Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及流量计,尤其涉及用于水的流量计。
背景技术
通常来说,流量计,尤其是用于水的流量计,包括具有进水管和出水管并具有测量室的水箱,该测量室可以是涡轮测量室、往复式活塞测量室或静态测量室,例如超声波测量室。在该水箱上安装并连接能够确定通过该水箱的水的流速或流量的计量器。该计量器包括各种电气元件、机械元件和电子元件并容纳在通常由塑料材料制成的封盖中,该封盖确保保持该计量器并包括用于观测计量屏(通常为液晶屏)的窗。
该封盖本身由盖罩所覆盖,此盖罩带有专用于此流量计的刻度、确保防欺诈功能并具有用于观测屏的外窗。
该计量器可包括用于远程测定的电子卡,该电子卡带有屏并容纳在由上部透明面板密封覆盖的金属壳中,该上部透明面板确保通过这些观测窗来观测该屏。
为确保以无线电频率进行远程测定,应提供与电子卡的远程测定系统相连接的天线。

发明内容
本发明通过提供一种密封性能极佳且能够借助天线进行远程测定的流量计而解决了这些问题。
因此,本发明提供一种流量计,尤其是用于水的流量计,包括具有电子卡的计量器,该电子卡具有无线电波远程测定系统且容纳在由上部透明面板密封覆盖的金属壳中,该计量器由封盖覆盖,该封盖密封地保持所述上部透明面板,且所述封盖由塑料材料制成的盖罩覆盖,所述流量计的特征在于,所述上部透明面板由玻璃制成,且所述上部透明面板和所述封盖包含其中设置有密封布置的孔洞,所述其中设置有密封布置的孔洞用于从所述电子卡向位于所述封盖和所述盖罩之间的天线传输无线电波。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述天线固定到金属插件上,所述金属插件借助设置在所述孔洞中且连接到所述电子卡的远程测定系统上的螺钉而密封固定在所述上部透明面板上。
优选地,所述流量计包括插入在所述插件和所述玻璃面板之间的密封连接件。
有利地,所述密封连接件被模铸在所述封盖上。
优选地,所述流量计包括插入所述封盖和所述盖罩之间的第二密封连接件。
有利地,所述两个连接件通过连接这两个连接件的通道而被模铸在所述封盖上。
所述螺钉可由弹簧承载触头连接到所述电子卡的所述远程测定系统中。

具体实施方式
下文中的描述采纳附图中所示的方向来限定不同元件(例如上部元件或下部元件)的相对位置。
如处于分解状态下的图1和处于组装状态下的图2所示,流量计,尤其是用于水的流量计,包括具有进水管和出水管并具有测量室的水箱1,测量室可以是涡轮测量室、往复式活塞测量室或静态测量室(例如超声波测量室)。
在该水箱1上安装并连接能够确定通过该水箱的水的流速或流量的计量器2。该计量器2包括各种电气元件、机械元件和电子元件2A并容纳在金属壳2B中,且该计量器2还包括电子卡2C,电子卡2C包括通过无线电波进行远程测定的系统,电子卡2C还包括由透明面板2E覆盖的计量屏(优选为液晶屏)2D。
计量器2为通常由塑料材料制成的封盖3所覆盖,封盖3确保对该计量器2的保护并包括用于观测屏2D的窗3A。
最后,该封盖3本身由盖罩4所覆盖,此盖罩4带有专用于此流量计的刻度、确保防欺诈功能并还具有用于观测屏2D的外窗4A。盖罩4容纳如下文所述的远程测定天线6。
在盖罩4上安装屏盖5以覆盖该屏并保护该屏免受紫外线影响,并对外窗4A加以保护以防止外物(例如泥、灰尘)进入。
为在确保最佳密封的同时能够借助天线6正确传输无线电波,上部透明面板2E由玻璃制成并且该上部透明面板2E和封盖3包括其中设置有密封布置的孔洞,该其中设置有密封布置的孔洞用于无线电波从电子卡2C传输到设置在封盖3和盖罩4之间的天线6。
图3中更详尽地示出了该布置。
利用插入密封O形环2F,玻璃面板2E覆盖金属壳2B。
盖罩4包括用于容纳天线6的上凸部。
在本文中为螺旋形的天线6由其末匝插入金属插件7的凹槽中,该金属插件7借助设置在该上部透明面板2E和封盖3的孔洞中并且连接到电子卡2C的远程测定系统的螺钉8而密封固定到上部透明面板2E上。由此,插件7具有内螺纹7A且螺钉8以设置在上部透明面板2E之下的螺钉头8A对准内螺纹7A。该螺钉头8A优选通过金属的弹簧承载触头10连接到电子卡2C的远程测定系统。
在插件的径向凸缘和玻璃面板2E之间插入第一密封连接件11,以确保这些元件与封盖3之间的密封性。为此,在封盖3的孔洞的边缘上模铸第一密封连接件11是有利的。
在封盖3和盖罩4之间插入第二密封连接件12,同样有利的是在封盖3的上部壁板上模铸第二密封连接件12。
为便于制造这两个连接件11、12,用通道13连接这两个连接件11、12,并且这两个连接件由同一模铸操作来成形。
Claims (7)
1.一种流量计,包括具有电子卡(2C)的计量器(2),该电子卡(2C)具有无线电波远程测定系统且容纳在由上部透明面板(2E)密封覆盖的金属壳(2B)中,该计量器(2)由封盖(3)覆盖,该封盖(3)密封地保持所述上部透明面板(2E),且所述封盖(3)由塑料材料制成的盖罩(4)覆盖,所述流量计的特征在于,所述上部透明面板(2E)由玻璃制成,且所述上部透明面板(2E)和所述封盖(3)包含其中设置有密封布置的孔洞,所述其中设置有密封布置的孔洞用于从所述电子卡(2C)向位于所述封盖(3)和所述盖罩(4)之间的天线(6)传输无线电波;
其特征在于,所述天线(6)固定到金属插件(7)上,所述金属插件(7)借助设置在所述孔洞中并且连接到所述电子卡(2C)的远程测定系统上的螺钉(8)而密封固定在所述上部透明面板(2E)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述流量计包括插入在所述金属插件(7)和所述上部透明面板(2E)之间的密封连接件(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述密封连接件(11)被模铸在所述封盖(3)上。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述流量计包括插入在所述封盖(3)和所述盖罩(4)之间的第二密封连接件(12)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述密封连接件(11)和所述第二密封连接件(12)通过连接这两个连接件(11、12)的通道(13)而被模铸在所述封盖(3)上。
6.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述螺钉(8)由弹簧承载触头(10)连接到所述电子卡(2C)的所述远程测定系统上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的流量计,其特征在于,所述流量计是用于水的流量计。
