Abstract

本发明公开了一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫及其制作方法,包括地毯体(1),所述的地毯体(1)的底面设有防滑层,所述的防滑层通过发泡胶层(2)与所述的地毯体(1)的底面固定;所述的防滑层为底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇(3),且所述的塑料丝簇(3)沿所述的地毯体(1)的底面呈均匀的蜂窝状排列。防滑效果好、质量轻、吸音效果好,不伤主地毯,能保证汽车的正常安全操作。

Description

全纤维防滑汽车脚垫及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车脚垫制作领域,尤其是涉及一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫及其制作方法。 
背景技术
汽车脚垫是集吸水、吸尘、去污、隔音、保护汽车主地毯五大主要功能为一体的汽车内饰部件。目前汽车脚垫多采用复合平面结构,包括地毯体层和连接在地毯体层底部的化学纤维底层或热塑性弹性体底层。化学纤维底层的下表面具有灼烧而成的焦粒,该焦粒能与汽车汽车主地毯的表面纤维相互错综交叉,增加了摩擦表面积和摩擦力,起到一定的防滑作用;热塑性弹性体底层的下表面具有高低不平的钉子,增加了摩擦表面的摩擦力,起到一定的防滑作用。但以上现有技术的汽车脚垫还存在以下不足: 
1、化学全纤维底层的焦粒是由底层的下表面的纤维灼烧而成的,这样使灼烧而成的焦粒的长度很短而且很柔软,不能很深的插入到汽车主地毯尤其是簇绒主地毯,还会在底层的下表面上滑动,防滑效果不是很好,在驾驶过程中产生移动,可能导致刹车刹不到底,无法保证汽车的正常安全操作。且在踩油门或者刹车操作过程中,汽车脚垫频繁受到推力,使底层的焦粒容易掉落,而掉落的焦粒会嵌入汽车主地毯,很难清理,长期使用后也会不能保证汽车脚垫的防滑性。 
2、热塑性弹性体底层是有挤出复合而成的高低不平的钉子,虽然能插入到汽车主地毯中,但是簇绒与主地毯的贴合不好,接触面积的摩擦力小,也会在底面层的主地毯上滑动,导致安全隐患。同时也会对主地毯的表面留下难看的钉子印,影响美观。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防滑效果好、质量轻、吸音效果好,不伤主地毯,能保证汽车的正常安全操作的全纤维防滑汽车脚垫。 
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫,包括地毯体,所述的地毯体的底面设有防滑层,所述的防滑层为底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇,且所述的塑料丝簇沿所述的地毯体的底面呈均匀的蜂窝状排列。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该全纤维防滑汽车脚垫地毯体的底面设有防滑层,且防滑层为经过经编机织造而成塑料丝簇,底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇有一定的长度和硬度,能较容易地插入到汽车主地毯内,既能保证塑料丝簇插入汽车主机毯的深度,又增加了汽车 脚垫的底层与汽车主地毯的摩擦力,使驾驶室的汽车脚垫不易移动,达到防滑效果,保证汽车的正常安全操作,且该全纤维防滑汽车脚垫质量轻、吸音效果好,不伤主地毯。 
本发明要解决的另一个问题是,提供一种防滑汽车脚垫的制作方法,包括以下制作步骤: 
1)、用经编机织造塑料丝簇从而获得防滑层; 
2)、在防滑层与地毯体的贴合面之间涂上发泡胶层; 
3)、将已涂上发泡胶层的防滑层与地毯经烘箱在150℃~180℃下发泡粘接。 
用经编机织造塑料丝簇的具体制作步骤为: 
1)、根据实际需要,将已定数量的纱筒经过整经机倒筒到单个盘头上; 
2)、再将盘头和经丝上到经编机上; 
3)、根据需求分别调整设于经编机上的两排的压脚的间距和对应设于压脚槽内的两排勾圈的大小; 
4)、将塑料丝经引线孔并穿过勾圈后进行双幅织造; 
5)、将织造好的双幅底布根据需要进行染色后从中间破成两幅后得到防滑层。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:利用现有的经编机机织造塑料丝簇从而获得防滑层,并将已涂上发泡胶层的防滑层与地毯体经烘箱发泡粘接即可将防滑脚垫制作完成,非常方便。并可通过调整压脚的间距和设于压脚槽内的两排勾圈的大小就能够调整塑料丝簇长短及蜂窝状的大小,使得塑料丝簇能较容易地插入到汽车主地毯内,保证更好的防滑效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。 
如图1-5所示,一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫,包括地毯体1,所述的地毯体1的底面设有防滑层,所述的防滑层通过发泡胶层2与所述的地毯体1的底面固定;所述的防滑层为底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇3,且所述的塑料丝簇3沿所述的地毯体1的底面呈均匀的蜂窝状排列。 
防滑层为底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇3是指,防滑层底部设有呈发散状的针状物。 
一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫的制作方法,包括以下制作步骤: 
1)、用经编机织造塑料丝簇从而获得防滑层; 
2)、在防滑层与地毯体的贴合面之间涂上发泡胶层; 
3)、将已涂上发泡胶层的防滑层与地毯经烘箱在150℃~180℃下发泡粘接。 
用经编机织造塑料丝簇的具体制作步骤为: 
1)、根据实际需要,将已定数量的纱筒经过整经机倒筒到单个盘头上; 
2)、再将盘头和经丝上到286经编机上; 
3)、根据需求分别调整设于286经编机上的两排的压脚4的间距和对应设于压脚槽内的两排勾圈5的大小; 
4)、将塑料丝经引线孔6并穿过勾圈5后进行双幅织造; 
5)、将织造好的双幅底布根据需要进行染色后从中间破成两幅后得到防滑层。 
图4为为塑料丝簇制作设备的结构示意图。图中右侧所示为压脚压下的状态,故勾圈未示出。 
利用现有的经编机机织造塑料丝簇从而获得防滑层,并将已涂上发泡胶层2的防滑层与地毯体经烘箱发泡粘接即可将防滑脚垫制作完成,并可通过调整压脚4的间距和设于压脚槽内的两排勾圈5的大小就能够调整塑料丝簇长短及蜂窝状的大小。 
塑料丝簇的材料可以选择为PET或PA。 
以上仅就本发明的最佳实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本发明不仅局限于以上实施例,其具体结构允许有变化。凡在本发明独立权利要求的保护范围内所作的各种变化均在本发明保护范围内。 

Claims (3)

1.一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫,包括地毯体(1),所述的地毯体(1)的底面设有防滑层,其特征在于:所述的防滑层通过发泡胶层(2)与所述的地毯体(1)的底面固定;所述的防滑层为底部呈刺猬状的塑料丝簇(3),且所述的塑料丝簇(3)沿所述的地毯体(1)的底面呈均匀的蜂窝状排列。
2.一种全纤维防滑汽车脚垫的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下制作步骤:
1)、用经编机织造塑料丝簇从而获得防滑层;
2)、在防滑层与地毯体的贴合面之间涂上发泡胶层;
3)、将已涂上发泡胶层的防滑层与地毯经烘箱在150℃~180℃下发泡粘接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全纤维防滑汽车脚垫的制作方法,其特征在于:用经编机织造塑料丝簇的具体制作步骤为:
1)、根据实际需要,将已定数量的纱筒经过整经机倒筒到单个盘头上;
2)、再将盘头和经丝上到经编机上;
3)、根据需求分别调整设于经编机上的两排的压脚的间距和对应设于压脚槽内的两排勾圈的大小;
4)、将塑料丝经引线孔并穿过勾圈后进行双幅织造;
5)、将织造好的双幅底布根据需要进行染色后从中间破成两幅后得到防滑层。
