Abstract
芦丁生产工艺是一种从槐米中提取芦丁的化工
工艺。本发明的特征在于,用碳酸氢铵水溶液加少量
石灰水来代替石灰乳水进行蒸煮,用冷水代替温水洗
涤原料,不用酸水洗涤结晶的芦丁,与传统的芦丁生
产工艺相比,本发明具有芦丁收率高、质量好、耗能少
等明显优点。
Description
芦丁生产工艺是指一种从槐米中提取芦丁的化工工艺。
芦丁可以直接作为药品,也可以作为药品、染料的中间体和食品的添加剂。传统的芦丁生产工艺是先将原料槐米粉碎,经过温水洗涤、热石灰乳水蒸煮、净化、中和、冷却、过滤、酸洗、水洗、烘干、粉碎等工序后即可制得成品芦丁,有时还要经过第二次精制过程,才能得到合格产品。这种工艺流程的缺点是,芦丁收率低,仅为8%~12%,产品呈淡黄色,且炽灼残渣往往偏高。为此,提出了本发明所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,在蒸煮工序,用碳酸氢铵水溶液加少量石灰水来代替石灰乳水蒸煮;在洗涤槐米时,用冷水代替温水;在洗涤结晶芦丁时,免去酸水。试生产结果,芦丁收率可达13%~17%,比传统工艺提高了20%~40%,产品质量也提高了,尤其是炽灼残渣明显下降,成品芦丁呈特有的微绿黄色;由于用冷水洗涤,可节能50%左右;减少了化工原料的消耗,简化了操作过程。
实施例:
已粉碎后的槐米50kg,加水1000kg在搅拌下洗涤,共三次。再加水约1000kg,在搅拌下,开始加蒸汽升温,同时加约15kg饱和石灰水和碳酸氢铵水溶液若干。在加碱水过程中,要不停地搅拌,并边加边检查提取液之PH值,使在提取液沸腾时保持PH8.5~9.0,再加入0.2kg硼砂。在沸腾下保温半小时,滤出槐米渣,药液用压力通过10层布袋进行净化处理。向药液中加入稀盐酸中和,至溶液的PH值等于6,并在搅拌下冷却,放置过夜,使芦丁沉淀完全,用板框式过滤机滤出沉淀,用软化水洗涤约2.5小时,离心脱水后,于80℃左右烘干再经粉碎,即得芦丁成品。
上述槐米渣再加水800kg,饱和石灰水2kg,硼砂0.2kg,重复以上操作过程,再次得到芦丁成品。
合并上述两次之芦丁成品共7.1kg,收率14.2%。产品按《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准(1963)》化验,芦丁含量95.1%,水份8.7%,乙醇中不溶物5.5mg,炽灼残渣0.42%。

1、芦丁生产工艺是一种从槐米中提取芦丁的化工工艺,传统的工艺流程是,槐米粉碎→温水洗涤→石灰乳水蒸煮→净化→中和→冷却→过滤→酸洗→水洗→烘干→粉碎得成品芦丁。本发明的特征在于,在蒸煮工序,用的是碳酸氢铵水溶液和少量石灰水。
2、根据权利要求1的芦丁生产工艺,其中洗涤工序,其特征在于当洗涤原料时用冷水进行,洗涤结晶芦丁时只用软化水进行。
