发明内容

具体实施方式
本公开大体涉及承载件、构造体、套筒、纸箱等，以及用于保持和展示诸如坛子、瓶、罐等之类的容器的包装件。所述容器能够用于例如包装食品和饮料产品。容器能够由成分适于包装特定的食品或饮料产品的材料制成，并且这些材料包括但不限于诸如PET、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、PS、PVC、EVOH以及尼龙等之类的塑料、铝和/或其他金属、玻璃、或者以上材料的各种组合。
根据本公开的承载件能够容纳多种不同形状的容器。为了说明的目的而不是为了限制本公开的范围的目的，下面的详细说明描述了至少部分地设置在承载件实施例中的饮料产品容器（例如，塑料容器）。在本说明书中，词语“下”、“底”、“上”和“顶”指的是关于完全构建好的承载件或包装件所确定的朝向。

下面详细地论述构建承载件150的示例性方法。在构建过程中的各个阶段，坯件8的各个部分以任何适当的方式被安装于彼此。例如，在安装过程的各个阶段，能够在坯件8的各个部分上涂覆胶水或其他粘合材料。例如，粘合材料可以存在于坯件的适当的表面面对面接触的地方。取决于所使用的胶接材料或其他紧固机构的量和/或类型，在本公开中描述的每种“面对面接触”都可以更一般地是指，相应的特征基本面对面接触或至少部分地面对面接触。

坯件可以例如涂有粘土涂层。粘土涂层上然后可以被打印产品、广告和其他信息或图像。坯件然后可以被涂覆清漆以保护打印在坯件上的信息。坯件还可以例如在坯件的任一侧或两侧上被涂覆水分阻挡层。坯件还可以在选定的板或板段被层压或涂覆有一个或多个板材状材料。
上述实施例可以被描述为具有通过胶水被粘附在一起的一个或多个板。词语“胶水”意在涵盖通常用来将硬纸板的纸箱板固定就位的所有粘结方式，并且粘结材料可以被任何合适的紧固装置替代或者由任何合适的紧固装置来补充。
在本文使用的词语“线”不仅包括直线，还包括诸如曲线、由多条曲线组成的或角度偏移的线之类的其他类型的线。
根据示例性实施例，折叠线可以是有助于沿其折叠的任何大致线性的弱化形式——不过并不一定是直线的。更具体地，但不是为了使本公开的范围变窄的目的，折叠线包括：刻痕线等，例如通过钝的刻刀形成的线，其沿着期望的弱化线在材料中产生挤压部或下压部；沿着期望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中的切口；和/或沿着期望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中和/或完全地延伸穿过材料的一系列切口；以及这些特征的各种组合。在使用切割产生折叠线的情况下，一般地，切割的范围将不会过大以致正常的用户将折叠线不当地认作是撕裂线。
作为示例，撕裂线可以包括：沿着期望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中的狭缝；和/或沿着期望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中和/或完全地延伸穿过材料的一系列间隔开的狭缝。作为更具体的示例，一种类型的撕裂线是完全地延伸穿过材料的一系列间隔开的狭缝的形式，其中相邻的狭缝微微地间隔开，使得在相邻的狭缝之间限定出刻痕（例如，多多少少呈桥状的小片材料），以典型地用于暂时地连接撕裂线两侧的材料。所述刻痕在沿着撕裂线撕裂期间断裂。所述刻痕一般占撕裂线的很少量的百分比，并且可替代地，所述刻痕可以省去或者在撕裂线中撕开，以使撕裂线是连续的切割线。也就是说，用连续的狭缝、切割线等来替换每个撕裂线是在本公开的范围内的。例如，切割线可以是连续的狭缝或者可以比狭缝更宽，而这并不偏离本公开。

Claims (29)

1.一种用于保持多个容器的承载件，所述承载件包括：
底板；
至少部分地与所述底板面对面接触的顶板；
把手，所述把手包括位于所述底板中的底部抓握部和位于所述顶板中的顶部抓握部；
用于至少部分地接收所述多个容器中相应的容器的至少一个容器接收部，所述至少一个容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述把手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的承载件，其中，所述至少一个容器接收部包括位于所述底板中的底部容器接收部和位于所述顶板中的顶部容器接收部，所述底部容器接收部与所述顶部容器接收部面对面地接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的承载件，其中，所述至少一个容器接收部至少部分地限定出开口并且包括与所述开口相邻地设置的第一保持器折板和相对的第二保持器折板，所述第一保持器折板和所述第二保持器折板中的每个包括用于接合所述多个容器中的容器的肩部的边缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的承载件，还包括至少一个端板，其中所述至少一个端板可折叠地连接于所述至少一个容器接收部，并且所述至少一个端板与所述把手大体相对地设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的承载件，其中，所述至少一个端板包括位于所述底板中的底端部和位于所述顶板中的顶端部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的承载件，其中，所述顶端部沿着两个顶部纵向折叠线连接于所述顶部容器接收部，并且所述底端部沿着两个底部纵向折叠线连接于所述底部容器接收部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的承载件，其中，所述顶端部沿着两个顶部纵向撕裂线连接于所述顶部容器接收部，所述底端部沿着两个底部纵向撕裂线连接于所述底部容器接收部，并且所述底部纵向撕裂线与相应的所述顶部纵向撕裂线大体对齐。
8.根据权利要求4所述的承载件，其中，所述开口包括至少部分地由所述把手限定的加宽的横向部，并且所述开口还由所述多个端板中的相邻的端板的边缘限定。
9.根据权利要求8所述的承载件，其中，所述第一保持器折板和所述第二保持器折板中的每个至少部分地由所述开口的所述横向部以及将相应的所述第一保持器折板或所述第二保持器折板与所述至少一个端板分开的切割线限定。
10.根据权利要求4所述的承载件，其中：
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述底部抓握部的第一底侧板和相对的第二底侧板；
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述顶部抓握部的第一顶侧板和相对的第二顶侧板；
所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板与相应的所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板大体面对面地接触；
所述至少一个容器接收部的所述底部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板；并且
所述至少一个容器接收部的所述顶部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板。
11.根据权利要求3所述的承载件，其中：
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述底部抓握部的第一底侧板和相对的第二底侧板；
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述顶部抓握部的第一顶侧板和相对的第二顶侧板；并且
所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板与相应的所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板大体面对面地接触。
12.根据权利要求11所述的承载件，其中，所述底部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板，并且所述顶部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板。
13.根据权利要求12所述的承载件，其中，所述底部容器接收部和所述顶部容器接收部中的每个包括第一侧折叠线和第二侧折叠线，所述第一侧折叠线从所述第一保持器折板的边缘延伸到相应的底板和顶板的边缘，并且所述第二侧折叠线从所述第二保持器折板的边缘延伸到相应的底板和顶板的边缘，所述底板的第一侧折叠线与所述顶板的第一侧折叠线大体对齐，并且所述底板的第二侧折叠线与所述顶板的第二侧折叠线大体对齐，并且所述第一底侧板、所述第二底侧板、所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板中的每个都包括斜刻痕。
14.一种用于形成用来保持多个容器的承载件的坯件，所述坯件包括：
底板；
沿着纵向折叠线可折叠地连接于所述底板的顶板；
位于所述底板中的底部抓握部和位于所述顶板中的顶部抓握部，所述底部抓握部用于在由所述坯件形成所述承载件时相对于所述顶部抓握部定位以形成把手；
可折叠地连接于所述底板中的所述底部抓握部的至少一个底部容器接收部和可折叠地连接于所述顶板中的所述顶部抓握部的至少一个顶部容器接收部，所述至少一个底部容器接收部能够在由所述坯件形成所述承载件时相对于所述至少一个顶部容器接收部定位以形成至少一个容器接收部，所述至少一个容器接收部用于至少部分地接收所述多个容器中的相应的容器，所述至少一个容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述把手。
15.根据权利要求14所述的坯件，其中，所述至少一个底部容器接收部至少部分地限定出底部开口，并且所述至少一个顶部容器接收部至少部分地限定出顶部开口。
16.根据权利要求15所述的坯件，其中：
所述至少一个底部容器接收部包括与所述底部开口相邻地设置的第一底部保持器折板和相对的第二底部保持器折板，所述第一底部保持器折板和所述第二底部保持器折板中的每个包括用于接合所述多个容器中的容器的肩部的底边缘；
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部包括与所述顶部开口相邻地设置的第一顶部保持器折板和相对的第二顶部保持器折板，所述第一顶部保持器折板和所述第二顶部保持器折板中的每个包括用于接合所述多个容器中的容器的肩部的顶边缘。
17.根据权利要求16所述的坯件，其中：
所述底板包括与所述把手大体相对地、可折叠地连接于所述至少一个底部容器接收部的底端部；并且
所述顶板包括与所述把手大体相对地、可折叠地连接于所述至少一个顶部容器接收部的顶端部。
18.根据权利要求17所述的坯件，其中：
所述至少一个底部容器接收部沿着两个底部纵向折叠线连接于所述底端部；并且
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部沿着两个顶部纵向折叠线连接于所述顶端部。
19.根据权利要求17所述的坯件，其中：
所述至少一个底部容器接收部沿着两个底部纵向撕裂线连接于所述底端部；
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部沿着两个顶部纵向撕裂线连接于所述顶端部；并且
所述底部纵向撕裂线用于在由所述坯件形成所述承载件时与相应的所述顶部纵向撕裂线大体对齐。
20.根据权利要求17所述的坯件，其中：
所述底部开口包括至少部分地由所述底部抓握部和所述底端部的边缘限定的加宽的横向部；并且
所述顶部开口包括至少部分地由所述顶部抓握部和所述顶端部的边缘限定的加宽的横向部。
21.根据权利要求20所述的坯件，其中：
所述第一底部保持器折板和所述第二底部保持器折板中的每个至少部分地由所述底部开口的横向部以及将相应的所述第一底部保持器折板或所述第二底部保持器折板与相应的所述底端部分开的切割线限定；并且
所述第一顶部保持器折板和所述第二顶部保持器折板中的每个至少部分地由所述顶部开口的横向部以及将相应的所述第一顶部保持器折板或所述第二顶部保持器折板与相应的所述顶端部分开的切割线限定。
22.根据权利要求16所述的坯件，其中：
所述底板包括可折叠地连接于所述底部抓握部的第一底侧板和相对的第二底侧板；
所述顶板包括可折叠地连接于所述顶部抓握部的第一顶侧板和相对的第二顶侧板；并且
所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板用于在由所述坯件形成所述承载件时与相应的所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板大体面对面地接触。
23.根据权利要求22所述的坯件，其中：
所述至少一个底部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板；并且
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板。
24.根据权利要求23所述的坯件，其中：
所述至少一个底部容器接收部包括第一底侧折叠线和第二底侧折叠线，所述第一底侧折叠线从所述第一底部保持器折板的底边缘延伸到所述底板的边缘，并且所述第二底侧折叠线从所述第二底部保持器折板的底边缘延伸到所述底板的边缘；
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部包括第一顶侧折叠线和第二顶侧折叠线，所述第一顶侧折叠线从所述第一顶部保持器折板的顶边缘延伸到所述顶板的边缘，并且所述第二顶侧折叠线从所述第二顶部保持器折板的顶边缘延伸到所述顶板的边缘；并且
所述第一底侧板、所述第二底侧板、所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板中的每个都包括斜刻痕。
25.一种形成包括承载件和多个容器的包装件的方法，所述方法包括：
获得承载件坯件，所述承载件坯件包括底板、沿着纵向折叠线可折叠地连接于所述底板的顶板、位于所述底板中的底部抓握部、位于所述顶板中的顶部抓握部、可折叠地连接于所述底板中的底部抓握部的至少一个底部容器接收部、以及可折叠地连接于所述顶板中的顶部抓握部的至少一个顶部容器接收部；
形成把手和可折叠地连接于所述把手的至少一个容器接收部，该形成步骤包括沿着所述纵向折叠线将所述顶板折叠成与所述底板面对面接触，使得所述顶部抓握部与所述底部抓握部大体面对面接触，从而形成所述把手，并且使得所述至少一个底部容器接收部与所述至少一个顶部容器接收部面对面接触，从而形成所述至少一个容器接收部；以及
将所述多个容器中的容器的至少一部分插入到所述至少一个容器接收部中。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法，其中：
所述至少一个容器接收部至少部分地限定出开口并且包括与所述开口相邻地设置的第一保持器折板和相对的第二保持器折板，所述第一保持器折板和所述第二保持器折板中的每个都包括边缘；并且
插入所述多个容器中的容器的至少一部分的步骤包括定位所述容器的肩部以使所述第一保持器折板和所述第二保持器折板中的至少一个的至少一部分接合所述肩部的底侧。
27.根据权利要求26所述的方法，其中：
所述底板包括可折叠地连接于所述至少一个底部容器接收部的底端部；
所述顶板包括可折叠地连接于所述至少一个顶部容器接收部的顶端部；并且
所述方法还包括通过在沿着所述纵向折叠线将所述顶板折叠成与所述底板面对面接触时将所述底端部定位成与所述顶端部面对面接触来形成端板。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法，其中：
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述底部抓握部的第一底侧板和相对的第二底侧板；
所述把手包括可折叠地连接于所述把手的所述顶部抓握部的第一顶侧板和相对的第二顶侧板；
所述至少一个底部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板；
所述至少一个顶部容器接收部可折叠地连接于所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板；并且
形成所述把手的步骤还包括将所述第一顶侧板和所述第二顶侧板定位成与相应的所述第一底侧板和所述第二底侧板大体面对面接触，从而分别形成第一侧板和第二侧板。
29.根据权利要求28所述的方法，其中，插入所述多个容器中的容器的步骤还包括沿着至少一个纵向折叠线向下折叠所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板以及将所述多个容器接收部中的每个容器接收部的所述第一保持器折板和所述第二保持器折板定位成从所述至少一个容器接收部至少部分地向上延伸。
