背景技术

图3中示出了图2的拉杆组件配置状态,其中,锁止部处于解锁位置。凸缘236被配置为:沿方向360被拉动远离壳体204和轴衬208。在图3的配置状态中,凸缘236向手柄240移位至解锁位置,从而压缩凸缘压缩弹簧248。当凸缘236沿方向360移动时,滚销228也沿方向360移位至空隙槽232的远离轴衬208的端部的位置处。滚销228向该位置的移动沿方向356压迫板簧220。板簧220沿方向356被压,从而,锁止部224沿方向356相对于设置在拉杆轴216中的锁止部钮孔316移动至缩回位置。因此,当凸缘236沿方向360移动时,滚销228可滑动地接合板簧220。如果沿方向360拉动凸缘236的力被释放,凸缘压缩弹簧248推动凸缘236回到图2中所示的位置。
在图3的配置状态中,拉杆轴216被解锁,锁止部224从与轴衬208相交的路径上移开,使拉杆轴216能够响应于施加于手柄240的拉力而沿方向364移动。另外,在解锁位置,拉杆轴216可响应于通过曲柄244施加到手柄240上的顺时针或逆时针方向的力而转动。
当图3的拉杆组件处于部分伸展的位置时如图4所示(即,在后位置和前位置之间)。在图4中,拉杆轴216、板簧220、锁止部224、凸缘236、拉杆手柄240和曲柄244沿方向460远离壳体204向着前位置移位。凸缘236处于被拉向手柄240的解锁位置,压缩凸缘压缩弹簧248。滚销228位于空隙槽232的远离轴衬208的端部处。在图4的示例中,滚销228沿方向456压迫板簧220,进而将锁止部224从锁止部钮孔316处移开。在图4的位置,如果凸缘236被释放,使凸缘压缩弹簧248沿方向464伸展并沿方向464移动滚销228,斜面锁止部边缘226可选择性地接合轴衬208。当以此方式接合到轴衬208时,锁止部224和拉杆轴216沿方向460或464均可移动。因此,在图4的配置状态中,无论凸缘236的位置如何,拉杆轴216都既可沿方向460远离壳体204滑动,也可沿方向464向壳体204滑动。拉杆轴216也可响应于施加到手柄240或曲柄244上的顺时针或逆时针方向的力而自由地转动。
当图4的拉杆组件的锁定机构完全脱离工作台壳体时如图5所示。凸缘压缩弹簧248处于伸展位置,其中,滚销228在空隙槽232的邻近轴衬208的端部处。板簧220推动锁止部224穿出拉杆轴216。在图5的配置状态中,拉杆轴216沿方向560或564均可自由地移动。拉杆轴可沿方向560向着前位置移动由预期的台锯运动范围所确定的预定距离。拉杆轴216也响应于施加到手柄240或曲柄244上的顺时针或逆时针方向的力而自由地转动。
继续参看图5,如果拉杆轴216沿方向564移动,锥形锁止部224的斜面边缘226接合轴衬208,然后锁止部224向着缩回位置移位至拉杆轴216的内部。如果继续沿方向564移动,锁止部224移动经过轴衬208的内圆周,使锁止部224能够沿轴衬208的内表面滑动。进一步沿方向564继续移动,会使锁止部224移动经过轴衬208的后边缘,然后以图2中所示的配置状态锁定拉杆轴216。这样,可通过以下方式来锁定拉杆轴216:沿方向564推动手柄240直至手柄240如图2所示接触轴衬208。因此,无须用户拉动凸缘236来将拉杆返回至锁定位置。
参看图6,示出了拉杆组件的一个实施例,其中,凸缘被构造为接合拉杆手柄的内部部分。与拉杆手柄628的外表面相比,凸缘636的外表面具有更窄的直径。当沿方向660拉动凸缘636时,凸缘636移动至拉杆手柄628的内部。图6的实施例的一种替代方案是图7的拉杆组件。在图7中,凸缘736的内表面接合拉杆手柄728的外表面。当沿方向760拉动凸缘736时,凸缘736在拉杆手柄728的外部上移动。图6和图7的实施例都适合用于操作图1-图5所示的拉杆组件。
采用了上述的拉杆锁定组件的推拉式台锯在图8中示出。台锯800包括:工作台表面804、圆锯片808、锯片罩812、支架814和工作台壳体816。轴衬820从工作台壳体816延伸,且拉杆延伸穿过轴衬820、凸缘824和拉杆手柄828。在图8的配置状态中,拉杆处于锁定位置。锯操作员可通过沿方向860拉动拉杆手柄828、同时沿方向860将凸缘824向着拉杆手柄828挤压来解锁拉杆组件。一旦从壳体816解锁,拉杆拉动支架814,所述支架814由工作台表面804下方的导杆或导轨支撑并可在所述导杆或导轨上滑动。支架814支撑沿锯片轨道810沿方向860移动的锯片808和锯片罩812。并且,一旦被解锁,拉杆手柄828可通过曲柄832沿顺时针或逆时针方向被转动。所述转动调整锯片808和锯片罩812在工作台表面804之上的高度。放置在锯片路径810中的工件、例如木材由转动的圆形锯片808切割。在图8的实施例中,锯片808和锯片罩812沿方向860的线性移动程度与支架814和拉杆手柄828沿方向860的线性移动程度相同。
图8的锯800可以通过使拉杆组件返回至图8中所示的位置而被锁定。操作性地连接于支架814和工作台壳体816的返回弹簧815沿方向864将支架814、和包括拉杆手柄828和凸缘824的拉杆推向锁定位置。一旦被锁定,锯片808和锯片罩812不能沿方向860移动。当操作员释放拉杆时,锯片808、锯片罩812和支架814自动锁定,从而允许返回弹簧815能够将锯800返回至图8中所示的锁定位置。替代性地,操作员也可沿方向864推动拉杆手柄828直至拉杆组件相对于壳体816锁定在位。
在锁定的操作模式中,通过布置在工作台的壳体内的锁定锁止部来防止台式电动工具中的拉杆沿直线方向滑动。锁定的拉杆可沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动,以进一步调整台式电动工具。拉杆组件可由操作员通过以下方式解锁:将凸缘挤压在拉杆手柄上,同时沿与台式工具的移动方向匹配的直线方向远离壳体拉动拉杆手柄。持续该动作直至锁定锁止部钮移动经过工作台壳体的内部,此时凸缘可被释放。
在解锁的操作模式中,拉杆组件可朝向或远离工作台的壳体沿直线方向行进。电动工具、例如圆锯可响应于拉杆的移动来移动。解锁的拉杆也可沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动来进一步调整台式电动工具的位置。一旦释放拉杆,返回弹簧将支架和解锁的拉杆推回至与壳体内的锁止部锁定的位置。锁止部钮自动地与布置在壳体内的锁止部钮孔锁定。操作员可在拉动的过程中离锁定位置的任意距离处释放拉杆,然后支架可自动地返回至归位的锁定位置。在一个实施例中,当处于锁定位置时,拉杆手柄接触设在工作台壳体的外部上的轴衬。
上述拉杆组件相对于现有拉杆机构具有优点。一个优点在于,操作员可通过将凸缘和拉杆手柄挤压在一起来解锁拉杆,而不需要更复杂的解锁步骤。另一优点在于,拉杆一旦被释放就会返回锁定位置,从而当拉杆被操作员释放时,支架自动地锁定。
虽然在附图和上述描述中详细地示出和描述了本发明,然而其应当被视为说明性的,而不限于文字上的限制作用。例如,虽然所公开的实施例被指定为台锯,但其它台式工具、包括钻床或车床也可被修改来使用上述公开的拉杆锁定组件。应当理解的是,仅优选的实施例被提供,且在本发明的精神内的所有改变、修改和进一步应用都期望受到保护。
Claims (20)
1.一种台锯,包括:
工作台;
可移动的支架,其由工作台支撑;
锯组件,其由支架支撑;
拉杆,其联接于支架,所述拉杆被构造为:能相对于壳体沿直线方向在后位置和前位置之间移动,其中,当拉杆沿直线方向移动时,支架和锯组件沿该直线方向移动;以及
凸缘,其定位在拉杆上,且被构造为:能在锁定位置和解锁位置之间沿直线方向移动,其中,所述拉杆被构造为:当凸缘处于解锁位置时,拉杆能沿直线方向从后位置向着前位置移动,当凸缘处于锁定位置时,拉杆被阻挡而不能从后位置移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述台锯还包括位于拉杆的端部上的把手,其中,所述凸缘被远离所述把手向着锁定位置推压。
3.如权利要求2所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述凸缘完全地围绕所述拉杆。
4.如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述凸缘接合定位在拉杆中的锁止机构。
5.如权利要求4所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述凸缘包括延伸穿过拉杆中的槽的销。
6.如权利要求5所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述销可滑动地接合定位在拉杆中的板簧,其中,当所述凸缘从锁定位置向解锁位置移动时,所述销压迫板簧。
7.如权利要求6所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述板簧连接到锁止钮,其中,所述锁止钮能延伸穿过所述拉杆中的孔,且当所述凸缘从锁定位置向解锁位置移动而使板簧被压迫时,所述锁止钮移动至缩回位置。
8.一种台锯,包括:
工作台;
可移动的支架,其由工作台支撑;
锯组件,其由支架支撑;
拉杆,其联接于支架,所述拉杆被构造为:能相对于壳体沿直线方向在后位置和前位置之间移动,其中,当拉杆沿直线方向移动时,支架和锯组件沿该直线方向移动;以及
锁,其被构造为用于将拉杆保持在后位置,所述锁包括致动机构,所述致动机构被构造为用于沿直线方向在锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动,其中,拉杆被构造为:当致动机构处于解锁位置时,拉杆能沿直线方向从后位置向着前位置移动,当致动机构处于锁定位置时,拉杆被阻挡而不能从后位置移动。
9.如权利要求8所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述致动机构包括凸缘。
10.如权利要求9所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述凸缘定位在拉杆的端部上的把手与工作台上的前板之间。
11.如权利要求10所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述凸缘可滑动地接合由拉杆保持的锁止机构。
12.如权利要求11所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述锁止机构包括加装在板簧上的锁止钮,所述锁止钮定位在拉杆中的孔中,且被构造为:当致动机构处于解锁位置时,所述锁止钮移动至孔中的缩回位置,而且所述锁止钮被构造为:当致动机构处于锁定位置时,所述锁止钮移动至孔中的伸出位置。
13.如权利要求12所述的台锯,其特征在于,板簧将所述锁止钮向着伸出位置推压,其中,当所述拉杆位于后位置并被向着前位置驱动时,所述锁止钮接合前板,并阻止所述拉杆向着前位置移动,其中,返回弹簧联接于所述支架,且被构造为将所述支架和所述拉杆向着后位置驱动。
14.一种具有保持机构的台式工具,包括:
工作台,其具有工作台面;
支架组件,其联接于工作台面并可相对于工作台面移动;
拉杆组件,其连接于支架组件,所述拉杆组件被构造为沿直线方向移动,其中,所述拉杆组件沿直线方向的移动引起所述支架组件相对于工作台面移动,所述拉杆组件包括:
拉杆;
锁止部,其由拉杆可移动地支撑,且可定位于止挡位置和缩回位置;以及
凸缘,其可移动地定位在拉杆上,其中,所述凸缘与锁止部接合,使得所述凸缘的移动引起所述锁止部在止挡位置和缩回位置之间移动;
其中,当所述锁止部处于止挡位置时,所述拉杆不能相对于工作台面沿直线方向移动,当所述锁止部处于缩回位置时,所述拉杆能够相对于工作台面沿直线方向移动。
15.如权利要求14所述的台式工具,其特征在于,所述台式工具还包括:
轴衬,其连接于工作台,所述轴衬具有内侧和外侧,且所述拉杆延伸穿过所述轴衬;
钮孔,其形成于拉杆的一部分中,且所述锁止部定位在所述钮孔中。
16.如权利要求14所述的台式工具,其特征在于,所述锁止部还包括板簧和锁止钮,所述锁止钮加装于所述板簧,其中,当所述锁止钮在钮孔中处于伸出位置且所述钮孔定位在所述轴衬的内侧时,所述锁止部处于止挡位置。
17.如权利要求16所述的台式工具,其特征在于,所述台式工具还包括滚销,所述滚销连接于所述凸缘且接合所述板簧;
所述滚销被构造为:当所述凸缘沿直线方向远离所述轴衬移动时,所述滚销移动所述板簧,使得所述锁止钮移动至钮孔中的缩回位置;且
所述滚销被构造为:当所述凸缘沿直线方向向着所述轴衬移动时,所述滚销使所述板簧能够将所述锁止钮返回至伸出位置。
18.如权利要求16所述的台式工具,其特征在于,所述锁止钮是锥形锁止钮。
19.如权利要求18所述的台式工具,其特征在于,所述锥形锁止钮包括斜面边缘,所述斜面边缘被构造为:当凸缘沿直线方向向着所述轴衬移动时,所述斜面边缘接合所述轴衬的外侧并将锁止钮向着缩回位置驱动。
20.如权利要求14所述的具有保持机构的台式工具,其特征在于,所述支架组件还包括:
锯片和被构造为用于转动所述锯片的电机。
