技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种用于制造涂料的有机树脂隔热粉隔热材料。
背景技术
涂料广泛应用于各个技术领域,为人们所熟知常见。现有涂料一般采用玻璃微珠等无机的填料作用其隔热材料,现有隔热材料主要通过太阳光的反射来达到隔热的技术目的,其具有工艺简单,操作简单,造价低等优点,故而被广泛使用,但现有隔热材料中的玻璃微珠强度低,在生产时,玻璃微珠易碎,故而生产工艺对其影响较大,稳定性差,这样,极大地影响了其隔热效果。故研制一种隔热效果更好的隔热材料已成为行业的研究热点。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种有机树脂隔热粉隔热材料,其具有隔热效果好,保温持久以及防火阻燃等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种有机树脂隔热粉隔热材料,包括如下组份及其百分比含量:
其中,所述有机树脂隔热粉包括石棉粉、PVC粉和纳米粉中之一种或任意两种以上的混和物。
其中,所述带功能性基团的聚合物乳液为含石棉的PVC糊料聚合物。
其中,所述遮盖乳液为空心聚合物球体的丙稀酸乳液。
其中,所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、防霉剂和遮味剂中之一种或任意两种以上的混和物。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述各组份中,钛白粉,遮盖乳液实现遮盖功能;带功能性基团的聚合物乳液作为主要成膜物质,利用功能性基团遇火发泡的原理,使由本发明材料制作的涂料更具有安全的防火阻燃性;有机树脂隔热粉,陶瓷微珠以及玻璃微珠达到隔热效果;助剂可以达到混和效果更好,气味更低等技术效果。本发明具有隔热、持久保温、防火阻燃的技术效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
取水16Kg加入容器中,后分别向容器内加入18Kg钛白粉,4Kg石棉粉,4Kg陶瓷微珠,1Kg玻璃微珠,50Kg含石棉的PVC糊料聚合物,3Kg空心聚合物球体的丙稀酸乳液以及4Kg分散剂,通过搅拌装置上述混和物充分混和,得成品。
对本实施例所得成品进行检测,检测数据如下:半球发射率为0.85,太阳反射率为0.84。
实施例2:
取水17Kg加入容器中,后分别向容器内加入17Kg钛白粉,5KgPVC粉,5Kg陶瓷微珠,2Kg玻璃微珠,45Kg含石棉的PVC糊料聚合物,5Kg空心聚合物球体的丙稀酸乳液以及4Kg消泡剂,通过搅拌装置上述混和物充分混和,得成品。
对本实施例所得成品进行检测,检测数据如下:半球发射率为0.86,太阳反射率为0.83。
实施例3:
取水18Kg加入容器中,后分别向容器内加入20Kg钛白粉,6Kg纳米粉,5Kg陶瓷微珠,2Kg玻璃微珠,40Kg含石棉的PVC糊料聚合物,5Kg空心聚合物球体的丙稀酸乳液以及4Kg杀菌剂和防霉剂,通过搅拌装置上述混和物充分混和,得成品。
对本实施例所得成品进行检测,检测数据如下:半球发射率为0.86,太阳反射率为0.85。

1.一种有机树脂隔热粉隔热材料,其特征在于,包括如下组份及其百分比含量:
所述带功能性基团的聚合物乳液为含石棉的PVC糊料聚合物;
所述有机树脂隔热粉为PVC粉;
所述遮盖乳液为空心聚合物球体的丙稀酸乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机树脂隔热粉隔热材料,其特征在于:所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、防霉剂和遮味剂中之一种或任意两种以上的混和物。
