Abstract
本发明涉及一种连接装置,用于使高压软管和一连接端相连接。该连接装置具有空心软管管接件,该软管管接件可以至少局部地插入到所述高压软管中。在所述软管管接件上可以设置有螺纹套筒,该螺纹套筒局部地环绕所述高压软管。所述软管管接件与所述连接端流动连接,并可以通过锁紧螺母连接所述连接端。
Description
技术领域
背景技术
使用这种连接装置以使柔性的高压软管例如与高压泵的连接端相连接。在此所述软管将介质传输到一终端设备,其中所述介质处于高压之下。例如可以将液压油输送到液压锤。
已经证实,已知的连接装置在高压软管的情况下容易破碎。这是由于高压区域中的极端要求造成的。一方面,待传输的介质处于极端高压下,另一方面所述连接装置在运行时经受强振动,如其例如在液压锤的情况下发生的那样。另一问题在于,高压软管由于使用者而经常改变位置,这是因为其大多用作通向可移动的终端设备的输入管。
因此,总之这会导致对各个构件的高的机械需求。特别是非柔性的组成部分被证实为薄弱部位。亦即基本上为位于所述连接结构的柔性软管侧与固定安装的连接端侧之间的区域。
另一技术挑战取决于下述要求,即所述软管和连接端之间的连接(结构)应该是可拆松的。此外要注意,空心的软管管接件的内径和外径都会影响所述连接装置的重要特性。所述内径会影响流动特性,从而连接装置的加强/壁厚加大(其会导致内径减小)会增强流动阻力,而这是不期望的。另一方面,加大的外径导致质量增加,质量增加也提高了连接结构中的振动力,这同样应该加以避免。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供一种不易破碎但可拆松的连接装置,其中不会消极影响待传输介质的流动特征或提高所述连接结构中的振动力。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的连接装置得以实现。在此本发明所基于的思想是:设置特殊成型的锁紧螺母,该锁紧螺母也至少局部地环绕所述螺纹套筒。由此不仅通过软管管接件,而且还通过所述锁紧螺母接收并传递经软管引入所述连接装置中的机械力。这种另外的力锁合的连接显著减少了软管管接件的易破碎性,而此时不会改变其内径或外径。由此确保被传输的介质的流动特征不发生变化。这允许在不必修改泵系统或不影响所述介质的流动特性的情况下实现根据本发明的连接装置。
在一特别优选的实施形式中,所述锁紧螺母具有第一套管段,该第一套管段具有内螺纹,通过该内螺纹所述锁紧螺母可以与连接端相连接。在这个第一套管段的端部处设置有向内指向的卡圈/凸缘,该卡圈支撑在软管管接件上。该卡圈过渡到另一套管段中,该另一套管段接合在螺纹套筒上。换言之,所述锁紧螺母相对于传统的锁紧螺母沿背离具有内螺纹的第一套管段的方向延长有所述另一套段。该锁紧螺母的这种特殊构造导致了,除了软管管接件外还在连接端与液压软管之间产生额外的力锁合的连接。由此也通过锁紧螺母接收并传递负荷峰值。这种负荷峰值例如当软管运动时在软管管接件中出现,或者也可以通过终端设备的振动而出现。
所述锁紧螺母可以这样构造,使得第一套管段和所述另一套管段大致相互齐平或以近似相等的直径彼此过渡。在这种情况下,所述卡圈构造成向内突出的凸缘。但是所述另一套管段也可以具有与第一套管段直径不同的直径,以便例如匹配螺纹套筒的外轮廓。
在另一实施形式中,所述卡圈这样成型,即卡圈在朝向锁紧螺母中心的方向上锥形地逐渐变细。由此可以节省材料,这会减小连接装置中的振动力。但是,特别是这种构造也适用于相对连接端密封地夹紧一切割环或用于连接在所述连接端上的类似零件。
此外根据本发明还设置有一种切割环,该切割环可以固定在软管管接件上并且锁紧螺母可以支撑在该切割环上——特别是借助锥形成型的卡圈。切割环可以由相对其它构件较软的金属材料、例如铜制成。但是替代地也可以设想将所述切割环实现为橡胶密封件。所述切割环最重要的功能在于,密封软管管接件和连接端之间的连接。为此,当切割环由软金属形成并且拧紧在软管管接件上时特别有利。在锁紧螺母与连接端螺纹连接时实现了,切割环的软性材料有效密封软管管接件与连接端之间的过渡部分。
在另一实施形式中,锁紧螺母的另一套管段、即与锁紧螺母的内螺纹相对而置的套管段具有环形槽。该环形槽可以接收密封环,该密封环保护连接端和软管管接件之间的连接空间免受污染。这提高了整个软管装置的使用寿命。替代地或附加地,为此所述螺纹套筒也可具有带有密封环的环形槽。
在另一实施形式中,在所述螺纹套筒和软管之间的过渡区域中由抗弯折弹簧包围此二者。该抗弯折弹簧在此优选成型为螺旋弹簧,从而所述螺纹套筒上的各个弹簧圈挤在一块,就是说相互接触或至少近似接触。各个弹簧圈之间的距离在过渡到软管上时可以变大。通过抗弯折弹簧可以缓冲例如由软管的移位或运动产生的、作用在所述软管上的机械负荷。因此机械力可以更好地由软管传递到所述螺纹套筒上,并且更好地保护所述高压软管不会弯折。所述抗弯折弹簧也可以一直延伸到超过所述锁紧螺母的所述另一套管段。

具体实施方式
在该附图中示出了连接装置1连同高压软管6和连接端7,该连接端可以借助螺纹密封地连接另一部件,例如泵或设备入口。
所述软管管接件2是大致呈套筒状的部件,其具有用于在所述软管6中进行传输的介质的连续的通道8。所述软管管接件2的在该附图中位于右边的部段具有减小的外径,该外径这样与所述软管6的内径相匹配,使得软管管接件2的该部段可以插入到所述软管6中。连接着该具有减小的外径的部段的是一螺纹部段,该螺纹部段又过渡到一连接部段中,该连接部段可以被装入到所述连接端7中。
在所述软管管接件2的螺纹部段上拧接有所述螺纹套筒3,该螺纹套筒这样在所述软管6上和所述软管管接件2的接收在软管中的部段上延伸,使得该螺纹套筒从外部环绕所述软管6。
软管管接件2的布置在该附图左边的连接段同样配备有外螺纹,在该外螺纹上拧接有所述切割环5。该切割环密封住所述连接端7并同时起法兰的作用,在该法兰上支撑着可与所述连接端7螺纹连接的锁紧螺母4。
为此锁紧螺母4具有带有内螺纹的第一套管段9(见附图左侧)用于与所述连接端7相连接,连接着该第一套管段的是具有更小外径的另一套管段10。在所述锁紧螺母4的这两个套管段9、10之间设置有锥形的卡圈作为向内突出的凸缘,所述锁紧螺母4利用该卡圈支撑在切割环5上。所述另一套管段10在此环绕所述螺纹套筒3并支撑在该螺纹套筒上。
在所示实施形式中,在所述锁紧螺母4的另一套管段10和螺纹套筒3之间设置有密封环12,该密封环被接收在所述另一套管段10中的槽13中。密封环12可以保护由锁紧螺母包围的空间免于灰尘。此外还设置有分别逐段地环绕所述软管6和螺纹套筒3的抗弯折弹簧14。
各个连接装置元件依次装配在所述软管6上。根据一种可能的用于产生连接装置1的方法,首先将所述抗弯折弹簧14完全推套到所述软管6上,然后将所述软管管接件2插入所述软管6中。所述软管管接件2和软管6之间的连接然后由所述螺纹套筒3固定。随后这样移动所述抗弯折弹簧14,使得该抗弯折弹簧部分地包围所述软管管接件2。
在这个子装置上套上所述锁紧螺母4。切割环5作为最后一个元件被拧到所述软管管接件2上。在当前的实施形式中,所述切割环5由可延展的金属制成并具有内螺纹。这样构造的这个连接装置可以通过第一套管段9的内螺纹与连接端7的外螺纹螺纹连接。在此所述锁紧螺母4的卡圈11接合在所述切割环5上。因为切割环与所述软管管接件2固定连接,因此所述锁紧螺母4与连接端7的螺纹连接导致所述软管管接件2被移到所述连接端7中。因此实现了所述连接端和软管之间的可拆松的流动连接,其中作用在所述软管上的力既通过软管管接件2也通过锁紧螺母4被传递到连接端7中。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于使软管(6)与连接端(7)相连接的连接装置,该连接装置具有一能至少部分地插入到所述软管(6)中的空心的软管管接件(2)和一螺纹套筒(3),该螺纹套筒设置在所述软管管接件(2)上并部分地环绕所述软管(6),其中,所述软管管接件(2)与所述连接端(7)流动连接,并能通过锁紧螺母(4)与所述连接端(7)相连接,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)至少部分地环绕所述螺纹套筒(3)。
2.根据权利要求1的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)具有第一套管段(9),该第一套管段具有用于与所述连接端(7)相连接的内螺纹,所述第一套管段为了支撑在所述软管管接件(2)上或与软管管接件相连接的元件(5)上而具有向内指向的卡圈(11),其中,所述锁紧螺母(4)具有另一套管段(10)以环绕所述螺纹套筒(3)。
3.根据权利要求2的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)的卡圈(11)锥形地向内逐渐变细。
4.根据前述权利要求之一的连接装置,其特征在于,在所述软管管接件(2)上能安装有切割环(5),所述锁紧螺母(4)支撑在该切割环上。
5.根据权利要求2和4的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)的卡圈(11)部分地落座在所述软管管接件(2)上并环绕所述切割环(5)。
6.根据权利要求2至5之一的连接装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(4)在所述另一套管段(10)上具有环形槽(13),在该环形槽中设置有密封环(12)。
7.根据前述权利要求之一的连接装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹套筒(3)具有一环形槽,在该环形槽中设置有一密封环。
8.根据前述权利要求之一的连接装置,其特征在于,抗弯折弹簧(14)包围从所述螺纹套筒(3)向所述软管(6)过渡的过渡区域。
