地接近所述纵向轴。再次,通道的这种特定形状将在分配流体产品时,允许流体产品在喷雾孔15中的涡旋。当然,该第二实施方式的通道可与如在图2上所示的环形喷雾孔相结合。同样地,图4的呈槽盆形状的喷雾孔可与图2和图3的第一实施方式的通道相结合。如有需要,根据上文所述的两个实施方式实施的通道可相结合和/或组合。
本发明提供一种装置,在该装置中,储容器、喷雾头和喷雾型面形成单个整体件。这允许特别是保证在每次作动时流体产品的良好雾化。此外,该喷雾头是单个构件和不存在一构件组装在另一构件中的事实,保证来自同一模具的所有喷雾头基本上产生相同的性能,消除与组装相关的性能差异,如这通常地是包括多个构件的喷雾头的情形。喷雾头的这种整体结构也允许同时以排出模式和吸入模式使用注射器,特别是由于在所述喷雾头中不存在活动构件和弹簧。

Claims (8)

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述喷雾型面(20)包括在径向方向和轴向方向上倾斜的螺旋形的至少一通道(25),所述至少一通道将所述中空主体(11)的内部与所述喷雾孔(15)相连通。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述喷雾型面(20)包括中心柱销(21)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的流体产品分配装置,其特征在于,所述中心柱销(21)的布置在所述中空主体(11)的内部的内端部(22)是锥形的或截锥形的,用以将所述流体产品导引向非径向的和/或非轴向的所述至少一通道(25)。
