[0018] 本实施例的制备方法是将石英石混合料均匀的布料在石英石模板内,然后在混合料上方盖上纺织物或纸皮或胶皮,在复合振动成型压机内经真空高频振动压制成3mm厚的石英石板材,复合压制后经固化炉100度的温度下I小时完成热固化,经定厚,抛光、磨边、倒角就制备完成石英石板材。
[0019] 石英石混合料是将按配方称好重的回收玻璃,石英石尾矿,天然大理石废料倒入拌料机内,开启拌料机,搅拌3分钟;再加入人造氢氧化铝粉,碳酸钙粉,搅拌3分钟,使颗粒与细粉填充料充分搅拌均匀,最后加入纳米级二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂和化工助剂,搅拌5分钟。
[0020] 本发明所述的一种石英石板材采用上述材料配比和制备方法得到的石英石板材强度得到提高,具有一定的柔韧性,以保证板材具有较高拉伸和弯曲强度的同时,在加工成型后不至于开裂,成品率高达95%,并且耐磨性能好。

Claims (6)
1. 一种石英石板材,其特征在于:以回收玻璃、石英石尾矿、天然大理石废料为主要材料,人造氢氧化铝粉、碳酸钙粉的细粉料为孔隙填充材料,以纳米级二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂为填充剂,并加入一定化工助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石英石板材,其特征在于:所述石英石板材的主要材料包括回收玻璃10 %〜20 %,石英石尾矿20 %〜30 %,天然大理石废料10 %〜50 %,人造氢氧化铝粉5%〜10%,碳酸钙粉5%〜10%,纳米级二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂3%〜 10%,化工助剂3%〜8%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种石英石板材,其特征在于:所述的纳米级二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂采用球型纳米二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂进行改性,改善和增强人造石英石的耐磨性能,同时也可改善其耐刮伤性能。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种石英石板材,其特征在于:所述的化工助剂包括固化剂,偶联剂,抗老化剂,抗收缩剂,热稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石英石板材的制备方法,其特征在于:将石英石混合料均匀的布料在石英石模板内,然后在混合料上方盖上纺织物或纸皮或胶皮,在复合振动成型压机内经真空高频振动压制成O. 5〜12mm厚的石英石板材,复合压制后经固化炉95-115 度的温度下1-1. 5小时完成热固化,经定厚,抛光、磨边、倒角就制备完成石英石板材。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种石英石板材的制备方法,其特征在于:石英石混合料是将按配方称好重的回收玻璃,石英石尾矿,天然大理石废料倒入拌料机内,开启拌料机,搅拌1-3分钟;再加入人造氢氧化铝粉,碳酸钙粉,搅拌3-5分钟,使颗粒与细粉填充料充分搅拌均匀,最后加入纳米级二氧化硅对不饱和聚酯树脂和化工助剂,搅拌5-10分钟。
