Abstract

一种卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：包括设在机架上的纵向截面为半个椭圆形的贮料搅拌仓（1），其椭圆的一端朝下；在贮料搅拌仓（1）内至少设置两根卧式上下布置的搅拌轴（2），在该搅拌轴（2）上设有螺旋叶片（8）；搅拌轴（2）通过链传动机构（3）与安装在机架上的动力装置（4）传动连接；在该贮料搅拌仓（1）一端的顶端和另一端的底部分别设有进料口（5）和出料口（6）。该搅拌仓的最大特点是：仓体为半椭圆形柱体卧置，每仓至少双轴搅拌，物料呈环状流动，搅拌快速均匀，底部无高密度物料沉淀，所需动力小，每仓搅拌物料容积大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防沉淀功能的单或双卧式搅拌仓，主要用于搅拌同时具有贮存高浓度粘稠物，并且具有防沉淀功能。 
背景技术
现有技术公布了一些用于搅拌和贮存的矩形卧式、滚筒卧式或圆形立式搅拌仓。现有卧式搅拌仓受现有某些条件限制，容积不能过大；圆形立式搅拌仓虽容积可以增大，但高度太高，在制作、安装、运输、使用和维修时都受到限制。 
发明内容
本发明提出一种具有半椭圆柱形卧式单或双仓搅拌仓，解决现有卧式搅拌仓存在的容积不能过大，圆形立式搅拌仓高度太高，在制作、安装、运输、使用和维修时都受到限制的问题。 
本发明解决其技术问题采用的方案是：一种卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：包括设在机架上的纵向截面为半个椭圆形的贮料搅拌仓，其椭圆的一端朝下；在贮料搅拌仓内至少设置两根卧式上下布置的搅拌轴，在该搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片；搅拌轴通过链传动机构与安装在机架上的动力装置传动连接；在该贮料搅拌仓一端的顶端和另一端的底部分别设有进料口和出料口。 
所述的贮料搅拌仓为一个或两个。 
所述的贮料搅拌仓为两个并排联体固定在所述的支架上。 
在所述的链传动机构中装有链条张紧装置。 
所述的驱动装置为液压马达、电动机或发动机，以及与其相连接的减速箱。 
本发明的有益效果是： 
（1）半椭圆柱形仓与螺旋搅拌叶片外形相吻，物料在被搅拌和流动过程中阻力小，底部螺旋叶片具有防沉淀和起拱作用。采用左右螺旋或链轮旋转方向不同，使物料流动呈环状，加快了物料搅拌掺合进程。
（2）双仓的目的是生产过程中，两仓加料、搅拌、出料过程可以错时进行，生产连续化，提高生产效率。 
（3）半椭圆柱形搅拌仓，在加工制作、安装、运输特别是使用过程中，高度低、上料方便、容积大。 
（4）通过多个驱动链轮、导向链轮和调整链轮的分布，实现驱动装置一个输入链轮带动多个搅拌轴同向或反向旋转，链条松紧通过调整链轮进行调整。

参见图1-图2，本发明一种卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：包括设在机架7上的纵向截面为半个椭圆形的贮料搅拌仓1，其椭圆的一端朝下；在贮料搅拌仓1内至少设置两根卧式上下布置的搅拌轴2，在该搅拌轴2上设有螺旋叶片8；搅拌轴2通过链传动机构3与安装在机架上的动力装置4传动连接；在该贮料搅拌仓1一端的顶端和另一端的底部分别设有进料口5和出料口6。 
该实施例的贮料搅拌仓1为两个并排联体固定在所述的支架7上。 
所述的贮料搅拌仓1也可为一个（未图示）。 
在所述的链传动机构3采用多个链轮和一根链条带动四根搅拌轴2按照需要的方向转动，在链条上装有链条张紧装置9。 
所述的驱动装置4为液压马达、电动机或发动机，以及与其相连接的减速箱。 
本发明最大特点是仓体为半椭圆形柱体卧置，每仓至少双轴搅拌，物料呈环状流动，搅拌快速均匀，底部无高密度物料沉淀，驱动阻力小，所需动力小，占用高度空间小，每仓搅拌物料容积大。

1.一种卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：包括设在机架上的纵向截面为半个椭圆形的贮料搅拌仓（1），其椭圆的一端朝下；在贮料搅拌仓（1）内至少设置两根卧式上下布置的搅拌轴（2），在该搅拌轴（2）上设有螺旋叶片（8）；搅拌轴（2）通过链传动机构（3）与安装在机架上的动力装置（4）传动连接；在该贮料搅拌仓（1）一端的顶端和另一端的底部分别设有进料口（5）和出料口（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：所述的贮料搅拌仓（1）为一个或两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：所述的贮料搅拌仓（1）为两个并排联体固定在所述的支架（7）上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：在所述的链传动机构（3）中装有链条张紧装置（9）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卧式单或双搅拌仓，其特征在于：所述的驱动装置（4）为液压马达、电动机或发动机，以及与其相连接的减速箱。
