一种高温高压软接头保护装置,其包括:空心的保护转接头,其一端可与蒸汽机的输出端连接、另一端可与软管连接,与软管连接一端的外圆设有螺纹;保护套,其一端与保护转接头的外圆螺纹连接、另一端的内圆为锥形孔,该锥形孔朝外的一端小;组合保护内套,其设于保护套内圆的锥形孔中,该组合保护内套至少由两块瓦状保护块构成,组合保护内套的外圆为与保护套内圆的锥形孔相适配的锥形,组合保护内套的内圆与软管的外径相适配,当组合保护内套套在软管上时,相邻的瓦状保护块的周向之间留有间隙。本发明制作简单、成本可控、切实可行,此技术可广泛利用。

Description

一种高温高压软接管头保护装置
技术领域
本发明涉及软管连接的保护装置,尤其涉及一种高温高压发生器输出端与高温高压软管连接处的防止脱管和爆炸的保护装置。
背景技术
通常高温高压的管道产生的温度在90°C以上,压力大于30MPa。一般采用软管连接(金属硬管不能做相邻种运动和移动),在如此高温高压的环境下工作,软管的老化、以及在此环境下导致膨胀发生脱落和爆炸,给操作区域和操作者带来严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明为了解决管道在高温高压的环境下工作,管道的老化以及在此环境下导致膨胀发生脱落和爆炸,给操作区域和操作者带来严重安全隐患的技术问题,提出一种安全可靠的高温高压软接管头保护装置。
本发明提出的一种高温高压软接头保护装置,其包括:空心的保护转接头,其一端可与蒸汽机的输出端连接、另一端可与软管连接,与软管连接一端的外圆设有螺纹;保护套,其一端与所述保护转接头的外圆螺纹连接、另一端的内圆为锥形孔,该锥形孔朝外的一端小;组合保护内套,其设于所述保护套内圆的锥形孔中,该组合保护内套至少由两块瓦状保护块构成,组合保护内套的外圆为与所述保护套内圆的锥形孔相适配的锥形,组合保护内套的内圆与软管的外径相适配,当组合保护内套套在软管上时,所述相邻的瓦状保护块的周向之间留有间隙。
优选的,所述的组合保护内套由三块瓦状保护块构成。
本发明连接软管后,通过保护套相对保护转接头的旋转,保护转接头可驱使组合保护内套相对保护套的内圆锥面作轴向滑移。即保护套旋紧时,保护套驱使组合保护内套收缩压紧,同时组合保护内套施予软管收缩力而抓牢软管,以大大增强软管与接头的连接的牢固度,从而消除高温高压蒸汽软管接头脱落和爆炸的安全隐患。
与现有技术相比,本发明制作简单、成本可控、切实可行,此技术可广泛利用。本发明不但可以用在高温高压管道清洗机上,也可以用在其他高温高压软管连接的连接处。

具体实施方式
图1和图4示出了本发明较佳实施例的基本结构,所述的高温高压软接头保护装置,其包含:空心的保护转接头2,其左端可与蒸汽机的输出端接头1连接、而右端可与软管3螺纹连接,保护转接头2与软管3连接一端的外圆设有螺纹。一保护套5,其左端与保护转接头2的外圆螺纹连接、而右端的内圆为锥形孔6,该锥形孔朝外的一端小,而直径大于软管的直径,以供软管进出安装。组合保护内套,其设于保护套5内圆的锥形孔6中,该组合保护内套至少由两块瓦状保护块4构成,组合保护内套的外圆为与保护套5内圆的锥形孔6相适配的锥形,组合保护内套的内圆与软管的外径相适配,当组合保护内套套在软管上时,相邻瓦状保护块4的周向之间留有间隙。瓦状保护块4的数量可以根据需要选择,本实施例中,组合保护内套由三块瓦状保护块4构成。
如图1~图4所示,将组合保护内套套于软管3的四周,将保护套5套于其上,再将保护转接头2与软管3对接,然后将保护转接头2与蒸汽机的输出端接头1连接好。将保护套5与保护转接头2连接并相对旋转,保护转接头3可驱使组合保护内套相对保护套5的内圆锥面作轴向滑移。即保护套5旋紧时,保护套5和组合保护内套相对错位轴向移动,组合保护内套的小端会伸出保护套5的小端,如此保护套5驱使组合保护内套收缩压紧,同时组合保护内套施予软管3收缩力而抓牢软管,以大大增强软管与接头的连接的牢固度,从而消除高温高压蒸汽软管接头脱落和爆炸的安全隐患。本发明制作简单、成本可控、切实可行,此技术可广泛利用。本发明不但可以用在高温高压管道清洗机上,也可以用在其他高温高压软管连接的连接处。

1.一种高温高压软接头保护装置,其特征在于,包括:
空心的保护转接头(2),其一端可与蒸汽机连接、另一端可与软管连接,与软管连接一端的外圆设有螺纹;
保护套(5),其一端与所述保护转接头(2)的外圆螺纹连接、另一端的内圆为锥形孔(6),该锥形孔朝外的一端小而直径大于软管的直径;
组合保护内套,其设于所述保护套(5)内圆的锥形孔(6)中,该组合保护内套至少由两块瓦状保护块(4)构成,组合保护内套的外圆为与所述保护套(5)内圆的锥形孔(6)相适配的锥形,组合保护内套的内圆与软管的外径相适配,当组合保护内套套在软管上时,所述相邻瓦状保护块(4)的周向之间留有间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的高温高压软接头保护装置,其特征在于,所述的组合保护内套由三块瓦状保护块(4)构成。
