技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用混用无纺布及防水涂层的无机质板用表面防水纸及其制备方法,涉及一种通过提供一种在单一无纺布的上部形成有防水涂层的表面防水纸能够提高与无机质板的粘接力且能够提供一种经济的建筑用表面防水纸的技术。
背景技术
作为用于建筑用石膏板的防水用表面材料,主要使用如下的二层(2-layer)结构的表面材料。在此,所谓二层结构是指,由纤维素纤维(Cellulose fiber)形成的外皮层和形成于外皮层的下部的内芯粘合层的结构。此时,为了对上述二层结构的表面材料赋予防水特性,通常情况下将上述二层结构的表面材料整体浸渍于防水粘结剂组合物内进行使用。但是,像这样在防水粘结剂组合物内浸渍内芯粘合层的情况下,粘合在石膏板的性能降低,尺寸稳定性或者剪切性也降低,从而具有作为表面材料的特性降低的问题。

技术问题
本发明的目的在于,提供一种如下的无机质板用表面防水纸,即,与无机质板相粘接的防水纸本体以由纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维(glass fiber)及有机质纤维(organic fiber)构成的单层混用无纺布(One layer)形成,并在该防水纸本体上涂布包含粘结剂固体成分、水、无机填充剂、拒水剂、颜料及抗菌剂的防水涂布液,从而表现出突出的防水性的同时能够提高与无机质板间的粘接力的无机质板用表面防水纸。
进而,本发明的目的在于,提供一种如下的无机质板用表面防水的纸制备方法,即,通过调节上述混用无纺布的气孔大小及克重,并调节上述防水涂布液的涂布量、粘度及组成等,能够确保无机质板所具有的固有强度的同时能够提高尺寸稳定性及剪切性的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法。
解决问题的手段
本发明的一实施例的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,包括:混用无纺布,该混用无纺布中由纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维构成;以及防水涂层,其涂布于上述混用无纺布的上部。
在此,特征在于,上述混用无纺布中包含30重量%~70重量%的上述纤维素纤维、28重量%~60重量%的上述玻璃纤维及2重量%~20重量%的有机质纤维。

此外,上述混用无纺布中还包含0.1重量%~3重量%的干燥纸力增强剂或者湿润纸力增强剂。此时,特征在于,上述干燥纸力增强剂包括淀粉或者聚丙烯酰胺;上述湿润纸力增强剂包括脲甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺树脂、乙醛酸化聚丙烯酰胺树脂及聚乙烯亚胺树脂中的一种以上。

在此,特征在于,上述防水涂布液的粘度为50cps~500cps。此时,特征在于,上述无机填充剂包括平均粒度为5μm~50μm的碳酸钙(CaCO3),特征在于,上述拒水剂包括碳氟化合物类拒水剂或蜡类拒水剂。
接着,特征在于,上述防水涂层具有以从混用无纺布的上部表面朝向中心部方向的厚度为基准渗透至5%~80%范围的的涂布结构。此时,特征在于,上述防水涂层未渗透的区域的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小(Pore size)为10μm~100μm,上述防水涂层渗透的区域的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小为5μm~50μm。
再接着,特征在于,上述表面防水纸的总厚度为0.27mm~0.57mm,特征在于,上述无机质板为中密度纤维板(MDF,Medium Density Fibreboard)、胶合板、无石棉纤维增强水泥(Cellulose fiber Reinforced Cement)板、镁板、集成木、高密度纤维板(High density fiberboard)、陶质砖(Ceramic Tile)、瓷质砖(Porcelain Tile)、陶板(Ceramic Board)、石膏板、水泥板及氧化镁(MgO)板中的一种以上。
进而,本发明的一实施例的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤(a),混合纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维来制备混用无纺布;步骤(b),制备包含丙烯酸粘结剂固体成分、水、无机填充剂、拒水剂、颜料及抗菌剂的防水涂布液;以及步骤(c)在上述混用无纺布的上部涂布上述防水涂布液,并进行干燥。
在此,特征在于,上述步骤(c)的涂布利用选自转鼓涂布(Drum Coating)法、辊涂(Roll Coating)法、刮涂(Knife Coating)法、喷涂(Spray Coating)法及逗点涂布(Comma Coating)法中的一种方法执行,上述步骤(c)的干燥在100℃~200℃的温度下执行1分钟~10分钟。
有益效果
本发明的无机质板用表面防水纸通过由单层(One layer)的混用无纺布形成与无机质板材相粘接的防水纸本体,并在该防水纸本体形成从表面仅渗透至5%~80%的厚度的防水涂布液,从而提供表现出与现有的表面材料相比更加突出的防水性的同时,能够提高与无机质板的粘合力的效果。
并且,本发明的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法通过调节上述混用无纺布的气孔的大小及克重,并调节上述防水涂布液的涂布量、粘度及组成等,从而提供能够确保无机质板所具有的固有强度的同时能够提高尺寸稳定性及剪切性的效果。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,对本发明的利用混用无纺布及防水涂层的无机质板用表面防水纸及其制备方法进行详细说明。
参照以下随附图详细说明的实施例,就能够明确本发明的优点和/或特征及其实现方法。但是本发明并不限于下面所公开的一些实施例,而能够通过互相不同的各种方式来实现,本实施例仅仅是为了使本发明的公开更完整并向本发明所属于技术领域的普通技术人员准确告知发明的范畴而提供的,本发明仅根据权利要求书进行定义。在说明书全文中相同的附图标记表示相同的结构部件。
图1是表示本发明的一实施例的无机质板用表面防水纸的截面图。
首先,参照图1,具有由纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维形成的混用无纺布100。
此时优选地,混用无纺布由包含30重量%~70重量%的纤维素纤维、28重量%~60重量%的玻璃纤维及2重量%~20重量%的有机质纤维的组成形成。并且优选地,纤维素纤维的平均直径为5μm~100μm,且平均长度为1mm~30mm。
在此,纤维素纤维起到调节无纺布的平均气孔大小的作用,如果纤维素纤维的重量比小于30重量%或者混合有大量的达不到上述平均大小的纤维素纤维,则存在由于气孔大小过大导致防水特性降低的忧虑。
反之,如果纤维素纤维的重量比大于70重量%或者平均大小脱离上述平均大小范围,则存在由于玻璃纤维或有机质纤维的量过度增加而导致混用无纺布的拉伸强度降低的忧虑。
并且,优选地,玻璃纤维及有机质纤维的平均直径分别为5μm~20μm,且平均长度分别为1mm~30mm,采用包含28重量%~60重量%的玻璃纤维及2重量%~20重量%的有机质纤维的组成。
在此,玻璃纤维起到确保混用无纺布的强度及耐水强度的作用,由此确保尺寸稳定性,如果玻璃纤维的含量小于28重量%或者脱离上述平均大小范围,则混用无纺布的强度可能会减弱,而如果玻璃纤维的含量大于60重量%,则由于气孔大小过度增大,因而防水特性可能会减弱。
而且,有机质纤维起到赋予混用无纺布的柔韧性的同时、维持规定耐水强度和折叠成型强度的作用,如果有机质纤维的含量小于2重量%或者脱离上述平均大小范围,则混用无纺布的柔韧性可能会降低,而如果有机质纤维的含量大于20重量%,则由于气孔的大小过度曾大,因而防水特性及强度特性可能会降低。
接着,上述混用无纺布100中还包含0.1重量%~3重量%的干燥纸力增强剂或湿润纸力增强剂。此时,上述干燥纸力增强剂包括淀粉或者聚丙烯酰胺,上述湿润纸力增强剂包括脲甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺树脂、乙醛酸化聚丙烯酰胺树脂及聚乙烯亚胺树脂中的一种以上。
如上所述的干燥纸力增强剂或湿润纸力增强剂可以根据无机质板的使用用途来选择性地追加。
以上说明的混用无纺布的原料优选以0.25mm~0.55mm的厚度形成。而且,此时的混用无纺布是克重优选为30g/m2~100g/m2的单层无纺布。
在此,混用无纺布的厚度实质上是指将图1所示的混用无纺布100及防水涂布液渗透层110的厚度加起来的厚度,如果该厚度小于0.25mm,则难以执行作为防水纸的功能,而如果大于0.55mm,在防水纸中所需要的透气性就可能会降低。
此外,如果上述混用无纺布的克重小于30g/m2,防水纸功能也可能会降低,而如果大于100g/m2,透气性也可能会降低。
本发明的防水纸具有包括防水涂层120的结构,该防水涂层120形成在如上述结构的混用无纺布的上部。
在此,特征在于,防水涂层120由防水涂布液形成,该防水涂布液中包含3重量%~30重量%的丙烯酸粘结剂固体成分、10重量%~50重量%的水、20重量%~70重量%的无机填充剂、0.5重量%~10重量%的拒水剂、0.5重量%~5重量%的颜料及0.2重量%~5重量%的抗菌剂。
此时,优选地,上述无机填充剂使用平均粒度为5μm~50μm的CaCO3,上述拒水剂使用碳氟化合物类拒水剂或蜡类拒水剂。
在此,优选使上述防水涂布液的粘度为50cps~500cps。如果防水涂布液的粘度小于50cps,则由于涂布液渗透到混用无纺布内的量减少,因而防水涂层120可能会容易分离,而如果粘度大于500cps,则由于渗透到混用无纺布内的量过度增加,因而可能会降低与无机质板的粘合性。
因此,优选在上述粘度范围内,以30g/m2~200g/m2的量涂布防水涂布液,此时的防水涂层120优选具有以从混用无纺布上部表面朝向中心部方向的厚度为基准渗透至5%~80%范围的涂布结构。
此外,与上述粘度的影响一样,如果如上述的防水涂布液的涂布量及涂层的渗透范围小于各最低范围,则具有涂层容易剥离的忧虑,而如果超过各最高范围,防水纸的粘合性可能会降低。
本发明的无机质板用表面防水纸具有在单层混用无纺布100+110上涂布有防水涂层110+120的形态。此时,优选地,防水涂层未渗透的区域100的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小为10μm~100μm,防水涂层120渗透的防水涂布液渗透层110的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小为5μm~50μm。在此,如果上述气孔大小小于各条件范围中最低范围,则不易制备且透气性可能降低,而如果大于各条件范围中最大范围,则防水性可能会降低。
并且,包括上述防水涂层的表面防水纸的总厚度优选为0.27mm~0.57mm。在此,如果上述表面防水纸的总厚度小于0.27mm,防水性可能会降低,而如果大于0.57mm,则由于透气性降低,因而作为粘合在无机质板的表面防水纸的特性可能会降低。
此时,作为无机质板,可以使用中密度纤维板、胶合板、无石棉纤维增强水泥板、镁板、集成木、高密度纤维板、陶质砖、瓷质砖、陶板、石膏板、水泥板及MgO板中的一种以上。
此外,通过下述实施例及实验结果对上述防水性及透气性进行更详细的说明。
此时,对本发明的表面防水纸的制备方法进行说明,如下。
图2是表示本发明的一实施例的制备无机质板用表面防水纸的方法的流程图。
参照图2,首先,本发明的一实施例的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤S100,混合纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维来制备混用无纺布;步骤S110,制备包含丙烯酸粘结剂固体成分、水、无机填充剂、拒水剂、颜料及抗菌剂的防水涂布液;以及步骤S120,在上述混用无纺布的上部涂布上述防水涂布液,并干燥。
在此,虽然图2中依次示出了制备混用无纺布的步骤S100、制备防水涂布液的步骤S110,但是这些步骤是相互独立的过程,因此没有必要必须依次完成。
此外,混用无纺布及防水涂布液的组成或者含量范围如上述图1所示。
接着,优选地,作为涂布防水涂布液的方法,利用选自转鼓涂布法、辊涂法、刮涂法、喷涂法及逗点涂布法中的一种方法,并且,在100℃~200℃的温度下执行1分钟~10分钟的干燥。
在此,如果干燥温度小于100℃或者干燥时间小于1分钟,就不能正常形成防水涂层,而如果干燥温度大于200℃或者干燥时间大于10分钟,则由于防水涂层损伤,因而防水性可能会降低。
图3为表示本发明的一实施例的制备无机质板用表面防水纸的方法的简图,表示涂布上述防水涂布液的方法中的转鼓涂布法。
参照图3,利用涂布用转鼓220,使混用无纺布210从混用无纺布辊200连续地展开(Uncoiling)。
此时,涂布用转鼓220可在盛有防水涂布液230的涂布液容器240内使混用无纺布210的一面完全隔断,以仅在混用无纺布210的一面涂布防水涂布液230。
通过这种过程,在从混用无纺布210的上部到5%~80%的厚度范围内,使防水涂布液230渗透,其下部面维持混用无纺布210状态,从而可以维持与无机质板的粘合性。
接着,在通过涂布用转鼓220以涂布有防水涂布液230的状态离开涂布液容器240的混用无纺布210的上部,利用刮刀(Knife)245调节防水涂层的厚度。
如此形成的表面防水纸经由干燥机250重新卷绕成表面防水纸辊260状态。
如上所述,本发明的表面防水纸具有优秀的透气性及防水性。并且,除上述特性以外,能够确保拉伸强度的同时,能够确保优秀的尺寸稳定性及剪切性,参照以下实施例及表1的资料对这样的实验例进行说明。
首先,以下说明的实施例中,可以利用上述转鼓涂布法来制备,组成及用于干燥的具体条件如下。
实施例1
制备如下混用无纺布,其由55重量%纤维素纤维、40重量%玻璃纤维、5重量%PET纤维构成,且克重为70g/m2、厚度为0.32mm,在该混用无纺布的上部,以60g/m2的量涂布如下防水涂布液,该防水涂布液通过将具有45%固体成分的热固性丙烯酸粘结剂50g、水50g、碳酸钙125g、拒水剂3g、颜料0.3g、抗菌/抗霉剂2g进混合而成,然后在130℃条件下干燥3分钟。
实施例2
制备如下混用无纺布,其由55重量%纤维素纤维、35重量%玻璃纤维、10重量%PET纤维构成,且克重为80g/m2、厚度为0.44mm,使用该混用无纺布,此外采用与上述实施例1相同的条件,形成防水涂敷层。
实施例3
制备混用无纺布的条件及形成防水涂层的条件与实施例1相同,只是将防水涂布液的涂布量定为100g/m2
实施例4
制备如下混用无纺布,其由60重量%纤维素纤维、25重量%玻璃纤维、15重量%PET纤维构成,且克重为30g/m2、厚度为0.25mm,在该混用无纺布的上部,使如下防水液以30g/m2的量浸渍整个无纺布,所述防水液通过将具有45%固体成分的热固性丙烯酸粘结剂50g、水50g、碳酸钙125g、拒水剂3g混合而成,然后,在130℃条件下干燥3分钟。
实施例5
制备无纺布的条件及形成防水涂层条件与实施例4相同,只是将防水涂布液的涂布量定为200g/m2
实施例6
条件与实施例1相同,只是未将拒水剂添加在涂布液中,并在干燥之前利用喷涂(Spray coating)法涂布在表面。
比较例1
制备无纺布的条件及形成防水涂层的条件与实施例2相同,但不是使防水涂布液仅渗透到混用无纺布的一部分,而是使防水涂布液浸渍无纺布整体。
比较例2
使用与实施例1相同的无纺布,使如下防水涂布液浸渍无纺布整体,所述防水涂布液通过将具有45%固体成分的热固性丙烯酸粘结剂100g、水50g、碳酸钙30g、拒水剂10g混合而成。
比较例3
制备如下混用无纺布,其由30重量%纤维素纤维、70重量%玻璃纤维构成,且克重为50g/m2、厚度为0.3mm,使用该混用无纺布,以10g/m2的量上部棒式涂布如下防水涂布液,该防水涂布液通过将具有45%固体成分的热固性丙烯酸粘结剂30g、水45g、碳酸钙200g、拒水剂6g混合而成,然后,在130℃条件下干燥3分钟。
比较例4
制备混用无纺布条件及形成防水涂层的条件与比较例3相同,只是将防水涂布液的涂布量定为20g/m2
比较例5
制备如下混用无纺布,其由55重量%纤维素纤维、40重量%玻璃纤维、5重量%PET纤维构成,且克重为120g/m2、厚度为0.32mm,在该混用无纺布的上部,以60g/m2的量涂布如下防水涂布液,该防水涂布液通过将具有45%固体成分的热固性丙烯酸粘结剂50g、水50g、碳酸钙125g、拒水剂3g、颜料0.3g、抗菌/抗霉剂2g混合而成,然后,在130℃条件下干燥3分钟。
比较例6
制备混用无纺布的条件及制备防水涂层的条件与实施例1相同,只是将无纺布的厚度定为0.6mm。
比较例7
制备条件与实施例1相同,只是由75重量%纤维素纤维、24重量%玻璃纤维、1重量%PET纤维构成混用无纺布。
比较例8
制备条件与实施例1相同,但在混用无纺布中,将纤维素纤维的平均直径定为120μm、平均长度定为50mm,将玻璃纤维及PET纤维的平均直径定为50μm、平均长度定为50mm。
在上述实施例及比较例中,利用基于KSK ISO 9073-1,2的试验法测定了克重及厚度,使用毛细管流动孔径分析仪(Capillary Flow Porometer,型号:CFP-1200AEIL)测定了防水纸的气孔大小。水分渗透度测验(Cob test)则遵照KS MISO 535方法。
按照KSK ISO 9073-15试验规格,在196Pa的压力下测定了透气度值。利用基于KSK ISO 9073-18试验规格的方法测定了拉伸强度。
对于芯(Core)粘合性,利用防水表面纸来制备石膏板后,根据剥离表面纸时在防水纸和石膏的界面破坏的比率进行了评价。如果从界面剥离掉的面积为0%~20%,则评价为上,如果是20%~60%,则评价为中,如果是60%以上,则评价为下。
表面状态则根据表面粗糙度和玻璃纤维是否露出,评价为上、中、下。有关折叠成型性,评价了在折叠防水纸时是否容易折叠以及在折叠部位是否产生裂纹(Crack)等。

如上所述,就本发明的无机质板用表面防水纸而言,与无机质板相粘接的防水纸本体由单层混用无纺布形成,并在该防水纸本体上形成从表面仅渗透到5%~80%的厚度的防水涂布液,从而能够得到表现出与现有的表面材料相比更加突出的防水性的同时,在与无机质板间的粘接性、表面状态、折叠成型性及经济性方面上都为上级以上的特性。
由此确认到,本发明的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法通过调节上述混用无纺布的气孔大小及克重,并调节上述防水涂布液的涂布量、粘度及组成等,能够确保无机质板所具有的固有强度的同时,能够提高尺寸稳定性及剪切性。
以上,以本发明的实施例为中心进行了说明,但是在本发明所属的技术领域的普通技术人员的水准上可以进行各种变更或者变形。这样的变更和变形只要不脱离本发明所提供的技术思想的范围,都可以视为属于本发明。因此,本发明的权利保护范围应根据权利要求书进行判断。

Claims (20)

1.一种无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,其包括:
混用无纺布,该混用无纺布中由纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维构成;以及
防水涂层,其涂布于上述混用无纺布的上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述混用无纺布中包含30重量%~70重量%的上述纤维素纤维、28重量%~60重量%的上述玻璃纤维及2重量%~20重量%的有机质纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述纤维素纤维的平均直径为5μm~100μm,且平均长度为1mm~30mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述玻璃纤维及有机质纤维的平均直径分别为5μm~20μm,且平均长度分别为1mm~30mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述混用无纺布是克重为30g/m2~100g/m2的单层无纺布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述混用无纺布的厚度为0.25mm~0.55mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述混用无纺布中还包含0.1重量%~3重量%的干燥纸力增强剂或湿润纸力增强剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,
上述干燥纸力增强剂包括淀粉或聚丙烯酰胺;
上述湿润纸力增强剂包括脲甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺树脂、乙醛酸化聚丙烯酰胺树脂及聚乙烯亚胺树脂中的一种以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述防水涂层由防水涂布液形成,该防水涂布液中包含3重量%~30重量%的丙烯酸粘结剂固体成分、10重量%~50重量%的水、20重量%~70重量%的无机填充剂、0.5重量%~10重量%的拒水剂、0.5重量%~5重量%的颜料及0.2重量%~5重量%的抗菌剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述防水涂布液的粘度为50cps~500cps。
11.根据权利要求9所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述防水涂布液以30g/m2~200g/m2的量涂布于上述混用无纺布。
12.根据权利要求9所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述无机填充剂包括平均粒度为5μm~50μm的碳酸钙CaCO3
13.根据权利要求9所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述拒水剂包括碳氟化合物类拒水剂或者蜡类拒水剂。
14.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述防水涂层具有以从上述混用无纺布的上部表面朝向中心部方向的厚度为基准渗透至5%~80%范围的涂布结构。
15.根据权利要求14所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,
上述防水涂层未渗透的区域的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小为10μm~100μm;
上述防水涂层渗透的区域的上述混用无纺布平均气孔大小为5μm~50μm。
16.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述表面防水纸的总厚度为0.27mm~0.57mm。
17.根据权利要求1所述的无机质板用表面防水纸,其特征在于,上述无机质板为中密度纤维板MDF、胶合板、无石棉纤维增强水泥板、镁板、集成木、高密度纤维板、陶质砖、瓷质砖、陶板、石膏板、水泥板材及氧化镁板中的一种以上。
18.一种无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(a),混合纤维素纤维、玻璃纤维及有机质纤维来制备混用无纺布;
步骤(b),制备包含丙烯酸粘结剂固体成分、水、无机填充剂、拒水剂、颜料及抗菌剂的防水涂布液;以及
步骤(c),在上述混用无纺布的上部涂布上述防水涂布液,并进行干燥。
19.根据权利要求18所述的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(c)的涂布利用选自转鼓涂布法、辊涂法、刮涂法、喷涂法及逗点涂布法中的一种方法执行。
20.根据权利要求18所述的无机质板用表面防水纸的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(c)的干燥在100℃~200℃的温度下执行1分钟~10分钟。
