Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
金属与塑料之间的可靠连接的建立在技术方面是一个重要的组成部分,特别是在需要进行光学检查的制造工艺的领域中。在食品工程领域中,在这种连接上常常提出针对物理和化学特性的高要求,特别是这种复合物需满足可靠性、密封性的高要求并且遵守相应的标准。此外,这种连接遭受强的-40℃至120℃范围内的交变温度并且遭受很多Bar范围内的波动压力。为了能够满足高的要求,在传统的金属-塑料连接中借助于机械的固定器件(例如螺钉和夹子)和/或借助于化学的密封器件(大多呈粘接剂的形式)保护金属面与塑料面之间的连接部位。但是其缺点是,放入金属面或塑料面的彼此贴靠的侧面上的密封面之间的粘接介质和/或密封介质包含不期望的成分,它们可能挥发并且不能足够地抵抗老化。另一方面,机械式密封器件在制造方面是费事的并且特别是在清洁时导致很多卫生缺点。
