技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨浆机用磨片,尤其涉及一种磨片材料。
背景技术
造纸磨浆用的磨浆机在磨浆时主要依靠定磨片和动磨片之间的相对运动,对浆料进行研磨。因此,在磨浆机中磨片的损耗较大,经常更换磨片既影响生产效率又增加了生产成本。而且,磨片磨损后,定磨片和动磨片之间的间隙变大,若不能及时发现并更换磨片,将直接影响磨浆质量。目前使用的磨片材料的硬度通常在38-40HRC,其使用寿命大约为1000小时。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种磨浆机磨片材料,通过改变磨片材料成份,增加磨片的使用寿命,提高研磨效果,减少成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种磨浆机磨片材料,其特征是,磨片材料中添加有稀有金属钼和/或钛。
所述磨片材料的成分及含量为:
碳0.04%,锰0.55%,硅1.25%,硫0.006%,磷0.024%,铬16.48%,钼0.1%,铌0.062%,钛0.023%,镍4.2%,铜2.98%,其余成份为铁。
所述磨片材料的成分及含量为:
碳0.04%,锰0.56%,硅1.29%,硫0.009%,磷0.022%,铬16.37%,钼0.08%,铌0.01%,钛0.033%,镍4.29%,铜2.94%,其余成份为铁。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的磨浆机磨片材料,通过在磨片材料成份中添加稀有金属钼和钛,使材料硬度可达到48-50HRC,减少了磨片更换频率,降低了生产成本,提高了研磨效率;磨片材料变化后其使用寿命可达1500小时,研磨效果大大提高。

下面提供两个实施例,将本发明的磨片材料中各组份及含量与现有磨片成份含量标准值进行对比。

本发明的磨片材料中添加有稀有金属钼、钛,改善了研磨效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨浆机磨片材料,其特征是,所述磨片材料的成分及含量为:
碳0.04%,锰0.55%,硅1.25%,硫0.006%,磷0.024%,铬16.48%,钼0.1%,铌0.062%,钛0.023%,镍4.2%,铜2.98%,其余成份为铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨浆机磨片材料,其特征是,所述磨片材料的成分及含量为:
碳0.04%,锰0.56%,硅1.29%,硫0.009%,磷0.022%,铬16.37%,钼0.08%,铌0.01%,钛0.033%,镍4.29%,铜2.94%,其余成份为铁。
